We found a home groomer and we couldn’t be happier with the service provided! Love is a senior Yorkie and super fragile. Jackelyn was so gent and she updated me with pictures as she worked with Love…not only did she provide superb service but she followed up with me to check on Love Isabella. Affordable, close to home and gentle with my girl.

I recently had a fantastic experience with Jackelyn. I was initially nervous about taking Sam to the groomers since hes older and quite anxious. However, Jackelyn made the experience so much easier. She was incredibly gentle and took the time to make Sam feel comfortable and sent photos throughout the service. Her patience and care truly put both of us at ease. The follow-up after the appointment was a nice touch and showed how much she genuinely cares about her clients. My four month old puppy got his first haircut withJackelyn last week and I couldnt be happier with the result. Hes an anxious dog so I was worried about how hed do butJackelyn kept me updated via text (& with photos) during the entire session, which really curbed my own anxiety! She works fast but gave him breaks when he needed it, which I really appreciated. Jackelyn is a true professional and I appreciate that she stays on schedule and in communication throughout the entire process. My mother and sister have come to Jackelyn for their dogs for years and I am so glad I brought my first dog to her too. Her services did not disappoint. First time taking my Havapoo baby to Jacklyn and it was my girl’s first time experience with a different groomer outside her home. The communication was exceptional and very professional. All of the five star reviews are absolutely accurate. Jackelyn is a saint for the work and care she gives to these animals, including our Ollie boy. You see, Ollie was a street cat for several years before we decided to take him in; we knew he desperately needed a good bath. I was especially anxious about how he’d handle being bathed but Jackelyn updated text messages and photos really helped to ease my nerves. She immediately noticed some trouble areas and dirty ears, even after the vet cleaned them- she waisted no time going in to remove left over gunk. Not only was he sparkling clean and smelled good, but he was super relaxed and happy once we brought him home. I am so grateful to have found Jackelyn and her conversation post bath. We would highly recommend her to all our animal friends and look forward to bringing Ollie in the future.

Jackelyn is literally the best!! I am 9months pregnant and wanted to get my cat groomed before the baby came to make sure her nails were cut down etc. I was having a hard time finding someone I could trust but I’m so glad i found Jackelyn. My cat is very anxious and I was apprehensive about how she would do with getting groomed but Jackelyn is an animal whisperer!! She made me feel super calm with leaving my Luna in her care, she sent me a picture not even 2 minutes after dropping her off and kept me updated all throughout her appointment after and during every step. She finished super quickly but was very thorough. I will definitely be going back, i’m so happy!! Jackelyn was wonderful. Everything about her was great. She was methodical in her directions and you knew this had been all thought out. My dog, who is a puppy and a little terror, loved her and even kissed her good bye. He was incredibly clean, smelling great, and nails trimmed when he looked like a lion before the cut. And he seemed very relaxed with her. I would happily bring it to her again.

Every where I’ve taken Bruno could never get his nails filed due to him being “nervous.” Jackelyn was able to file his nails, without a tug a war and he was very happy and excited throughout his session. I took my little bear Spartacus to Jackelyn and she is heaven sent ! This was bears first grooming and she was so very patient and informative. Today I took my 15 year old Scottish Terrier to get her grooming done. I am going to start by saying that Ella is an extremely difficult dog, she is old, cranky and aggressive. Jaqueline did not give up and the end result was outstanding. The haircut Ella was given was due to her damaged coat but the end result was outstanding. I was informed of everything that was going on and received plenty of emails and pictures. I always say you pay for what you get, I will pay any amount of money again because it’s worth it. Thank you again you are the best 🥰♥️🥰5/4/24After 4 months another great experience. Jackelyn is the best. She never gives up on your dogie. Blessed to have her as my Ella’s groomer. Jackelyn was very responsive and professional with everything she did. She updated me every step of the way on Maeve’s journey to glam. by the end of it, she was happy and positively gorgeous. Her entire cut was even and exactly as requested. She had the most adorable little bows in her hair and around her neck and she smelled amazing! Back again with our first hair cut with dog #2. Of course she did not disappoint. Oreo is a very anxious dog and can become snippy but she worked with him and came up with a clever solution to get the job done and not get bitten. I’m officially a repeat customer.I was so excited to find Jackelyn and make an appointment with her. She was very quick with her responses and provided all the information I needed to know before, during and after grooming.I was nervous to bring my 18 week Yorkie puppy because she is so hyper but she handled her like the professional that she is.I dropped off a rag doll and received a show dog. She gave me exactly what I wanted and I couldn’t be happier. She even gave her cute thanksgiving accessories. I would recommend her to all my friends and i will be returning with my second dog soon. You deserve all the stars.

