Andrew and his team are incredible on every level. Outstanding customer service/communication, extremely flexible (seriously 24/7), accomodating, and reliable. Andrew and his team always went above and beyond to do what was best for me and my doggie - too many examples to count. I especially love the pics and written updates on what my doggie did on his walkies. They should be professional pet photographers too!It is such a blessing knowing your loved one will be safe, loved, and so well cared for when you need a hand. We are so lucky to have found Lucky Dog!!!

Andrew watched our two dogs while we were traveling for a week. We started with an initial consult and meet-and-greet, where he could meet our dogs, learn their quirks and personalities, and understand their needs. Once we felt comfortable with each other, it was easy to book services whenever we needed. He was easy to communicate with and fast to reply. I also appreciated the Time to Pet app, making it simple to schedule, book, track, and pay for any walks requested. Will definitely work with again!

The reliability of Lucky Dog has afforded me so much ease on the days I have to leave my dog alone and go into the office. I can always count on her safely getting a quality walk, and every walker who has been assigned to her has diligently made sure that she has what she needs (after treat walk, etc.) So glad that I found them when I did!

Andrew did a fantastic job taking care of my rambunctious JRT Haku for 5 days when I had to go on a last-minute trip - total lifesaver! He sent regular updates, kept to Haku’s usual walking/feeding/bathroom routine, and played with her to her heart’s content. She was happy and content when I picked her up, and so was I. Andrew is a true dog lover and I couldn’t recommend him more! I will definitely be boarding Haku with him again in the future.

I was a little more than apprehensive when I had to leave my 2 yr old “baby” for nearly a month. Andrew and Sky are nothing short of amazing!! I received regular updates and photos of Skye. She was on 4- 30 minute ( minimum) walks a day. They were actually able to get her to “go” outside! (When I bring her for walks she wants to come right home). I highly recommend this service if you need a trusted place to board your pups! Andrew sent thorough updates and great pics of my dogs everyday they stayed with him. He was very friendly, professional, and great in regards to going over what to expect, asking about my each of my dogs needs/behaviors, answering any of my questions during the meet-and-greet, and throughout the time my pups were in his care. Im generally pretty picky about where I board my dogs overnight outside of immediate family since it doesnt happen often, but it was clear they were given plenty of walks, close attention to their needs, and even sunbathing time between walks :D. They enjoyed the comforts of a home environment that accommodated their quirks and initial separation anxiety. Plus, I enjoyed the ease of communication I had with Andrew. It was my first time using Lucky Dog but Ill use them again in the future, and I sincerely suggest them to anyone in need of boarding in the areas of Brooklyn they serve!

My experience with Lucky Dog has been amazing. Andrew takes such great care of my dog, Fig. She always looks forward to her afternoon walks and I know that’s because she’s having such a positive experience. Andrew is great with communicating regarding Fig’s walks and how she did, and sends a detailed map too so I know how much exercise she got. I can tell Andrew cares about animals so much, and I would recommend him and his business to anyone looking for a dog walking service.

Andrew is the BEST! My German shepherd absolutely loves him (and sometimes she can be really particular about who walks her), he kept in touch the whole time, was extremely attentive and gave me detailed updates throughout the walk/after. It’s really difficult to find people you can trust with your pet (especially a large dog in NYC) and I know my girl is in good hands. 10/10 recommend Lucky Dog LLC!

Lucky Dog provides quality, friendly, and dependable care and dog walking services for my dog Olive and me in Park Slope!Getting Olive set up for walks was relatively easy with a meet and greet, a test walk, and app registration. The meet and greet was super helpful because I could see they were experienced, trustworthy, and professional and were able to easily care for my strong willed and puller of a dog.Also as a bonus, they use an easy to use app for scheduling, messaging, and tracking my doggo on walks.

I have nothing but great things to say about the services Lucky Dog provides to me and my fur family. Andrew and his crew have been walking my dogs for almost 4 years now and not only do they come back fully exercised and tuckered out, I’ve also noticed a huge difference in their obedience when I do have time to walk them myself. My dogs are large American Bulldog/Boxer mixes and can be skittish of the city noises, but Andrew handles them with ease. Andrew truly cares about all his client’s pets as if they’re his own, always going above and beyond. He has a huge heart and I’d always recommend his services to anyone who asks.

Andrew is always responsive within minutes as needed to walk Rufus, my super-hyper rescue pup! Their personalities are great together! I needed some help training my puppy, who was doing quite a bit of leash pulling. Andrew accompanied me and my puppy on a walk and gave me great tips and showed me what to do in order to correct my puppy’s behavior. He was very patient and explained his techniques in a very easy to follow manner. As a new dog owner it can be hard to know what to do, but using Andrew’s techniques and advice really worked. My puppy is doing great on walks and learning not to pull. I highly recommend giving Lucky Dog LLC a call 😎

There are two things my dogs love--treats and Andrew. Andrew has been walking my dogs for a few months now and he is honestly a Godsend. He is always on time, trustworthy, honest, and reliable. I am a bit overprotective with my babies and never tried a dog walking service because I know my dogs can be a lot to handle. I have two dogs with two very different personalities. One is a pitbull who is super hyper, not that friendly with dogs or people and the other is a bullbog who dreads any type of movement. However, Andrew handles them so well! I never have to worry about them on a walk because I know he treats them as his own! It always makes me smile to see my dogs get so excited when he comes to pick them up. Andrew has a true gift with animals and I would recommend anyone and everyone to try his services. Hes amazing!

Andrew is wonderful!!! He proactively reaches out to me which is great because in between work and covid it’s been a tough yeah. I thoroughly trust him with my two dogs who aren’t necessarily super tough but definitely a bit sassy. Having someone who I know will keep me updated on walks and be ok with the fact that they are indeed dogs so do have their own personalities is just one reason that I continue having him walk my pups. I also foster animals and he has been so helpful and easy going even when the foster dog is terrified or hard on the leash. I’d recommended him to anyone and am happy to support small businesses!

Hoping each person was kind, careful and dog friendly at every hand off was nerve wrecking. Finding Lucky Dog was not only a God send but even after I’ve began to recover not only are they a reliable source, they are my one and only trusted source. Courteous, consistent and dependable. No review will say enough. My 11 year old Cocker-spaniel says it all, from the hand off to the return. Let these guys do the walking, but let your dog do the talking, her reaction says it all everytime. That alone and I’ve no reason to look elsewhere. 🐶 🐾💜

I have an elderly dog that is slower to move, and, at times, a little stubborn, crabby, and in need of a little extra ferrying to get where he needs to be. Andrew and Skylar have not only been nothing but kind, patient, and understanding with him in a city that moves very quickly (and, quite frankly, they dont have to be when the demand for dog walkers is at its peak during the work week in the middle of the day), but they are also very communicative on how every walk has gone and how my dog is doing. I have never been worried about whether my dog, who is simply being an aging dog, will be stressed or uncared for while I have to be at work and I know their presence has only made his quality of life better. They have been a total dream and a find. In my first and only public review on a good or service: I would 1000% recommend Lucky Dog.

Lucky Dog is flexible, responsive, and reliable. While I have a cat, not a dog, this service has been really great in taking care of my little “roommate.” Very communicative and timely.
