I love pet super nanny! The owner clearly loves dogs and goes above and beyond all of the time (case in point, my dog got into a mess and she gave him a bath free of charge the other day)! Also puts together very fun events such as the annual Halloween party, summer party, and more.Altogether my dog pulls me in every time we go and is exhausted from play when we get back. Five stars!

I’ve been bringing my dog, Gus, here for years and he loves it. He’s an anxious dog, and all the exercise and play helps him relax at home. Danielle, the owner, has gone above and beyond a few times to help us out. She makes it feel more like a community than just a business.

This place is lovely! It is run by an owner and employees who adore animals, and you can feel it. When I first brought my puppy, Moush, to doggy daycare, she was shaking and crying. The owner Danielle, told me not to worry, that eventually she would be jumping for joy to come play at Pet Super Nanny. I did not believe her. I thought I might have to give up the idea of doggy day care altogether. But she was right. A month later and Moush barely gives me a second glance when I drop her off. She loves the big, clean space to run and play and above all, she loves Danielle and all of the staff. Thank you!

Danielle and her staff are so good with the dogs! My pup is always excited to go and I trust the staff to keep her safe and entertained. Danielle keeps you updated on any potential issues with your pup (health, behavior changes) which really assured me that she was looking after all the pets in her care closely and with love!

This is the only place I trust with my dog (and even, at times, my cats). I cannot say enough good things about Danielle and don’t know where to start! Brass tacks: she has a wealth of knowledge regarding ALL pet care, provides first rate services (from daycare to boarding to grooming), maintains high standards (vaccine requirements, facility cleaning, safety) and has great pricing and packages to fit your needs. On top of all that, she truly cares about each dog and their family. Danielle really gets to know your dog and she passes this knowledge on to the rest of her staff. My dog had been extremely anxious (especially after abuse and shelter life) and with Danielle and regular daycare his physical and emotional energy became much more settled. It’s an incredible relief to have someone who I know will be able to take good care of my pet - especially now, when our new quarantine lifestyle has driven our dog’s separation anxiety to an all time high. Additionally, the location itself is awesome. It’s massive, modern, clean and dynamic - so I know that it’s able to handle any kind of dog group and that my dog will always have a good area and dog group to run and play in. The instagram regularly uploads play photos throughout the day which are delightful. Outside of the vet (although Danielle also has vet tech experience!), I’ve never felt the need to go elsewhere for anything pet related. In short: When it came time for me to find a new apartment last year, I deliberately searched in an area that was close to Danielle. We can’t live without her!

Danielle has created the perfect home for our dog whenever we travel or need daycare services. Her new facility is gorgeous and spacious, and she has a natural affinity with all the types of animals she keeps there. The dogs are separated by size and behavior, and spend all day running around and playing, I always pick my dog up with the biggest exhausted smiled on her face. Pet Super Nanny also offers shuttle pick up services, food, and other options to make pet ownership in New York so much easier. Couldnt recommend more enthusiastically.

Danielle and her team have gone above and beyond to make Walter (and this new paw-rent) feel safe. He obtained a serious injury at another doggy daycare and I have been skeptical ever since. I appreciate Danielles thoroughness and the process in place to ensure all dogs are up to date with their vaccines before stepping in the door. Ive also noted their patience to introduce new dogs to their new environments (not a one-size-fits-all setup but separated by size and temperament), not to mention the showering of love from the staff! I primarily use their daycare service and boarding services. Walter is slowly but surely gaining his confidence here. Overall I highly recommend! Cant wait for the outdoor area to be in full swing come summer!

My dog Sam loves it here. He runs on in every time we come here and clearly likes the staff a lot. He wags his tail, runs to greet them, and even sometimes makes a little happy noise he only does for me and my partner. Clearly they treat him well and give him a lot of attention. The prices are also fair and they have great packages. This is also the best smelling dog daycare we’ve been to. He doesn’t come home stinky like can sometimes (understandably) happen elsewhere.Don’t be scared by the one star reviews. Most of them seem to have come from the same person or two.