Jacklyn is awesome! I took my little Charlie to her recently and she really worked her magic. Charlie is a high energy anxious dog and his hair was long and had matting but Jacklyn was able to groom him. She was very professional, updated me through the process and very friendly and informative. She even checked in on him the following day to make sure he was doing ok. I loved the service and definitely will be returning for his next grooming!

This was my puppy’s first grooming ever and I must say Jackelyn did an amazing job despite all his crying! We did not have an appointment just contacted her earlier in the day and would have had to wait for the next availability, but because of a cancellation Benji and I filled that spot within an hour! Jackelyn is kind and very easygoing! With it being Benjis first grooming and my first time taking my pet to a groomer, her demeanor definitely settled both my anxiety and my dogs. Benji is always so cautious of strangers but while picking him up he gave her kisses goodbye! The cut itself was great as she knew exactly what I wanted and cleaned up his tear marks, rear end, and ears so thoroughly he smells completely clean. I am very satisfied with my experience!

Absolutely amazing! My dog Belle has anxiety issues and she isn’t the biggest fan of grooming. She was matted and in desperate need of a spa day. My puppy is 9 months old and we took him to get his first grooming two months ago at a very well know established grooming place, however the environment was overstimulating for my puppy and it took my dog hours to feel back to normal after his grooming experience. I scheduled an appointment with Jackelyn via text message for my cat Kobe on August 7th and she gave me an appointment for August 22nd 1:30pm. She asked me for full body pictures. She offers great prices compared to the market. She initially charged $140 plus an additional $30 for dematting my cat. She required a $30 deposit to book the appointment. She also said she would charge extra for pet aggression. Altogether $170. She required a carrier for the cat. She was very punctual and straightforward. Our appointment was for 1:30. I arrived at 1 and she took care of my cat at 1:20pm. My cat was clean, bathed, and well groomed. Kobe was very relaxed after his appointment and was chilling. She was nice enough to also to not charge for the knot and matting, so she didn’t charge the $30 for dematting. My total was $140. She was done by 2:10pm. Throughout the entire process she shared pictures. I highly recommend.

