When we moved to Brooklyn last year, we were so nervous about finding someone we could trust with our dog Theo. Kenny immediately quieted those and even more than that… became part of our family. We hold Kenny in the highest regard and couldn’t recommend his services highly enough. If you’re in the Brooklyn area and looking for a hard working, trust worthy, friendly, loyal (the list goes on) dog walker… call Kenny!

Where to even begin. We moved to the neighborhood about a year ago, and were so nervous about finding a dog walker for our little guy. Not only has Kenny exceeded our expectations caring for our dog, but has transitioned into an integral part of our daily community. Kenny is everything you’d want/need in a dog walker. He’s communicative, reliable, thoughtful, considerate, knowledgeable, honest, caring, and overall just so talented. He sends updates and pictures every walk - so you don’t feel like you’re missing a moment with your pup! He goes above and beyond to be extremely available to answer any dog related questions you might have (even on weekends!) whenever my dog is sick I call Kenny and he answers immediately and knows exactly what to do. Or (on many occasions) has come over to our place to examine him himself. Helping us feel reassured and saving us hundreds of dollars in vet bills. He’s very well connected in the dog community - any time we’ve needed a last minute dog sitter (and I mean hours before last minute) he’s dedicated to the challenge and always pulls through with a solution. On many occasions he’s gone out of his way and out of the scope of his job to help us in a pinch. Not to mention I’ll come home to find our dog’s water bowl cleaned and filled. (He’s even cleaned up messy snacks that my toddler has thrown all over the floor😂) Kenny brings a warmth and comfort to our home that just wouldn’t be the same without him. He has a heart of gold and truly feels like family. We can’t imagine our time in Brooklyn heights without Kenny, and are forever indebted to him for all the help he’s given us.

Kenny is hands down the best! We moved to Brooklyn Heights in July and wanted to make sure we had someone trustworthy and reliable to care for our dog Koda while we’re at work and are so lucky we found Kenny! Kenny is all around a great person and dog walker from checking in on schedule, spending lots of time with Koda, giving us updates and pictures on walk progress and even handling one off requests like turning on lights or last minute walks when needed, he is without a doubt someone I would recommend for anyone who’s dog is like family. Kenny even goes above and beyond, when we were worried about Koda being sick after throwing up, Kenny went out of his way to stop by and make sure he was doing okay when we weren’t home and helped us find the right food to get Koda back to 100% (not to mention saving us $100s in vet fees). Kenny is extremely communicative, trustworthy and all around a great person who treats dogs with love and care! Cannot recommend Kenny enough!

This is a hard review to write. And that’s because I don’t know where to begin, what words to use to describe just how perfect of a dog walking genius Kenny is, or how to say goodbye to him now that we are moving. Kenny is in all respects spectacular. He cares, he communicates, he is on time, he is honest, he is kind, and he is, above all, worthy of your trust. You only need to see how your dogs react with pure joy to instantaneously know that Kenny must be the best dog walker in Brooklyn. Kenny, thank you so so much. You have made such an impact on Lambert and Flora. They are better dogs because of you, and will always be grateful for having you in our lives.

My husband and I have trusted Kenny with our puppy, Wally, for almost a year now. He walks him every day while we are at work and there is no one we would trust with him more. Kenny started walking Wally when he was just a puppy and Kenny’s knowledge of the care needed to be taken with a new puppy on the street in New York made us feel very comfortable. Kenny is extremely communicative and always reliable — he has even helped us with an extra walk last minute when we were both stuck at work! Wally absolutely adores Kenny and we are so glad to have him in the neighborhood!!

Kenny and his team are the best! Hes so gentle and loving with my pup, Janie, who can be nervous and shy. I never worry on the days Kenny walks her - I know shell be happy and well taken care of. Kenny will often send me cute little videos of Janie when Im at work, narrating how she is doing on the walk, which brings a huge smile to my face. Plus, scheduling and payment has been easy and seamless. Kenny is a great communicator and a true dog lover, and I couldnt be happier with his care of my pup.

Kenny came into our life after we got a new puppy. We were having trouble getting her to ‘go’ outside for the first time. Within a month she was no longer using the wee pad.Furthermore, we had another pup on the verge of being a senior and is very particular. Kenny was able to instantly gain her trust, and within a week or two everything was smooth sailing.He is very trustworthy, accommodating, and friendly. The knowledge he has about health concerns has also really been an asset when caring for our dogs. If ever there is an issue we are promptly notified and given a recommendation.His associates, especially Aaron, are very nice and professional.They have not had to cancel one time, which when you’re a busy person it is so important to know there is someone dependable nearby who will be there to take the dogs out.He is very flexible with our schedule and has been able to drop in if I’m running late or need to be away for a long time on the weekend.Kenny is a real standup guy, and his services have been impeccable and invaluable. Most of all he loves dogs. Which is #1 when entrusting your dogs to another person. Thanks, Kenny.

My fiancé and I moved to Brooklyn Heights last year with a 6 month old puppy who had (still has) tons of energy. We knew we’d need a dog walker and reached out to Kenny on a recommendation from a friend in the neighborhood. Kenny was incredibly professional from the moment we met him - he spent time getting to know our dog and made sure we understood how his business worked. As first time dog owners, we feel so lucky to have found Kenny. He sends us videos of our dog while he’s on his daily walk, ensures he has safe interaction with other pups in the neighborhood, and alerts us if he notices anything off in his behavior or activity. He has truly helped our dog mature from puppy to “toddler” - teaching him great leash habits and enforcing good behavior. Kenny has also been a lifesaver in last-minute situations - for example, a dog sitter fell through at the last minute before we had to leave for a weekend. Kenny was there in a pinch to board and care for our dog during that time. Kenny is completely trustworthy, reliable, and genuinely cares about dogs. We know our pup is in good hands with him and would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone in the neighborhood!

