Laura was a wonderful pet sitter for our Cat. She was very communicative and sent great photos, plus you can just tell shes a real animal lover. I would definitely recommend Chas Co to anyone, and will be hiring them again.

Laura cat-sat for me, for about a week recently. Communication and check-ins were a breeze with the Time to Pet app, which was a great way to receive updates about my cats eating habits, as well as pictures of him playing or resting. My cat is a shy guy, so it took him a visit or two to be brave enough to come out for her, but he looked very happy in the pics she sent me. Additionally, he has asthma, and she was able to administer his preventative inhaler. It was a stress free and positive experience... I highly recommend Chas Co! :)

We love Chas Co.! Laura is responsible, but still easy-going, reliable and also flexible, and has a wonderful rapport with my dog Alf!! She is also a talented photographer and I look forward to her fun updates everyday. She is 100% trustworthy and we are so happy to have her as our regular dog walker. I wholeheartedly recommend her services! Can’t say enough good things.

Absolutely love using services from Chas Co.! Laura is incredibly professional and her experience shows. My dog is a large Am. Bulldog who has behavioral and dog aggression issues, we wear a muzzle on our walks which can be intimidating to not only others approaching us but also people who try to walk him. Laura had no issues understanding our walk style or handling him at all, shes very patient and accommodating. Highly recommend!

This was my first time using Chas Co and it exceeded expectations. Laura is absolutely fantastic, a true professional who knows what to look for and how to properly care for and evaluate your pet. I left my 15 year old Tina in her care for 3.5 days, and came home to a happy cat and a clean home. Laura provided regular and thoughtful updates, and offered to medicate Tina when she seemed to have an issue (all was well). The rates are very reasonable but the peace of mind is priceless. HIGHLY recommend.

I cant say enough about how wonderful Laura is! She came by to meet my new senior rescue dog in person and sat down to discuss her quirks and special needs before we started scheduled walks. She always provides photos and a detailed summary of each walk via an app thats extremely thorough and reassuring. Shes is always extremely responsive and went above and beyond, discussing some behavioral concerns off the clock.Cant recommend Chas Co enough!

Laura (Chas Co) is the most phenomenal dog walker I could ever have hoped to meet. My dog Max is a rescue with a lot of emotional issues. He is distrusting of most people, and as a result tends to be aggressive. Laura showed patience and compassion towards him and sooner than later earned his trust. She used positive reinforcement techniques and my dog (who normally trusts no one other than me) was completely enamored with her. Laura sent me daily updates of their walks using a very efficient app. The pics and messages I recieved from her detailing their progress were a daily highlight. She’s always been available when I’ve needed her in the evenings or the weekends, and she has now stayed at my home numerous times for overnight visits when I’ve gone out of town. She is the most capable, trustworthy, reliable, and compassionate dog walker I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. Can’t recommend highly enough!

Laura is amazing! She’s been walking our pup for about a year and a half now and he loves her! She really saved the day several times last year when our schedule was really crazy because my wife had to have surgery for her broken foot. It’s great to know our pup’s in such good hands during the day. (Also Laura’s dog is super sweet!)

I cannot say enough good things about Laura and Chas Co. My cat Ted is not the easiest little guy, but Laura was able to bond with him so well. He ADORES her. She does a wonderful job. When she was on vacation, she also found an incredible replacement (who managed to get Teds love in only a few visits). Laura is so responsive and I cant imagine a better pet-sitter.

My dog adores Laura and I can tell she returns the feeling. Hes got a lot of anxiety with strangers, and Laura has shown infinite patience with him and even helped him get used to spending time with some of my friends. Hes also having some health issues as he gets older, and shes been so sweet and gentle with him. So lucky she is in our lives!

I’ve had a lot of dog walkers over the years, Chas and Co is THE BEST by a long shot. Laura and Maggie are knowledgeable, communicative, flexible, and have competitive rates. They’re great at pairing my dog with other dogs with similar temperaments, and the walk reports are so thorough and cute. I’m always so impressed with their thoughtfulness; for the holidays they made a zine with all of the pups pictures and a homemade paw balm for the snow. It was SO cute and creative. We are so grateful to have found these walkers!

Best walking service ever. Flexible, professional, communicative and friendly. Maggie and Laura work hard to understand our pets needs and keep them safe and happy! Our dogs may secretly like Maggie more than us, but its okay because its such a relief to know they are in good hands when we cant be there. Our dogs are the most important thing to us and we trust ChasCo with them completely. Enough said.

Laura is serious about walking--prep, scheduling, communication, meds, safety, reporting back (with the cutest photos!). My dog adores and trusts her, and I dont know what Id do without her. As a bonus, shes often available for one-offs, sometimes even just hours before shes needed--a nice perk in a business where walkers understandably prefer to be scheduled regularly. Finally--she puts out the cutest almanac each year of all the neighborhood dogs. Hire Chasco!!

We are big fans of Laura and Chas Co! We have a rescue who needed walking and some socialization and Laura was so thoughtful about how she approached things, and interacted with our pup generally.She walks our pup every week and Tanu gets so excited when we put her harness on and she knows Laura is coming!

Chas Co is amazing!! Laura visits our cat when we leave town. We receive daily updates, with photos. Laura is super responsive and reliable. She will also make sure our plants have enough water if we are gone for more than a few days. Would highly recommend this company!

Could not more highly recommend Maggie and Laura at Chas Co.!It was difficult finding the right fit for my often stubborn and difficult dog - I tried a number of different dog-walking services, but most were not up for the challenge. However, I was recommended Chas Co. about a year and a half ago, and could not be happier with them - they’ve been a perfect match.Laura and Maggie are true professionals - in addition to being incredibly patient and understanding with my dog, they are also very flexible and accommodating with my busy work schedule. Plus, they use GPS to track routes, send pictures during walks, and give me daily updates.The bottom line is that I have complete trust in Laura and Maggie at Chas Co., and I cannot thank them enough for the help they provide.

I cannot praise Laura enough for how amazing her business is. We went through other walkers before finding Laura, and know our pittie is obsessed with her. She is consistent - she does not miss a single walk, you will always get updates of how the walk went with notes on the route, time, and your dogs business. She is flexible and beyond gracious with scheduling changes, as our jobs are not typical 9-5. She is thorough to a point and our dog is better on the leash because of her. Shes so passionate about our pup and you cannot offer your fur baby better care than Laura! Thank you for looking after our Meatball, you are the best!
