JoJos has been my trusted savior for my pup, Redding. Prior to JoJos we had tried other daycares in GP & Williamsburg, but they just felt unsafe. Too many dogs w/o enough staff, letting the dogs play with toys unsupervised or using prong collars for Reddings walk without my permission. JoJos is the exact opposite and so incredibly invested in each dogs care.I had always thought Redding wasnt a cuddly dog, hes more into playing with other dogs than humans. But at JoJos, Redding is constantly trying to lick staffs faces and give them hugs 😅. Hes so in love with his JoJos people and pups, that even on days that I havent booked him for daycare he still manages to drag me over there on his walks. Thank you to Carmen and the team for loving Redding as much as I do!

Jojo’s is amazing! My sweet boy Hilo, a 1 year old goldendoodle looks forward to going to daycare every week. He is always so excited to see his friends and the staff who’ve become a second family to him. Carmen, Jonathan, Paula, Sinem, and all the Jojo’s staff take such great care of Hilo, providing photo updates at least once a day. We love bringing him here and can’t imagine a better daycare experience! He’s also guaranteed to be pooped once he’s home :)

I’ve been coming here for a few years now and when i say this place is great i mean it. Ive used the daycare and i always get my dog groomed here. They go above and beyond my expectations. They have excellent customer service as well as a hard earned bond with my dog and i say that because hes hard to gain his trust. The groomer is always super attentive to detail when i get my dogs haircut and his nails clipped. My dog always leaves there with his tail wagging with lots of energy! They work with you which is a huge plus ive had to in the beginning hold my dogs paw while he was getting his first haircut and they let me be part of the experience by letting me in the back to calm him because it was new to him. Definitely worth checking out jojos if you haven’t been here before.

I travel often for work and the JoJo team ensures that my Mazzy girl (cat) is cared for, loved and doted on while in their care.They go out of their way to understand Mazzy’s needs, personality quirks and routine all while maintaining a professional, respectful and communicative stance.They do not just come in for 15 min, dump food in a bowl and leave. JoJo & Co Pet Club is my pups home away from home. Carmen (owner) and the staff have been nothing but amazing since moving to the building. They are quick to respond and always do their best to accommodate my needs as well as my dog, Banks; including super last minute requests. I have brought my dog to day care facilities before, but Carmen and the staff provide a premium experience that is unlike any other model out there. The groups of dogs are small each day and each dog is given special attention. From day care to grooming to veterinarian services, they provide peace of mind to the owners and really love the dogs. I wouldnt bring Banks anywhere else!

We were so excited when JoJo & Co Pet Club first opened up to give us a great dog daycare option in Greenpoint. We didnt realize how it would quickly become our dog Leos second home. It is truly his favorite place! Everyone at JoJo & Co Pet Club is so attentive - they are always playing with the pets or taking them out for walks or encouraging them to play with each other. Leo has made so many great friends here - human and canine! By the time we pick him up, Leo is so happy and immediately falls to sleep at home - Im sure dreaming of the great time he had at JoJo & Co Pet Club. Cant recommend enough!!

Hi! I just have to say that I took my insane, high strung goldendoodle named Harvey to jojo’s today. The beautiful cut is exactly what I asked for (I like a very short cut), and my dog was so HAPPY. After the cut I walked him and ended up accidentally going back by Jojo’s. Harvey begged to go in. He nosed the door! This is a place that loves dogs. 2 groomers work on one dog at a time so the process is very quiet and calm yet the price is exactly the same as all the other places in Williamsburg, greenpoint and LIC. The last time I had him professionally groomed he wouldn’t walk in the direction of the groomer. That whole part of our neighborhood was just off limits for months.I think this review is a little scattered, but you get the idea, my dog and I love Jojo’s and they also do daycare. We start next Friday. Yahoo!!

Jojos is the pup hot spot! Took Ollie in for a groom and they were so friendly, caring and understanding of Ollies major anxiety when it came to being around other dogs. It’s nice to find a place that truly cares about all the animals at their facility! Their community events are always a great time and Oliver enjoys them so much! His hair cuts are always perfect!

