We love happy dogs, the staff is great and the owners are really kind and friendly. They do a great job with our baby Jersey. We’ve been taking her here for nearly 2 years and she absolutely loves it. She looks forward to it like a day with friends AND she never comes home smelling like pee, which is something we’ve struggled with in the past with other doggy day care places. Highly recommend, your dog will be much happier.

Our Ollie goes to Happy Dogs Southside 1-2 times per week, and he absolutely loves it! The staff are really communicative and provide recaps of his stay shortly after checkout. The nicest surprise are the photos of my little guy having a blast! Everyone at Happy Dogs really cares for the animals and always ensure everyone is having the best time and is well cared for while in the facility.

Bear enjoys going to Happy Dogs daycare twice a week. The handlers do a great job at keeping the dogs safe and closely supervised. I really like that Bear is never crated during the day. The discounted prices for monthly daycare subscriptions are great as well as discounts on baths with the purchase of a monthly subscription. Its a good routine to have set daycare days for Bear with the option to have a switcheroo once per month. Being able to change a day of the week without being charged. The daycare hours are great and I like that early drop off is an option. The member website is user friendly and allows me to check Bear in and out as well as leave notes about meals, medication, or communicate anything else. I like that there is a report when I check Bear out of daycare and usually a cute picture of her enjoying her day. The member website also offers a live camera where I can check in on Bear throughout the day. I have not noticed any injuries because the handlers do a great job with redirection if there are any issues while playing, which also prevents bad behaviors from being picked up. Bear has been going to dog daycare since she was six months old and the positive socialization with other dogs and people has been great. Another bonus is that meals are fed. Bear still eats three times a day so the handlers feed her lunch on her regular schedule. I also like the ratio of dogs/handler. It seems like there are no more than 15 dogs for two handlers making it more manageable for he handlers and dogs. I know that space in the city, especially outside space is limited, so I am hopeful in the future some type of outside time can be added for dogs who stay for full days. I feel confident leaving Bear at Happy Dogs daycare knowing she will be safe and have a fun day.

Ive started taking my pup to Happy Dogs about 4 weeks ago, and its been a great experience. They really have made all the processes seamless, and I enjoy getting to watch on the camera during the day! The membership plan is perfect now that Im back to work a few days a week, and the discount for boarding is such a great critical add-on. Ive already recommended to other dog owners in my building.

We are so happy with Happy Dogs Southside! They were welcoming and responsive from the beginning, which made the process seamless and enjoyable. My pup is often weary of places he does know, but from the first week you could tell he was relaxed and excited to be dropped off. I love that they have live cameras so I can check on him throughout the day (and peak at all the cute pups). Im grateful to have found Happy Dogs + appreciate all the team there does!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Happy Dogs. I have been sending my little man to 3 of their locations over the past 4+ years, since he was just 4 months old, and both of us could not love it more. The staff is extremely friendly and respectful. They are very responsive and accommodating, especially at the beginning when I was a nervous new dog mom and peppered them with questions constantly. Everyone at every location knows him by name and he runs to them, tail wagging, every time I drop him off. It has been so transformative for him to be able to spend a day socializing with other dogs in the company of such caring staff. They are very attentive and I feel so at ease knowing they are taking such good care of my little guy. Im not sure how I would get by without Happy Dogs!

Our dog loves Happy Dogs! She’s always pulling to go in when we turn on the block. We take her 1-2 days a week. She’s a puppy and so it helps tire her out for the following day. The team is all really nice. I love that you can check in on the camera throughout the day. Highly recommend.

Weve been taking our toy poodle here for a few months now. Their staff is amazing. Ive really seen an improvement in my dogs anxiety around other dogs. I like that I can watch him via the webcam. The check in/check out process is easy. Theyve really helped when Ive been in a bind and have to come late or need to board him. Responsive, professional, and I truly feel comfortable leaving my dog in their care.

My partner and I love Happy Dogs Southside! Our dog stays there 2-3 times a week from around 9am-6pm. He loves it and is excited each time we arrive. Everyone who works there is kind and knowledgeable; we dont have to worry when our pup is there for the day because we know he is in great hands. There is even a live cam so you can watch your dog from work....Highly recommend.

