All the walkers at Mobile Mutts are great. We especially appreciated the care they gave our standard poodle puppy when she was just 2-3 months old and new to our home and the neighborhood. They are super reliable and communicative. I always get a note with how the walk went, who joined that day, etc. The most important factor is that both my dogs LOVE them (especially Moyna!) and always are eager to go out.

My dogs and I have been Mobile Mutts clients for about a year and a half and they are wonderful! The walkers are reliable, compassionate with the pups, and leave thorough, fun notes after each visit. Mobile Mutts walkers were especially patient with a couple of dogs I fostered who were new to the city and needed some extra love and care. The office is very responsive and accommodating of schedule changes too. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Mobile Mutts! Weve used them since our now 4.5 y/o wheaten terrier was a puppy. The things I love most:1. Easy and flexible online scheduling; the cancellation policy is extremely generous.2. Substitute walkers if our regular walker is out.3. Responsive office staff. They also respond to my emails quickly and communicate special directions or requests to our walker.4. The Daily Poop Note! The walker leaves a note after each walk confirming my dog did his business and who he walked with.

We couldnt be happier with Mobile Mutts dog walking service. They are quick to respond with any questions we have and very professional. We love their online appointment booking system as it allows us to schedule walks for our dog the evening before we need them. They leave a short walk summary note that lets us know if there were any things to note from the walk. We highly recommend trusting them for your dog walking needs!!

I used Mobile Mutts for the 4 years I lived in their service area. My dog has special needs--hes a rescue, and doesnt trust new people easily. It will take several weeks of patient visits before he trusts a walker enough to leave with them. He is also on the older side, so he cant walk with an energetic group. Everyone who worked for Mobile Mutts exhibited endless, compassionate patience with my pup (and with me!). On extra cold or hot days, when my dog couldnt tolerate too much time outdoors, they would take him out quickly and then visit with him indoors for the rest of the time. Ive since learned that this is a service not provided by anyone else in Brooklyn that I could find via a google search!

Mobile Mutts provided fantastic walks for our pup Daisy for all our years in Brooklyn! Their walkers are so kind and thoughtful and scheduling/adding walks or asking for food and water refills is easy. They went above and beyond for months when our pup couldnt handle stairs and carried her up and down from our third-story apartment for her regular walks!

Updated review. The quality of the walkers is amazing. I have felt comfortable with every walker and I know my dog is well cared for and loved. I did have a billing issue and although it did take some time to resolve, I was satisfied with the result and am continuing to use their service. Moreover, they seem to have straightened out the problem so I have confidence that the underlying issue has been fixed. Thanks, Mobile Mutts, for taking great care of my pup!

Mobile Mutts has been a life saver for all 7 years Ive lived with my dog in Brooklyn. Theyve been there when Ive been in a pickle or when I needed regular walks for my dog. Theyre very attentive and take great care of Luca. They also leave handy notes to let me know just how he did on his walk.Highly recommend!

Mobile Mutts came recommended to me by a friend when I adopted my little puppers about a year ago, and I could not be happier! At the beginning, one of my lil buds was having some trust and some gastrointestinal issues, and the walkers could not have handled his adjustment hiccups better. They always let me know if there was a problem - they will email you directly when anything out of the ordinary happens (they always leave you a handwritten note after each walk - but theyll send a note directly if needed) and always cleaned up the mess in the house when he made one. I also had their walker stay overnight when everyone I would have asked to look after them was away at the same destination wedding with me, and I could tell the pups had a great time (I didnt get as enthusiastic a greeting when I came back!) These guys are true animal lovers, and utterly dependable. I cannot recommend them enough!

My Frenchie has been walked by Mobile Mutts since he was 2 years old, now he is almost 13. All the walkers have been great and caring. The in-office staff are wonderful and responsive too. I like how easy to manage the time scheduling with their online site.

Mobile Mutts has always delivered exceptional service. Our dog is a bit afraid of new people, so as much as they can, they keep the same walker coming every day. But because of this, they also routinely introduce new walkers in case Ben is sick or out of town.We know Kenzi loves her walks because whenever were walking her and she sees Ben, she cries in excitement and pulls to get closer to him.It is easy to schedule or cancel walks via email or using their log in portal. Weve been using Mobile Mutts since moving to Park Slope 3 years ago and couldnt be happier with how they care for Kenzi.

They are amazing. We loved our dog walker and the admins were really responsive to my emails. They always accommodated our last minute changes and were a huge help. They might be a little more expensive than other services but we thought it was totally worth it. They would notify me every time our dog seemed off, didn’t do her business etc. I could tell they really care

Ive tried several cat-siting services in my neighborhood and its always the same thing... you call or email a number, they get back to you whenever they feel like it, and operate with a scheduling system that seems like its no more than a bunch of disorganized text messages back and forth between the main company and their freelance sitters. MOBILE MUTTS HAS CHANGED THE GAME. their we-based scheduling system is organized and up-to-date. once youre in the system and have entered your billing info (credit card, NOT cash or check like many of the others), you can add or edit your requested visits easily, and have access to an organized calendar view of scheduled future visits, and past visits as well. our cat Clive was happy and well taken care of when we returned from our 3-week trip. there was a detailed note left for each visit as well. I WILL ONLY USE MOBILE MUTTS FROM NOW ON! theyre AMAZING.

Grace, Cortnie and the entire Mobile Mutts team have really been fantastic! They took care of my pup Archer every afternoon for the past 6 months, and I am leaving only because Im now moving out of NY. I highly recommend them as they have always been extremely responsive and flexible. I was never concerned about a walker not showing up or anything like that, and they always reached out whenever necessary, ie bec. Archer wasnt feeling well. Their concern and strong communication helped me realize Archer was sick and get him over to the pet ER quickly. Thanks again!

I love Mobile Mutts and my walker Tak. The people at the office are super nice and responsive to all my requests. Tak is an amazing walker, I first met him in the neighborhood walking other dogs and I was very impressed on how kind and patient he was. After a few times running into him I asked him about the company he was working for because I felt I could trust him with my dog Oliver. From then I started requesting him for my pup. He has been wonderful from day one and my dog loves him. I highly recommend this company! Good job guys!