LOVE Jojo & Co!! Carmen and her team are amazing. They take the time to get to know each owner and pet and help set them up for success. I have a 1.5 year old rescue pup and have used daycare, walks, and behavior classes and have been thrilled with all of the services. Additionally, they have hosted fun events for owners and pets (like a summer pool party, Halloween costume parade, and holiday parties) that bring together the north Greenpoint dog community. Highly recommend Jojo & Co. to anyone!

We moved to Greenpoint almost a year ago and my pup has been attending JoJo for almost 9 months. I have always been dubious of doggy day care programs but the team at JoJo is amazing. The level of personalized care and attention to detail is great — they know each and every dogs name, behavioral and dietary needs down to the littlest detail. Our dog always has a blast when he attends. They also take the dogs out of the day care space for numerous walks through out the day as well — which i think helps a lot. Carmen and her team are super smart, friendly and easy to work with too. They also have small group training courses after hours w Leslie which have been great for my dog as well. I cannot say enough good things about this place!

UPDATE- 2023- I wanted to update this posting. Very few local businesses out there take such care to keep their service related product up to date and improving the way Jojo has. Carmen and her team have grown since they first opened and it just keeps getting better. The level of care for the animals is obviously above reproach. There is a clear desire to make you, as the pet parent, feel good about leaving your family member with them. They have managed to leverage technology, curated services and personal attention to create what should be the model for any doggy day care facility.ORIGINAL REVIEWJoJo & Co is an absolute perfect addition to the neighborhood for every pet, pet owner and any potential pet owners out there. Carmen & the entire crew there are extraordinarily friendly and most importantly knowledgeable. And its the kind of knowledge you appreciate because they are always willing to listen and do their diligence on whatever you ask them about.As a first time dog owner, this place has been a god send. They offer a really great environment for my new puppy to get to know other dogs and socialize. Ruthie is excited just walking by the door. JoJo’s is the best doggie daycare we have been to. It’s small and intimate yet there is space for different types of dogs to play separately. Maisie gets walks while she is there, you get updates and pics every time, and they drop Maisie back home as and optimal extra service if needed too. Carmen and everyone who works with her are amazing. They know and love every dog, and I always enjoy seeing them too! Lastly, every time we walk past and jojos is closed, Maisie whines at the door to get in. Ha. Could not reccomend enough! ❤️❤️

JoJo Pet Club takes such good care of my pup. But what makes them extra special is the community they are building in North Greenpoint at the Blue Slip buildings. They take care of so many pups in the community that they are very aware of each dogs personalities and type of care needed. They are also very flexible, honest, friendly, upfront and extremely professional. Its very refreshing to have this kind of personable service to entrust in taking care of my dog on a daily basis.

I feel so lucky to have JoJo & Co Pet Club right next door to my apartment, especially because I am a new dog mom! I credit JoJos for teaching my puppy how to play well with other pups. They are so accommodating, responsive and truly care about the wellbeing, safety and happiness of every pup they watch. They have a great walk and play program - they even offer to pick up and drop off if needed! Carmen and Ram (the owners of JoJo & Co Pet Club) go above and beyond for their customers and treat you and your pup like family. This business is a gem in the North Greenpoint community, I cant imagine raising my pup without them!

JoJo’s is simply the best! When moving to the area, we looked into all local options for dog care for our GSP pup. At the end of the day, Carmen and team were the only ones who took the time to know us and understand our needs that went way way beyond “filling out an online form”.We know all the staff personally (our prior daycare seemed to have a different person at the door everyday), we get text updates and pictures every time our pup is there (the level of personal communication is amazing), and there’s local pick up/drop off if you need it or are running late. Of the daycares we looked into, they were the only one that included outdoor relief and play breaks as part of daycare vs just allowing the dogs to “go” on the floor and be indoors all day.While based on our initial research it was more expensive than other locations/providers (which initially gave us pause), based on the staff, experience, services and personal touch, we absolutely get what we pay for and couldn’t be happier. Having experienced other doggy daycares there is no comparison - with JoJo you feel like you’re part of a community vs something transactional. And they often ask for feedback and actually listen - they have adjusted and offered new services based on what their clients need and have asked for. It’s also a woman-owned, small business (with a great back story) that gives back locally (ie hosting adoption events, etc.).Lastly, the best recommendation is from our pup: she pulls to their door EVERY time we round the corner!