Kenny has been walking my extremely nervous and socially anxious rescue pitbull for a few months now and I couldn’t be happier with his service - Kenny consistently goes above and beyond to make sure my dog is comfortable as possible during their time together. He is extremely responsive and always sends videos during his walks and a report once the walk is over. My dog barely trusts anyone, but he trusts Kenny so that means a lot!! :)

We recently started using Kenny after my sister in law’s recommendation. We have a rescue Cavalier King Charles Spaniel who we’ve always been nervous to have others walk (she’s a combination of stubborn with bad hips and she isn’t the best walker.) All of those nerves have gone away in the first few walks with Kenny, he’s been very responsive, always sends videos and updates, and it’s clear he really cares about our dog Phoebe. We’re looking forward to continue working with Kenny and I would recommend him to anyone in the neighborhood!

Kenny is a true professional, and an expert on dogs. He leash trained our dogs when they were puppies, and has been such a helpful guide through the training process.He is also super flexible and has been able to help with our pups on short notice, over the weekend, and on a changing schedule, all of which has been incredibly convenient.What sets Kenny apart, though, is how much he cares for the dogs. Our Ham and Lucille just love him so much, and they get so excited to spend time with him, and perk up whenever they hear his name.It has given us great peace of mind to have our pups with Kenny, and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a dog walker.

Kenny offers a great serviceWe have two dogs. A Small Boston Terrier and a large Jingo mix. On all occasions our dogs have come back happy. Kenny offers great rates for the amount of time your dogs are walked.Every dog walker sends pictures / a review of how the walk went. 10/10 recommend this service

I met Kenny 3 years ago. He is an excellent dog walker. I have observed him on several occasions walking his clients dogs and he really takes excellent care of them. He really knows how to control the dogs and they love him. I have met several dog walkers in the past 25 years but I have never met anyone like Kenny. I highly recommend him to all my neighbors and friends.

We feel so lucky that our dog is able to spend time with Kenny everyday for her daily walks. Choosing a dog walker has always been difficult - our dog is in end stage kidney failure, and we needed to find a walker who was not only compassionate, but patient and willing to take that extra step to help our dog at any time. Kenny not only fit the bill, but has exceeded our expectations. He is incredibly knowledgeable about medical issues and has given us great advice. He sends us videos of our dog on her walks with detailed updates. He has been incredibly flexible with our revolving schedules. We appreciate Kenny so much, and we’re so thankful Brooklyn Heights has such a great dog walker who cares so much about dogs :)

Kenny is absolutely awesome either for short walks or longer overnight stays. If my dog sees him anytime when I am walking him, he goes crazy trying to get to Kenny. He is extremely responsive. He also cares about your dog and he will tell you if he sees anything wrong with her. Highly recommended.

Kenny has been walking my dog Arthur for several years now. Hes incredibly knowledgable about dogs and dog training. Arthur used to get scared easily and bark at people on the street but since Kenny started walking him, this behavior has gotten much better.Kenny is very flexible in terms of scheduling. I have a job that allows me to work from home for weeks at a time and for those weeks when I dont need a dog walker, Kenny is always very flexible. He is also flexible if I give him little notice and need him to walk Arthur on the weekend. Kenny sends regular text updates letting me know how the walks went. He also conveniently accepts payment via Venmo.Besides me and my family, Kenny is Arthurs favorite person and when we see him around the neighborhood Arthurs whole body and tail start to wag and is beyond excited to see him. I always know Arthur is in great hands when hes with Kenny.Arthur and I cant recommend Kenny and his dog walking services enough.

I first met Kenny about a year and ah half ago while walking my dog in the park a half breed pit bull and box terrier named phantom. He noticed that my phantom was aggressive to other dogs as they walked by so he introduced himself and gave me some pointers on how to manage his behavioral aggression. The info Kenny shared was invaluable in changing how phantom engages with other dogs. Ive since given Kenny the job of walking phantom as a result of my busy schedule and Ive recieved remarkable results with Kenny as phantoms handler. We were fortunate enough to find Kenny after dealing with another dog walker in the neighborhood who insisted on walking our dog with 5-10 other dogs at the same time. Because of this, our dog was having accidents. In the four years since we switched to Kenny, we’ve never had an issue. He takes the extra time to make sure our dog gets what he needs. Kenny loves our little boy as much as we do. Whenever we run into him on the street, our dog runs over excited to see him. Kenny is very dependable, gives us updates every day, and always helps out when we’re in a bind. Kenny is also a really great guy who I’m thankful to call a friend.

Kenny Albert is AMAZING. He took care of our greyhound, Hudson, and Cavalier King Charles spaniel, Grover -- both daily walking and in-home dog sitting when needed -- for several years until our recent move out of Brooklyn. Our dogs are mad about him and so are we. He has such a loving and intuitive sense with animals and is organized, conscientious, responsive, and honest. As a resident of Brooklyn Heights hes extremely familiar with the Heights as well as the surrounding neighborhoods. Kenny is a fixture in the community and has become like a family member to us. The dogs safety and comfort is always paramount to him and we never felt anything but 110% confident when our boys were in his care. I cant recommend him highly enough!