Jackelyn came by this past weekend to groom my two Persian cats and it went beyond great! I have never worked with a home groomer before and after this visit I would 10/10 recommend her services. You dont have to worry about leaving your pet behind at a shop or about how your pet is being handled. It is very convenient to have someone who can stop by your home to take care of this. Jackelyn was very caring and very comfortable with my cats despite cats being very difficult to groom naturally. Jackelyn was very thorough as well, no skipping steps and no cutting corners. She is a gem! She is very professional and helped me and the fur baby out when we needed it desperately. 9/17/21 - I just want to reiterate my complete confidence in Jackie and her grooming skills. She was always gentle with Champagne and believe me if Champagne was still with me - well Jackelyn Home Grooming would be her groomer. Champagne at 16 1/2 years went to Rainbow Bridge last October 2, 2020 and I miss her terribly. BUT the reason for my review NOW is because of some of the negativity that people feel they need to put - you know what - yes sometimes your furbaby needs a stern command and when you are working with animals you do know what works. You know if a light tap works, you know if you need to step back a few seconds. I NEVER in all the times Champagne was groomed by Jackie felt anything inappropriate happened. I remember one time Champagne (she was not feeling well and this was during a very trying time frame with vet visits, medicines, etc.) and literally snapped at Jackie, I was more concerned then Jackie was about it. I could not believe Champagne did that.Jackie said shes not feeling it right now, so Ill give her a minute - which worked out fine. And no matter what mood my girl was in she always gave Jackie departing kisses and we would walk out to say bye to Jackie until the next time. So JACKIE, pay no mind to those haters and Im sure you will be back up there in stars in no time soon. All the best, Gail T. And just want to throw in here that Jackie looks over your furbaby very carefully BEFORE even putting a scissor/shear to them to check for any abnormalities and points out any and all to you. At the time of my appointment, she was professionally dressed in scrubs and she had several tools with her to make sure she had all all options available to cut his nails. She was super nice and gentle but firm with my dog. I helped her try to hold my 45lb dog as still as possible during the session. Jackelyn did a great job managing the stressful situation for my dog, and me, as well. Napoleons nails have never been better. Im glad I trusted Jackelyn. Shes phenomenal.

My pup is a Maltese mixed with jack Russell terrier she is 9months old. My pup has a floating knee cap so I was worried about grooming her. I am so happy I found Jackelyn Home Grooming, she assured me that it wouldn’t be a problem. Also it was my pups first real grooming.I was amazed on how well she took care of my pup, she kept me posted on my pups progress by sending me photos of her during the session, which made me feel so much better.My pup has thin coarse hair which gets matted really easy, I would always cut her matts out which left her hair uneven. I explained to Jackelyn not to go to short on haircut, knowing that her hair was a mess Jackelyn did a amazing job my pup looked like a Diva cute haircut. smelled delicious and her hair is silly soft. Jackelyn is the nicest, most patient, tender dog groomer Ive ever had the pleasure to know. My dog and I just met Jackelyn today and Ill admit, My dog (Baby) can be a bit hard to win over with strangers but, Jackies friendly and calm attitude towards pets had him mostly tranquil. I rarely write reviews but I just had to write one this time. Jackelyn did an absolutely amazing job with my dog!!! My dog is small but pretty aggressive when it comes time to getting groomed. It was extremely difficult finding someone who would be willing to groom him because every time I’d try to have him groomed, I’d get a phone call about 20 mins in telling me that they are unable to continue the grooming due to his aggressive behavior. I’ve searched desperately for a new groomer and THANKFULLY I found Jackelyn. She was so sweet and sent me several updates while she groomed my dog. It helped me feel more at ease given that it was his first time with Jackelyn. She was able to cut his hair exactly the way I wanted, super happy with the results. As a dog mommy, I get very anxious leaving my dog with groomers. My baby also has separation anxiety so I worry about her. This was my first time using Jackelyns grooming services and I have to say it was amazing. This my first time sending my dog to a groomer so I was very nervous, but she made me feel so much better after speaking with her. She was able to give me an appointment the next morning. She in walking distance of my house. When I met with her she gave me the run down of what was going to be happening. She was very friendly with Baxter, carried him all the way up her walk up building (he is not light) and started working on him immediately. She sent me pictures throughout the whole process and let me know how he was behaving and she was finished in record time (about an hour and a half from the time I dropped him off). He looked amazing when I picked him up. He was washed, hair cut, ears trimmed, nails cut and a cute blue bowtie on his collar all for $90 (prices may vary). She usually makes visits to your home to groom your pet, however understandably because of COVID she prefers to have the pets brought to her. If youre looking for an adorable groomer who will take care of your pet, give her a shot. I think its safe to say Jackelyn will be our new groomer.

Jackelyn was absolutely wonderful. Our little dog Leo is blind and also not the nicest pup when it comes to being groomed. He immediately took to Jackelyn (funny enough our big dog did also).