Jojo & Co Pet Club is such a great place for dogs. The team cares for the dogs as if theyre their own dogs, in fact, their dog JoJo is usually there too. The owners, Carmen and Ram, are the absolute nicest people and give such personalized attention to all their customers. They truly go above and beyond.My dog Rajah had previously never been to daycare, but hes stayed at Jojo & Co a couple times while waiting to be groomed and he had a blast. And I always feel comfortable knowing hes in Jojo & Cos hands.The groomer Jackie is fantastic. She always does a great job, she knows what I like cut-wise for my dog, and shes quick. They also do dog walking, which Ive gotten a couple times when needed last minute, and they were able to squeeze me in immediately.JoJo & Co has been such a wonderful addition to Greenpoint Landing and I highly recommend them for anyone in the Greenpoint/Williamsburg area.

As a very loyal customer of JoJos, I have nothing but amazing things to say about the place. Not only does the staff completely dote on the dogs, but they are extremely knowledgeable about dog behavior and socialization. My puppy always has a fantastic time whenever shes there for walk and play sessions. Not to mention, they have a great groomer and even watch dogs after hours. I would recommend their services to any dog parent out there!!!

Jojos is a lovely addition to the community. I was slowly introduced to JoJos after moving to the neighborhood. Carmen and Ram (owners) have established a very professional pet business and approach each dog and their owner with sensitivity and support for their needs. JoJos has been a delight and a vital support as we have worked on acclimating to the neighborhood with our adopted rescue dog. As a bonus, theyre always quick to send photos while our dog enjoys time at their pet care. Anyone in the area with a new dog (or old!) should definitely pop by and say hello to them.

I cannot recommend Jojo’s enough! We adopted our rescue pup right when we moved into the neighborhood and Jojo’s played such a big role in helping him build confidence. Carmen and her team treat customers like family and all pets as their own. Each pet is cared for based on their personality and individual needs. Our rescue was incredibly nervous when we first got him, but has now become a social butterfly after going to daycare weekly. We’ve also boarded him for up to a week and as nervous pet parents, we wouldn’t leave him in anyone else’s care. I think anyone would be hard-pressed to find another pet-care facility that provides the level of comfort and personalized treatment that Jojo’s does.P.S. their groomers are awesome too, our boy looks so handsome after a spaw session :)

We used their SPAw and Day Club services. Your puppy babies will love this place!SPAw - Cooper got his first grooming at JoJo & Co and it went very well. The groomer was very professional and gentle, my puppy seemed perfectly comfortable with her. And we were very satisfied with his haircut!Day Club - Cooper loves spending time at JoJo & Co! He knocks out when he comes back from the club and that how we know he had a lot of fun :) The owners and their employees genuinely love dogs. They send me a few pictures of Cooper during his stay at the club. I can tell that they provide good care for my puppy and all the other 4 legged friends because he always stops at their door and stares at me (telling me to let him in so he can go play!) even when we are just walking by them.

