    Nice place to run your dog, but not the best spot for humans, as there is very little shade, no tables and very few benches. The park on 86th is much more human friendly.But there are dogs here quite often and its a big spot for letting your dog run.Has a water fountain for people and dogs.

    Beautiful place to hang out and look at the ocean. You can catch the ferry there to downtown mnahattan

    Clean park with a playground and many good looking, friendly dogs to see (and pet with their owners permission). My gf and I sat on the bench for about an hour talking with a nice view of the water. We could see the Staten island ferry and even a large MSC cruise ship passed by! We could still see it on its journey in between the apartment buildings. It was scary! Looked like it ran ashore and was cruising through the streets of Brooklyn! 😱

    Great dog run. Have been regulars for 2 years. The people that visit are caring and drama free. If the dogs act out, the owners usually intervene. Conveniently located near the highway and outer edge of the park.

    This is such a great Park. If you have a dog especially it is a very nice park. Lots of green grass for your dog to run around in its just all around beautiful. This park is also in a nice quiet neighborhood. When you get the chance go here with your dog in kids they will love it.

    Standard park in NYC but it sits on a hill. Its got ample room for dogs to run and play and its frequently used by local residents during the high season. Like most parks, there is NYPD presence often in unmarked cars keeping the peace. Overall a good neighbor jaunt.

    My two dogs really enjoy it. The people that come by you could see are really dog lovers. I especially love looking at all the different types of dogs that come in. The area is kept clean there is water that can be changed also

    Ive only been there once but I know its already one of my favorite parks. It has a unique short cut path through trees. You will know it when you see it. I cant describe it and do it wonders.

    Popular and kid friendly dog run. Great location with a beautiful view on Shore Road. Love the fact that there is a separation for smaller dogs and for bigger dogs. Perfect!!!

    My American Bull Terrier loved it. She loved the different levels of land and the space was larger than I expected. I will visit this dog park again.

    Small and hilly oasis that is a haven for the locals – it’s the perfect place to take a stroll with the kids and the dog. The playground is a bit wild. Visit the ski hill in the winter.

    The dog park area is very small. I see people ride bikes on the dog run too, so I dont know how I feel about that.
