We’ve bern bringing our puppy Ina to Pups for daycare since she was 4.5 months old. The team takes very good care of her, and it’s clear she loves going - she can hardly contain her excitement when we walk there in the morning! The employees are very helpful and kind, as well. She’s also been groomed there, and they did a wonderful job. Highly recommend Pups!

I’ve bring Bingo since the store was opened. Bingo loves going to the daycare and play with all the other dog friends and staffs. All the staffs members are very kind and nice, very good with all dogs. They always supervise the play time and will send out a report card at the end of the day.Recently, they’ve added different classes, we tried the agility intro 101, it’s a very good way to bond with your dog and let them have fun as well.For holidays they set up cute photo booths. And have themed events to attend. It’s been a great year with Pups Pet Club!

Anne is my new favorite person. I had both my dogs groomed at PUPS Pet Club for the first time last week. Douglas is a Bernese Mountain Dog and Gremmy a 14 year old Yorkie with limited vision, allergies galore and chronic ear infections. Anne was incredible, knew how to cut Douglas’s double coat and Gremmy, who usually comes back from the groomer agitated and cranky was so happy and comfortable. It was obvious Anne was so gentle with her knowing she is a little granny. I have lived in Brooklyn for 2.5 years and have yet to be happy with any grooming for my pups and I will never go anywhere else! I can also say with certainty they have the BEST pricing in the Williamsburg and would still go back if it weren’t because their cuts were THAT good. I even mixed up the time and was late and they accommodated me with such positivity and understanding. Every single staff member I have encountered, it is so obvious they deeply love animals.I’m so happy they are here and my experience was so great, I am sending my puppy Roe for board and train this week. The trainer reached out to discuss my goals for Roe which was fantastic. Even the corporate office who reached out for vaccines, deposit, etc was very obviously an animal lover and even told me, “look at the camera around noon, all the puppies get tired and take a nap in a puppy pile.” This warmed my heart and I feel so great that my baby will be in great hands. I’ve been bringing my mini Bernedoodle Remy to Anne for grooming since he first came home! We started with face trims to get him used to the process and now he’s a regular. Anne is the BEST! She’s so patient with him (and his hatred for the blow dryer) and we always get tons of compliments wherever we go. Remy also gets so excited when he sees Anne in the neighborhood. Couldn’t recommend more.

We bring our dog Kobe to PUPS Williamsburg every week, and he absolutely loves it. We can’t ever walk by without him trying to pull us inside! The employees know him by name and we feel very comfortable leaving him in their care. Highly recommend PUPS to any dog owner!

Marissa is an incredible dog trainer and wonderful person to work with. We worked with her over the course of several weeks to help our fearful rescue who was struggling with city noises and general anxiety. She has completely transformed him from a dog who could not go down the block to a confident dog who can do his long neighborhood walks again. I would highly recommend working with Marissa. She is kind, attentive and patient. Could not say enough good things.

I cant say enough good things about Anne, our dog groomer! She has been absolutely wonderful with our mini goldendoodle, Olive. Olive typically gets very anxious at the groomer, but Anne has a special touch that makes her feel calm and comfortable. Each time I pick Olive up, she looks fantastic and is happy and relaxed. Anne truly goes above and beyond! Adrian has been great as well! Highly recommend both for grooming

I simply cannot say enough good things about Marissa. Not only is she acutely attuned to dogs emotions, actions, and behaviors, but she’s also an absolute gem of a human being. When my 10-month-old rescue, Mocchi, started exhibiting some troubling behaviors that I wasnt equipped to handle as a first-time dog owner, Marissa came to our rescue.From the moment she arrived at my apartment, it was clear that Marisa possesses a profound understanding of dogs. She observed me interacting with Mocchi and watched his behavior with the keen eye of a true dog whisperer. Her insights were remarkable, and I took copious notes of everything she said. Marisa explained that while Mocchi can be difficult and has a lot of issues, she always reassured me with the mantra, Well get through it.What I love most about Marisa is how she validates my efforts, which is so valuable. She always tells me that I am doing well, and it’s so lovely to hear. Her encouragement gives me strength and confidence, making the training process much more enjoyable. Every time she left our apartment, I felt empowered, hopeful, and excited about our newfound knowledge of dog behavior.Marissa provided us with invaluable resources and was always extremely available for any questions or concerns. Her dedication and genuine care for dogs are evident in every interaction, and it’s no surprise that Mocchi absolutely loves her. We absolutely LOVE our new groomer Jeanette!!! We moved from Canada, and our first grooming experience in NY wasn’t the best, so we were a little hesitant to get her hair cut again after that. But I’m beyond thankful that we found Jeanette, she did the best job on our dog Nala’s hair, and gave her the perfect hair cut!! All the staff are extremely kind and understanding. Thank you guys so much!!! We couldn’t be happier.