We have been using JoJo & Co for the past month and cannot speak of their service highly enough. As first time puppy owners, there was some anxiety leaving our baby at day care, but that was quickly relieved by the level of service JoJo provides. They are incredibly professional and take care of every dog as their own. The team is very responsive and always flexible with changing schedules, particularly with both of us working from home during COVID.Our puppy, Malmö, has shown so much improvement in her socialization skills since joining the daycare. Carmen and her team are the best of the best! We originally contacted Carmen in the winter, as we knew we needed someone to watch our dachshund Lenny over our wedding weekend in June, and wanted to make sure we had plenty of time to prep for what felt like a very big and scary occasion - leaving Lenny in someone elses care! Carmen spent a significant amount of time with us, making us feel at ease and reassuring us Lenny would be well taken care of. Sinem, one of Carmens team members, has now watched Lenny twice overnight. You can tell Lenny adores Sinem... so much so that Lenny cried and cried as Sinem said goodbye after her most recent stay with him. In addition to a couple of very successful overnight(s) stays , we also bring Lenny to daycare once a week. He loves his time with his dog friends and staff, and plays non stop while there. We live about 30 minutes away from Jojos but the commute is well worth it.

The scheduling and everything about the service there has been super flexible and easy. Chuck has a whole group of dog friends now. We have used Jo Jo Pet Clubs grooming services and are so happy with the results that we are booked in again. Our little mutt has poodle type hair that matts really easily and our previous groomer would just shave her; trauma for all! Not so at Jo Jos, somehow they managed to give her the cutest short haircut exactly to my specifications - they even texted me photos halfway through the groom to make sure they were going in the right direction. Pricing seems to be in line with the rest of NYC and given how much time we spend gazing adoringly at our little pupper it is money well spent.

Boarding our puppy, Millie, at JoJos with Carmen was the best experience we could have asked for. Were new dog parents and this was the first time we boarded our pup, so we were definitely a bit more nervous as first timers but Carmens constant communication and updates kept us so at ease our entire trip. It meant so much to us knowing Millie was just hanging at family home with people that really care about her versus boarding her at a more commercial venue where she wouldnt have received the same individualized attention. Carmen kept Millie so active and sent us countless pictures and videos to keep us in the loop on all their adventures together. Truly couldnt speak more highly about JoJos for all pet needs! We have had a great experience with JoJo, specifically with Jasmine! She has been absolutely wonderful with long dog, Van! He gets SO excited when she comes to pick him up, even when he often jumps and almost knocks her over! She is respectful of our daughter napping and is quiet each time she enters the apartment. Jasmine always proactively communicates if she is early or running slightly behind. Her daily reports always make us laugh! Jasmine is such a sweet and kind person and you can tell how much she loves dogs - which is what every dog owner hopes for!

I was very hesitant to use a company for walks as my dog is my son.However here team has been so helpful, communicative, and responsive that it’s been the biggest value ad to the pup and myselfTheir attention to detail, ability to respond on a last minute urgent situation ( don’t take advantage of this !) and true care is unmatchedMy pup sees a team member walker in the park when he’s with me and runs right up to them to say hi ….While he can’t speak, that speaks volumesDon’t hesitate, book! Carmen and the crew at jojos have been a revelation and a life changing option! When our husky puppy “Dax” has needed doggy day care or even a private sitter they have come through with above and beyond commitment to Dax’s safety and happiness as well as ours. He ADORES going there and pulls to get there even on the weekend days they’re closed lol!! They have made strides to adapt and meet special needs we’ve had at times and have shown a truly personal love for our little guy that has made us feel not only safe leaving him there, but also that it’s a gift to him because he loves going sooo much!

JoJo’s is the perfect fit for our pup! He went from scared of dogs and any daycare facility to walking right into this one like it’s home. Our dog did not do well in the larger facilities we have tried in the past. So he started off very scared and hesitant but the staff is very hands on and caring. They helped him gain confidence and got him over his fear of other dogs (rather quickly). Stan loves his pup friends! I never have to worry he is being ignored in a corner like we have experienced in the past. It’s the perfect place for our Stan. Their grooming services are also amazing and they get his schnauzer cut perfect! We love JoJo’s! Carmen and her staff are the best around!