We LOVE Happy Dogs Southside. At first, our pup Ralph was hesitant to go inside, and now he pulls us in and doesnt look back! They are professional, take great care of the dogs (and tire them out) and he is just so so happy when he comes home at the end of the day.We also really love to check in/out system by phone and the ease of the platform - and the free monthly bath as a bonus with our subscription. =)Definitely would recommend this place to any dog owner in the area!

We truly couldnt be happier with Happy Dogs Southside. Our pup has been attending daycare here for a year and a half and she loves going. The staff is truly fantastic and are so on top of everything. We trust them so much with our pup and if you are looking for the best place for doggy daycare or to board your dog, this is the best place for it. We also like that when we board our pup, the dogs are together and not separated alone in cages or different rooms. Thanks again Happy Dogs for having such a wonderful place!

Shay absolutely loves Happy Dogs!! Whenever we go to daycare, she runs inside! I feel extremely comfortable leaving Shay here especially since Shay loves it so much and there are cameras if I need to see her while Im away. The only thing I wish I knew when I first signed up is Happy dogs communicates via email which was an adjustment for me however, they always respond in a timely manner. They take great care of my pup! The price is a great value too! I go here weekly.

My dog is always thrilled to go to Happy Dogs. I get it. The staff is very friendly and there are always plenty of happy dogs to play with. I truly feel like my dog is in good hands with this team. She cut herself at the park once prior to her drop-off. The team quickly alerted me when she started bleeding at daycare. They bandaged her up and took pictures alerting me to the issue. The staff is always quick to answer emails or accommodate last minute requests. Im so thankful Happy Dogs is in my neighborhood.

I cant say enough good thinks about Happy Dogs Southside. Not only are they incredible with my dog, but they do a phenomenal job of service—great at communicating, adapting to last-second requests or changes in my schedule, always sharing pictures of him from when hes at daycare or boarding.Would absolutely recommend daycare, boarding, or anything with Happy Dogs! My dog is always so excited to go there and see the staff and his doggy friends.

We absolutely LOVE happy dogs! Our labradoodle also loves the daycare just as much. Our dog developed serious separation anxiety during Covid times, but when we bring him to Happy Dogs, he runs right in and could care less about saying goodbye to us. 😂 the staff is friendly and the prices are really affordable. Our dog comes home at the end of the day tired and happy. We recommend joining 100%!

Daycare is great here overall. Some big pluses: a live stream of your dog at daycare, a behavioral test before your dog is allowed entry, and the premises are sparkling clean. Handlers are always watching the dogs and cleaning up after them so I feel that my dog is very safe here. The only room for improvement would be: more dog beds for them to sleep on and maybe a separate area for dogs who would like to rest, away from all the hustle and bustle of the main area! Otherwise, love Happy Dogs!

We absolutely love Happy Dogs Southside! Drop off and coordinating pick up is super easy and flexible. Throughout the day, we can tune in and see their live cam to check in on Charlie and make sure he is having fun. It is also clear that Charlie loves it there since as soon as we approach the door, he is dying to get in and hang out with his friends. A number of people in our building have their doggies at this location and everyone raves about it. It is nice that our our doggies are hanging out together and building a community together at Happy Dogs Southside. I definitely recommend you check out their location.

The best part of my dogs week is going to Happy Dogs!!! She has been going there a few months and it’s a great way for her to socialize and get exercise in. A few blocks away and she knows exactly where she is going, and runs all the way there! They take really good care of their dogs, and answer any of the concerns you might have. These guys are just awesome. Our little guy loves going to Happy Dogs and the staff are always super friendly and you can tell they really care about every single one of the dogs here. I am also secure in the fact that they carefully monitor the dogs when they play and allow playful interaction but are right on it and dont allow things to get rough. My little pup comes home absolutely exhausted from a day at Happy Dogs, exhausted and happy :)

Its been a pleasure sending my dog to this day care. They truly care for their dogs and do thorough background checks on each dog that comes into the facility. I usually send my dog once a week and hes always thrilled to go. An added bonus is peeking in on the dogs on the camera video which always brings a smile to my face on a stressful day. The staff truly cares about each dog and genuinely seem happy to be there. The prices are more than affordable and have a different payment plans.

