The park is fairly well kept however the outer gates do not have locks. The community have rigged it best they can but a proper fix / replacement lock is needed. -

This dog run at Franz Sigel has been recently been redone to be able to have bigger size dogs. Have your dogs enjoy all the new space while you enjoy the sitting area. -