I moved to Greenpoint in March 2023 and needed to establish a daycare for my 2 year old pup, which is something that was really stressing me out because most daycares don’t have an appropriate staff ratio and my work schedule can switch up a lot and I needed to find a place that was flexible with that. JoJo’s is AMAZING! The staff are all so friendly and I fully trust them not only to keep my baby safe but also to make sure she has a great time. Every time I bring her she’s pulling on her leash to get inside and then she doesn’t even care that I leave her (which hasn’t always been the case at other daycares). At first I was worried about the size of the facility and whether she’d have room to get her energy out, but she comes home exhausted from a day of playing and stimulation every time. It’s a little pricier than other daycares in the area but it’s worth every penny. Highly recommend JoJos! Thanks Carmen and team!

So grateful to have found JoJos!! Took my shy 1.5 year old small pup here for daycare and grooming for the first time and cannot recommend enough!! Everyone was so incredibly friendly and caring with my pup! She takes a bit of time to warm up to other dogs and loves lots of human cuddles.They were so patient and caring with her - she was in such happy spirits when I picked her up!Im forgetting the name of the person who did her grooming but he did an amazing job!! It was exactly what I was looking for (trim to even out)! I had a chance to meet him when I picked up my pup and she really took to him so I was just so pleased all around!Also, the place was so clean and all the pups seemed so happy to be there! Just an all around great place Im so thankful to have found!

My dog Stevie loves JoJos! Im so grateful to have dog walking, daycare, and grooming so close to my home. They go above and beyond and make your dog feel special with the personalized care. It can be difficult to leave your dog in someone elses care, but I have no worries when shes with JoJos!

My husband and I are so grateful to have found this true gem in our area. The best kept secret that we felt we had to tell about because Id want to know too.We were frantically trying to find a reliable, safe, caring, and communicative sitter for our almost 1 year old pup after family backed out due to illness. Wed had very stressful, negative experiences looking in the neighborhood thus far and could not seem to find someone who we could truly trust with our boy.It was fairly last minute so I reached out to the best resource I could think of, our amazing trainer Natalie of Scallywag Dog Training (who we highly recommend as well!) and she referred me to JoJo Pet Club and Carmen, the amazing owner.One quick email conversation and in person meeting with Carmen and I felt SO much more at ease. Not only was she fantastic at communication, which was important to me, but also she clearly cared about and loved her work, the people under her employ, and the dogs under her care. And equally as important, was very knowledgable about dog care, training, etc.To note, I was inquiring about any type of sitting - was even willing to put him in a non-crated, 24/7 in person supervision facility if I needed to, but I got so lucky, Carmens sitters watch your pup in the safety of your own home.At the in person meeting, we were also lucky enough to meet the sitter who was going to be staying all weekend with our boy, Ana. I cant recommend her enough! Ana was also communicative from the beginning and was very gracious to put up with my high-anxiety instructions and constant texts. Ana provided such excellent care for our boy - staying inside most of the weekend due to his separation anxiety, and was so clearly kind, smart, and trustworthy. He LOVED her from the moment he met her. She left our apartment in perfect condition, and even changed our sheets at the end which was a nice surprise after a long flight. What more could you ask for?

Ive tried a couple local places in NYC and nothing compared to JoJo. Carmen, Isabelle and her team treated my dog like their own and gave me every bit of peace to travel without worry. The combination of boarding and daycare was amazing and a great time for my dog to socialize and get his energy out. But also still so much human love :)My dog saw Carmen after we boarded him for a weekend and he ran up to her and started whimpering of excitement. My heart couldnt have been more full seeing that and we cant wait to use them again !

Our rescue Louie loves going to JoJos. Since going to daycare, hes become much more comfortable around other dogs. The staff is extremely attentive and personal. Whenever we board him, we can trust that hell be safe and happy.

Our rescue pup, Renny, absolutely loves everyone at JoJo&Co Pet Club. Renny tends to be quite shy and cautious, but when we saw how comfortable she was with the team, we were so relieved and were able to travel in peace knowing she was in great hands. The communication is unbelievable, and they took time out of their day to come and get to know Renny beforehand. Carmen and the team truly go above and beyond for all the pets, and JoJo&Co has become an integral part of our community. Cannot recommend them enough! Thrilled to have them here!
