Update: Emma is no longer at Royal Paws Inc. She is now at The Groomers on Brentwood Rd in Bay Shore. Emma is a fantastic groomer. You tell her how you want your dog groomed and she is always very accommodating, even with people as fussy as me. Our Tucker always looks great after visiting Emma. -

First visit to have Rusty, my Golden Mix rescue bathed and groomed. He always gets nervous about grooming. Friendly, efficient staff handled him very well! His groomer, Taylor, did a beautiful job, and spoke with me about Rusty at pick up. Excellent experience!! -

My dog goes to camp/daycare here, I feel comfortable knowing that she is safe and having fun, but mostly with staff monitoring her the whole time unlike bigger chains. The owner and staff are all super caring and great with all the dogs. Highly recommend -