A great place; the staff really care for our dog - even calling if we dont come in to see if hes ok. A huge space to run and play for him that is always very clean. Long hours help with our schedules and a multitude of services offered to ensure our dog is tip-top. We love Pet Super Nanny and you will too!

My pup has such a great time at Pet Super Nanny! He’s been going for over a year, and he loves coming every week! He’s always wagging his tail when we walk up and gets so excited to see everyone who works there. My pup can be a bit anxious, but the folks at Pet Super Nanny make him feel comfortable.

I have been bringing my Alfie, a 3 year old golden doodle, to Pet Supernanny since he was a puppy of 5 months. In all that time, I have only seen Danielle and her team take the best of care with Alfie and all the other dogs in their care. Alfie has loved coming to daycare 3 times a week and in all that time I have never had one single complaint with respect to his care. Danielle is extremely knowledgeable on the care of animals and has helped me and my family with Alfies training. We are very grateful that Alfie has the opportunity to come to a kind and loving place like this.

Ive been bringing my dog Murphy here now for almost a year. His tail wags as soon as we get to the door. Danielle and the rest of her staff are so great and so excited when Murphy shows up. It makes me feel that hes in great hands. Ive utilized their daycare, grooming, boarding and pickup services -- all have been fantastic. My pup comes home exhausted from playing with his friends all day and I love that I can see his play by the IG posts that the staff does almost daily

Very interesting to see this page flooded with one-star reviews within a few days, some with the same name and from businesses rather than people. It looks to me that many of these reviews have not come from patrons, and it certainly seems like these people have a lot of time on their hands and nothing more interesting to do.My dog Parker loves Pet Super Nanny and runs up and jumps on the door when we arrive. She loves the staff and couldnt be more excited when we go. Ive boarded her many times and am very confident that she is being well-taken care of. The dogs have so much space to play and there are lots of activities to take advantage of. Its great theres separate space for large and small dogs, and to me they all seem very happy.Who cares if youre not super pleased with your interaction with a staff member, its not about you - its about your dog (who....may or may not exist).

I’ve been bringing my very high-energy puppy to Pet Super Nanny for the past 6+ months, and I would recommend it to all doggy owners in Brooklyn. The owner, Danielle, does a fabulous job managing dogs of varying activity levels throughout the day. I’ve never once questioned my dog’s safety when he’s at daycare. He comes home happy and tired every day. Finding Pet Super Nanny has been such a God send. Thank you for all that you do!

Thank god for the Pet Supernanny! Our puppy, who has absolutely no chill whatsoever, LOVES going in. We deeply appreciate that Danielle makes sure that she takes a break every once in a while and doesnt overexert herself. The excitement over going to daycare starts in the morning by the door, and lasts all along the drive to daycare...On a more serious note, when our dog had some health challenges, and we had to keep her home, Danielle called us daily to check up on her (and us) and see how shes doing. She also advised us on which vet and which veterinary hospitals are best in the area, which foods to give our puppy when she wasnt feeling well, and often - what no to worry about.I have the utmost respect for Danielle as a business owner - she clearly puts her heart and soul into the business, knows each dog incredibly well, and hires very caring staff. Im glad I found her - coming out of covid hibernation has been much easier with a reliable doggy day care support network in place!

I’ve had nothing but good experiences with Pet Super Nanny! My dog is very shy/nervous so I love that she gets to hang in a dedicated space for lower-key dogs. They make a point of being very gentle with her. I’ve honestly seen a big improvement in her anxiety level since spending time at PSN.