Since I got my puppy a few months ago, shes loved going to Pups Pet Club and Ive had a great overall experience with the staff.Daycare: She typically visits for daycare a few times a week. The drop-off & pick-up process here is very easy & streamlined which I appreciate greatly. The staff is attentive throughout the day and always provides updates at the end of the day if there is anything that I need to be aware of.Training: Ray is a fantastic trainer that has been working with myself & my pup. He has a great way of instilling confidence while reviewing the brilliant basics & answering questions along the way. We look forward to our sessions and Ive seen a great improvement in my pups leash walking and overall behavior.Pet Sitting: I recently had to travel internationally and organized Pet Sitting for her via the club. As she experiences some separation anxiety - this was a great option as she was able to go home with someone every night & be with her friends during the day at daycare.

My Frenchie loves daycare at PUPS! The staff is friendly, facility is clean, and she always comes back with a huge smile after all the play.She always comes back clean, which has been an issue at other facilities with less oversight. Weve never had any concerns about her safety. If you know Frenchies, you know their play can get quite intense. The staff is great about knowing her mood and whether she should spend time with the big dogs wrestling or with the little dogs lounging around.

We’ve been bringing our golden retriever puppy to Pups Pet Club ever since he was 14 weeks old and have had nothing but a great experience. He loves going to daycare and is always so excited when we drop him off. We’ve also been working with Ray Figueroa, one of the trainers, who has helped us achieve incredible results in such a short period of time. Ray does such a great job at ensuring that you as the owner feel comfortable and confident and helps provide homework, videos of training sessions, and a lot of great tips along the way. I feel a lot more confident in having a dog in the city after working with him!

PUPS Club is the best! Our Aussiedoodle, Rigby, goes to daycare once a week and Anne keeps him looking his best by grooming him about every five weeks. The whole PUPS team takes great care of Rigby, and — most important — he always loves going there. We also enjoy the extra events and training classes they offer. I feel lucky and grateful to have PUPS as part of the village that it requires to care for a dog in NYC these days! 😆

Pixie is normally shy and about grooming, but the staff for her grooming and doggie care days were so great and she had so much fun! I saw her on the doggie cams playing with other dogs and making friends. After I picked her up, I received a “report card” for her day with pictures of the new friends she had made. It was a wonderful experience and we will do it again!

At first, I was wary of Pups Club as it seemed like a chain and I couldnt imagine how a chain could beat out a more neighborhoody place. However after trying a few daycare locations, its clear our dog Winky loves Pups Club and I highly recommend it. She literally goes into daycare with her tail high and wagging which I still cant believe (shes a pretty shy dog).A few things stand out versus other local daycare spots. First is that theres always someone at the front, other spots for some reason I walk by and its usually empty. Second, their setup is that daycare is in a back room, not visible from the front (if theres a window to the dogs, they bark and react). Third, they have cameras which you can see the doggy rooms any time (for a cost however) which to me builds up trust as employees know nothing can slide. The two things I wish they did but dont today is feed the dogs around lunch and offer extra training during daycare, but maybe those will happen at some point.Other than daycare, we use Pups Club for grooming and theyve done a great job and were excited about things like agility classes. Lastly, all the employees are super nice and just seem like they really like caring for the dogs. Im so glad theyre here in Williamsburg and if you have a shy dog like ours, Id check them out.

