Satra and her team are true dog lovers and amazing walkers & pet sitters. My Fiance and I have had our dogs walked through Wigglee Waggle for close to two years and they are simply the best walkers out there. They are genuine and honest people (which is important since they will be regularly entering your home to get your furry friend) and we have had they stay for pet sitting at our apartment as well. Theyve also stopped by over long-weekends to clean our cat litter and feed the animals. If you want the best walkers/sitters/team for your pets, Wigglee Waggle is your go-to choice!

Wigglee Waggle is such a fantastic service and I couldnt be happier. My dog Lucy does group walks every day and she loves it. I always get a short report with photos from the walk and I come home to a tired dog... it doesnt get any better. Ive also used Wigglee Waggle for dog sitting for as much as 3 weeks at a time. The owner of the business, Satra, is extremely reliable, responsive and trustworthy. To be honest, theyve become like family over the last 2 years and I dont know what I would do without them. Long story short, I highly recommend this service to anyone in the area.

This dog walking and dog sitting business is one of the best I have ever utilized or encountered. Their level of professionalism and attention to detail is superior. The communication is constant and my dog loves every employee we have used over the years. Satra take special care only to hire the kindest and most responsible employees. Wigglee Waggle has been great with my dog, who has anxiety and unfortunately some aggressive tendencies around new people. Leading up to my trip they worked with me on a daily basis to make him comfortable, with Victor coming multiple times a day. I’ll also say that after I got home I noticed notable differences in my dog’s behavior. He’s been less aggressive on leash and I can only attribute that to a week with Wigglee!

Wiggle Waggle is exactly the service we had been looking for for our 3 year old dog-- they are trusted, reliable and allow you to feel confident your pet is in the right hands. Tariq has been walking our dog Cooper for over 9 months now-- he takes the dogs on group walks that they seem to love, picks up and drops off Cooper when we are not home, and sends awesome pics of their daily adventures. Tariq has been such a great help to us and we couldnt recommend him and the service more.

First of all I find them very caring and we all want to feel that for our pets. I had some training for my dog, and the little I had is still working. Victor has such patience and the only reason I havent engaged him more is because I know I wont do whats required of me. I recommend anyone who uses their dog walking service to give the traing a try. You wont be disappointed.

The team at WW is great! I have a shy rescue pup and they’ve been my go-to walkers, helping him to become more comfortable and confident. They’re so patient and loving with him. I’m also working on some allergy / health issues with him, and they have no problem navigating any special requests I may ask. We’ve done group walks and solo ones, and plenty of last minute ones, and they’ve always gone above and beyond to accommodate. We’re big fans of Victor in this home but the whole team is so wonderful!! Grateful for walkers I can trust :)

Wigglee Waggle is an absolute gem. I’ve used them for walks for a few months and they are incredibly loving and patient with my very high energy and stubborn rescue pup. I was using rover for dog sitting and had countless poor experiences, but this time I bit the bullet and paid the extra for a wigglee waggle sitter and it has been money very well spent. I’m so thankful knowing my dog is in attentive, gentle, and loving hands while I am gone — especially since I have a bully breed who is often incorrectly stereotyped. So pleased to have found Wigglee Waggle and I will definitely be a loyal customer!

Xiang is literally the best dog walker Ive ever met. Wiggle Waggle in general is great, no complaints, everyone is lovely, and they send you pictures and updates on your dog as they walk him. But Xiang is what makes the company truly special. She just clearly loves our dog sooo much. She’s so excited to see him every day, and I really feel safe letting my pup go into her warm arms.

I love this service! My schedule is very erratic - sometimes I suddenly need dog care last minute and Satra always makes sure I’m covered even though I’m not a regular user. My dog Winnie is a really shy timid girl and Xiang (her favorite walker!) is so patient with her and always makes her feel special. I rest easy knowing that Wigglee Waggle is looking after my baby!

I reached out to WiggleeWaggle for dog walking when we were going to be out of town for several weeks. They were super responsive, and arranged for terrific walker Xiang to be our contact during the duration of our trip. Xiang came for a meet and greet and hit it off instantly with our beagle May. They did 30-45 minute walks several times a week and May LOVED her. She send updates, info and photos each time.Terrific business, terrific walker. Cant recommend highly enough.

They are also incredibly flexible and accommodating - my husband and I constantly have changes in our work schedule but Satra and Raj always makes sure our pup is taken care of, whether its an additional walk, feeding her dinner, or overnight care. We’ve been with Satra for nearly three years with our now four-year-old dog and Wigglee Waggle feels like extended family. Not only has it been a pleasure to watch the company grow, we feel safe trusting them with our dog and value the incredible flexibility and one-on-one interaction that they have always provided.Their app is easy to use - we get a picture and bathroom report for each walk! Wigglee Waggle takes the time to get to know your pet. They match the most compatible walkers and other dogs together - they call our smaller group of dogs who go on group walks “the toddlers”, which we find adorable.We’ve even wished this company could transition to childcare at one point (and although that’s not their business, that’s how good they are!). The Wigglee Waggle staff are friends of ours, our building, and the neighborhood. They even participated in a bench dedication for a group of dogs in our building in fort Greene Park.Once you hire them, you’ve found your forever dog walker. My experience with Wigglee Waggle is the best not only with the pet business but also with any businesses. Satra has never hesitated to spend longer than 30mins phone call just to get fully understand our needs as fist time pet parents and our 6 months old little cavapoo puppy. We Needed to go away for 3 nights for family cruise to celebrate my in parents in law’s big milestone bday last year even before we decided to adopt our puppy. We tried test run of overnight boarding, but our little 6 months old puppy was traumatized and our only hope is over night stays. Although we are located out of their service area, Satra and her team accommodated for overnight stays with providing three times walks per day without extra charge because our pet is little puppy needing more than two relieves per day.And When our returning flight canceled, Satra and her team were also happy to help us and provided last mins overnight stays so our little puppy was still in care. They were our savior!We can’t thank them enough. They are genuine and truly care for our puppy.Satra is also super response as if she is on call 24/7. I highly recommend Wigglee Waggle because from our experience, you can definitely trust and reply on them.

I can’t recommend this company enough. I am, admittedly, an anxious dog dad because I have a rescue with trauma, and this team has given me so much mental peace when I am at work, on vacation, or away from my dog. They are very professional, flexible, and really accommodating. Everything can be scheduled through an app and they send detailed updates from every walk. I have been using their walking services for months now, but I recently went on vacation and used their pet sitting services. I had my same walker pet sit (p.s. Xiang is an Allstar) and this was the first time I was not worried about leaving my dog with someone else. I got updates from every walk and knew my dog was in great, professional, and knowledgeable hands. Satra and her Team are incredible! They treat my dog like it’s their own child. I was very anxious when I first adopted my dog and Satra helped me acclimate to being a new dog owner. She and her husband Raj stayed with my dog during my first trip away. My dog got very sick from a parasite she got in the kennel and Satra took her to the vet and cooked her chicken and rice every day until her issue is resolved. I feel so lucky to have Wigglee Waggle in my life- it makes having a dog as a busy New Yorker possible.