We started bringing our 2 year old pup Oreo there a couple months ago and have nothing but great things to say about the owner, Daniele, and the space itself. Its huge, airy and theres lots of great things set up for the dogs to have fun with like a ball pit, slides, etc. Her rates are also super reasonable, which is a huge plus! Oreo can be a bit anxious and standoffish with other dogs but Daniele really took the time with her to understand her personality and her triggers and didnt force her into any situations she was not comfortable in. Now Oreo is back to playing and having fun at daycare! Cannot recommend enough if you live in the area and your dog needs an escape!

Truly an incredible place for daycare and boarding. Our nervous, shy pup now gets excited to walk in the door here, and lounges with the other dogs on the couch. They do an excellent job acclimating dogs to the atmosphere (which is why they’re particular about onboarding process). I’m so glad we found Pet Super Nanny!

Pet Super Nanny has been incredible for our pup Sammy. We started out going one or two days a week but our guy loves it so much he now attends daycare three to four days a week. The prices are really reasonable, the staff is kind and patient with our energetic pup and the place is immaculate. Most importantly there’s tons of space for Sam to run around in, other dogs for for him to play with (which has been really good for his socialization in general) and he comes home happy and tired. This place makes life with an eight month old puppy much more manageable and we’re so grateful it exists.UPDATEWe recently completed the board and train program and are so thrilled with how this thoughtfully-designed program has changed our home life. Tyril is really wonderful. So knowledgeable and patient and great with Sammy. When Sammy came home after the initial boarding part of the program, he definitely had a better grasp of commands and knew more of them but was still somewhat inconsistent about following them. But after attending the 1-2 weekly lessons with Tyril over the following weeks, Sammy quickly started following the commands perfectly. It felt as through by working together, Sammy recognized the authority Tyril had cultivated with him, transferred over to us. It’s been such a gamechanger for us having a dog who walks on the leash without pulling, isn’t eating all the street trash because he understands “leave it”, and comes, sits and stays when asked. These were all commands I had worked on myself for months but could not get Sam to follow. Thanks so much to Tyril and Danielle!

The first day my son and I walked into Brooklynpetsupernanny we knew we loved it. The owner is very warm and welcoming. Every time we drop our pup off for the day or nite we feel he’s in safe hands. Like one reviewer said, this place IS doggy heaven! My dog is naturally anxious and skittish so I always worry about leaving her and I could not trust anyone more than Danielle, who has an amazing way with animals (and humans with nervous animals!) She and the staff are professional and knowledgeable and my dog comes back exhausted (and sparkling clean after a grooming) after running around all day in the bright, open space.

This place is doggy heaven! Huge space, cool, sparkling clean and with lots of fun toys. Just took my dog Alfie for a wash & trim and hes come back smelling and looking beautiful. Signed up for a package so he can go a couple of times a week to play with all the other doggos. Owner is super friendly and very knowledgeable about all things dog.

Baller facility. My dog loves it here so much that she gets excited from blocks away, when we turn down Atlantic Avenue in the car lol…So worth the $$$ when she comes home completely beat, after a long day of running amok with other large breed, frisky pups! Packages make daycare cost not much more than regular dog walks, and there’s no comparison as far as the socialization & exercise.

Danielle and her facility is Superb. I’ve been taking my dog here for the past three years, he needed to be socialized as his breed is known to be Aggressive to other dogs if not socialized.Not only did the Pet Nanny socialize my dog, he completely loves all dogs. Apparently he’s the mayor of the Pet Nanny doggies.I’ve had my dog go to her daycare every day for at least eight months, while I was going back to work after the pandemic. He was never happier. Now that Kobe has a brother, I will be taking the both there. Danielle is great. I’ve boarded my pup there several times as well. I know live in Manhattan and still will drive to brooklyn, theres no there place better than the pet nanny!

My dog has been coming to Danielle for daycare for years and still gets so excited every day to come! The staff are friendly and helpful. The facility is huge and packed with stuff for dogs to do - couches, slides, a ball pit, even a pool in the summer! Danielle is attentive to each dogs’ needs and makes sure to group them accordingly. Highly recommend pet super nanny for doggie daycare!!