We have had the most wonderful experience with Pups Pet Club. Our 10-month old Norfolk Terrier, Bao, literally runs to the door any time we pass by the building because he loves it so much. Bao gets tons of exercise and lots of playtime with friends every time he goes, so that he is a happy and tired puppy by the time he comes home. The staff is extremely loving, attentive and happy. The dog trainer, Ray, is also terrific. Hes taught our little guy a ton in a very short amount of time. Pups is extremely clean and very safe with constant supervision. Another big bonus is thats its never overcrowded like some of the other pet care options in the neighborhood are. I would highly recommend Pups Pet Club to anyone who is looking for high quality care for their pup.

I think my dog had the best day of his life the first time he went to Puppy Playcare at Pups Pet Club. As a first time dog owner I was nervous about dropping him off somewhere for the whole day but he clearly loved it! When I got there to pick him up he was romping around with another little pup and did not want to go. He slept for hours when we got home.The staff have all been incredible and were planning on visiting regularly now!

We have been taking our sheltie puppy Cohen to Pups Club since March when he was 4 months old. Cohen LOVES daycare and all of the staff take great care of him. We feel so lucky to have this spot in the neighborhood that we love and trust.A major shoutout and thank you to Ray - who has been training Cohen to be a service dog since he was 6 months old. At 11 months now, Cohen is a perfectly behaved boy. We receive constant remarks on how well behaved and mature he is in public and people are shocked to discover he’s still just a baby. This is all thanks to Ray’s patience, dedication and training. We couldn’t recommend Ray or Pups Club more!

Highly recommend this new to Williamsburg doggy daycare. Excellent staff, super clean, great video cams to watch your pup, who will get tons of attention from the attendants. Ive had my dog Henley groomed here as well twice now and have been incredibly happy with the service and communication. She looks fantastic and I love that she can get groomed and then go back into daycare to play.

I’ve been taking my dog to Pups since he was a puppy and they first opened and it’s his favorite place. They have packages that are flexible to work with my different schedules and has been a great way for him to socialize with other dogs. The staff is always friendly and helpful and I can leave my dog knowing he’s in good hands. Would highly recommend using Pups, I’m so glad we found them.

Ive been taking my 13lb Shih Tzu to Pups for daycare, training, and grooming since they first opened and its been wonderful! Everyone is incredibly caring and responsive, from management to the attendants. The space is well designed and very clean. Ive tried many of the daycares in the area and they are the best, hands down, they even send you a daily report card of who your pup played with! I trust them 100% with my dog and she loves it!

Our dog Lennox just finished a 3-week train & play bootcamp with Ray Figueroa, and we could not be happier. Lennox went through puppy training about 2 years ago, but she still had some bad habits we wanted to work on. The results of her working with Ray are outstanding. She is so much more responsive, listens the first time, no longer pulling my arm off on walks, and is overall happy to work with us. We are thrilled with Ray, through the whole process he shared daily videos of what they were working on and gave us clear direction on how to continue the training at home.

Having a groomer close to home is great. Have a groomer you love is even greater. I have been taking Gia for a few months now and every single time, she comes out happy and looking so darn cute. Gia has IVDD so delicate care was very important to me. Everyone on staff has been so accommodating to her. Anna, the recent groomer, sat with her prior, calmed her anxiety and gave her the cutest groom. This is now a routine for myself and Gia, a fresh cut every 4-5 weeks.

I cannot say enough good things about Pups, and particularly one of their trainers, Ray. We rescued our dog Teego about 7 months ago and have had some difficulty finding the right daycare and trainer for him. Ray spent time working with Teego during his first daycare visit right when they opened, and we were blown away by the immediate improvements we saw in Teego’s leash behavior. We’ve been working with Ray for about 2 months since then and continue to be impressed with Teego’s improvements after every day he spends with Ray. Teego is absolutely obsessed with Ray, and we are so grateful that we found a trainer who invests so much time and energy into his clients.

My rescue dog, Henry recently got groomed at PUPS and I cant say enough good things. It was easy to coordinate and book the appointment with a very friendly host, and when I dropped him off, his groomer, Anne, made it a point to get to know me and Henry before she started grooming him. She asked me about his behavior and how I would like his fur trimmed. They even cleaned his teeth.It was a prompt service and very easy to drop in and out. Cant recommend them enough. Will be back for not just Grooming!