This place has been a huge blessing for me and my dog. The staff is super friendly and reliable and my dog absolutely loves it here. I am so grateful to have a place where I know she is safe and well taken care of and also having a blast. Its great to be able to watch her play during the day on their livestream. We have also used Happy dogs for boarding on a couple of occasions. The staff are always more than helpful with any questions and keeping us up to date on all his activities during his days at happy dogs!

Happy Dogs Southside is a true South Williamsburg gem for Dog Daycare. I was super careful when choosing where Id send my 10 month old puppy for full day services and Im so glad I found them!They were very thorough in making sure my dog would assimilate into their pack by having her come in for a few hours prior to me signing up for a package. The employees at the front desk are always so friendly, and I love that they have the nest cam so you can watch your little one play while you are at the office.They are also SUPER quick to respond to questions or emails and always share the cutest photos through email and also their Instagram account. I am so glad I found a daycare that I can trust and our pup Rhaella loves going so much its the highlight of her week! Love this place so much and recommend to anyone!

I honestly cannot say enough amazing things about the team at Happy Dogs. Tonto was excited to go to daycare and so happy to see the caretakers and other dogs. He often boarded with Happy Dogs overnight and always came home happy! Everyone on the team is extremely responsive and great at communicating updates throughout the day and overnight stays. Tonto and I had to move out of New York and greatly miss everyone at Happy Dogs. We send our love and thanks for all their help raising Tonto!! He is a much better pup after his time spent there with the team. Thank you!!!

At this point, its hard to imagine any better doggie daycare. Our dog, Olive, has been going to their daycare for the past ~8 months between 3-5 times a week while were at work. They have a wide open play area where the dogs socialize and run around as much as they want all day. They have a live video stream for you to be able to check in on how theyre doing at any point while they are there. A few times Olive has gotten sick while there and the staff emailed us immediately and took a picture so that we had it to reference for our vet whenever necessary. I trust them completely to watch her all day and keep her safe and happy.Weve also boarded her for a weekend before and seeing her be able to stay in that wide open area with the other dogs is so much better than her having to stay in a crate at any point!

My dog Kobe is afraid of everything! He is extremely anxious going outside and at dog parks he just wants to stay right next to me. However, he LOVES Happy Dogs! After just one visit, he leads me to the location and can’t wait to get inside. He plays with the other dogs and comes home happy and exhausted. He eats and sleeps very well any day after Happy Dogs daycare!

My dog and I are so happy that we found Happy Dogs Southside! When I had to return to work after adopting Ziggy (my pandemic puppy) I was terrified to leave him alone for long hours. Happy Dogs has helped him to socialize and minimize his separation anxiety from me. Ziggy loves going to Happy Dogs and wishes he could go more than twice a week! Both myself and my dog Demi LOVE happy dogs. We have been using Happy Dogs for daycare for almost a year now. My dog goes Monday-Friday and gets her baths there. There are many reasons I feel very comfortable leaving my dog with them so often:1. There is a short application process where your dog comes in for a session to see how they are with the rest of the “pack.” Sounds silly, but I like knowing that my dog won’t be annoyed all day by an overly aggressive dog all day.2. Their customer service is excellent. If you email them, the email you right back. If you have a question (did my dog eat? Are they going to the bathroom etc) they know the answer. If there is any issue with the dog during the day, a scratch, diarrhea etc, they clean her up, send you a picture and let you know about it. (TMI with the diarrhea pics but I’d rather know about it lol).3. I know my dog likes it there for 2 reasons. a.) If I am home when the Happy Dogs employee picks her up in the morning she is happy to go with them and wagging her tail. b.) Through the watching window, I have seen her enter the daycare room, all the dogs great her, she’s wagging her tail and seems very at home and comfortable.4. She comes home smelling clean and not covered in pee stains (like the first terrible place we went).5. If you want, you can watch your dog online. I did that as an overprotective parent for about a week or so but haven’t felt the need to watch it since. You can also see that they clean up the pee and poo immediately.6. Finally, they take the cutest pictures of your dog and post them on their Facebook page. I feel like I know the other “kids in her class.”7. They are open 7 days a week and offer pickup and drop off service.I truly haven’t had one negative experience with Happy Dogs and I am the first to admit I am very picky with who watches my dog and how she is treated.I know there are choices when choosing a day care, I wouldn’t have any qualms about choosing Happy Dogs!

My dog Yoshi and I are so happy to be a part of the Happy Dog family! The staff are so attentive to him and are always sending updates to let us know how he is doing with the pack. They even send us photos of Yoshi, which are such treats to receive in the middle of the day. Yoshi never wants to leave. We couldnt be more appreciative of everyone at Happy Dogs!

Our pup is a very happy dog at Happy Dogs 😁It’s a great outlet for her to get out her energy all day instead of being cooped up and creates at home. I obsessively watch the camera feeds and am happy to see her playing (and snoozing) all day. The rates are also reasonable and packages very flexible.

We take our dog to HD Southside since he was a little puppy (June 2017). The place is wonderful, they make sure have a great time as the place is espacious and always clean. The staff has always been friendly and responsive and been in touch and taken all the necessary precautions for the dogs to be healthy. We couldn’t be more happy with the place. They also improved their online system and dogparents can check what their dogs are doing as they have a live cámara.

My dog Casper LOVES happy dogs. The team at Southside love dogs and it shows in they take greatcare of all the dogs they watch. Quick to respond to emails and have been able to accommodate some last minute requests (Casper needed an emergency bath and they were able to get him in same day). They even have a puppy cam if youre into that.

The staff is very helpful and are receptive to any requests, they let me know immediately if there are any issues and include pictures, and are also friendly and no nonsense. My dog leaves day care happy and is exhausted when he gets home. Would definitely recommend this place for not only the awesome communication, but the affordable pricing that’s very competitive amongst other dog day care’s in New York.

Our dog Oakley has been going to Happy Dogs Southside a few days a week for the past year for daycare, he absolutely loves it!! The team is very responsive, our experience has been great. We know that he’s in great hands when he’s at happy dogs and will continue sending him there to get his energy out during the week when we’re too busy with work. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a daycare place for their pup!

I have brining my dog to Happy Dogs Waterfront since the summertime and have been very pleased with the daycare provided. They are open until 8pm which is super helpful since I work long hours, and I love that there is a camera so that I am able to check in on her during the day. They also feed her lunch for no additional fee and have a great 15 pack daycare package that I purchase which also includes a free bath. I highly recommend this location if you want a new daycare for your dog in Williamsburg.

My pup Hazelnut loves happy dogs. This is the 3rd location I’ve taken her to and I’ve always had a good experience with the staff and set up at each location. Everyone is very nice and I love that you’re able to watch them on the live cam throughout the day.

I absolutely love this place and couldnt think of trusting my pup with anyone else!Frankie attends daily daycare and boards for the evening a couple times a month. I can always tell he leaves happy and tired out from running around with his friends all day..The staff at Happy Dogs Southside are attentive, extremely quick to respond to my emails and sends much appreciated updates on Frankie regularly. I literately dont know what Frankie and I would do without them - thanks guys, you are the best!!

Feel very fortunate that I (and my dachshund mix, Rust) have Happy Dogs in our neighborhood! They are responsive and responsible, unfailingly friendly, and always cheerful. They create a relaxed and happy environment for the pups, and if you want proof just tune into their Nest Cam and watch your dog relax in the corner or romp with friends while you work. Cant say enough good things about them. Dog tested, owner approved!

Happy dogs is the best! Weve been taking Crispin there since he was three months & he loves it. Its helped to socialize him so now he is great with other dogs. The staff is extremely professional and always quick to respond to our emails. I always know Crispin is in good hands!

Weve been using Happy Dogs for almost a year, and weve had nothing but great experiences. The staff is always friendly and extremely thorough--they even kept our puppys baby tooth for us when it fell out during day care one day :) Our dog is always excited to go play with his friends at Happy Dogs!
