We love Brooklyn Bark! We have been using them for over a year and a half and they have always been courteous and thorough. We love the detailed pics and notes of our gals walks and over night care. We have a regular walker/sitter and she is just the best but our fur baby is always covered if our regular sitter is on vacation or we have a last minute request. We are so relieved to have found them and know we can count on Brooklyn Bark to take care of our gal! Highly recommend! ❤️🐾😂

We love Brooklyn Bark! We have been using them for over 7 years for cat sitting, and the past year for our dog for dog walking. They have always been available when we need them. They’re very responsive, and trustworthy. We love Michael, our regular walker for our dog, but the substitutes have been phenomenal. We always get adorable pictures and summaries about the visits. Our cat has always loved his sitters, and let’s them brush him and play.We cannot recommend them enough!

So thankful for Brooklyn Bark! Matt is our regular walker and he has been nothing but patient and gentle with my timid little guy. Weve also had other Brooklyn Bark walkers take care of our dog (walks and weekend dogsitting) and they have been wonderful as well. The TimetoPet app makes scheduling easy and flexible, and I always look forward to the report cards we receive after our dogs walk. Brooklyn Bark is reliable, professional, and flexible - would highly recommend to anyone looking for dog care services.

Ive used Brooklyn Bark for over a year now and they are fantastic! The team is always so helpful and they have taken excellent care of my pet anytime Ive been out of town. The first time I booked care, they came over my apartment and took the time to meet my pet and get to know her needs. Since then, every caregiver has been wonderful. I cant say enough good things about this company.

Online scheduling system is convenient, the comments and pictures make my day (usually make me laugh too). Weve been using Brooklyn Bark for several years, and they have been feeding and caring for our three kitties almost every weekend. They are professional, fast to respond to any questions, and send detailed (and often adorable) reports on our cats activities. I feel confident that they actually care about the pets in their care, and spend time playing with them and petting them. I recently moved to Brooklyn and after my little dog became ill and was treated, she needed subcutaneous fluids at home, but I don’t do well with needles and became faint and dizzy during the instruction. Worried about my baby, I reached out to the Brooklyn rescue community for help finding someone to administer the sub q to her.Enter Brooklyn Bark and the AMAZING Rachel. I’m very, very picky about who I let care for my dog, but from the first phone call, I was impressed by Rachel’s knowledge and compassion. She asked me many questions about my baby, assessing both my needs and hers and decided that she would come herself to take care of the sub q administration. When Rachel arrived, she came bearing delicious treats for my dog, immediately winning her (and me) over. She was affectionate, compassionate and gentle. She really knows what she’s doing, she’s a real pro. We needed her for 5 days and every day was great. She was very caring, even taking the time to warm up the bag of fluids under hot water. The process was almost painless for my girl.Rachel also fell in love with my quirky girl and I felt like she wanted to stay and play with her.I will use Rachel again in a heartbeat for any medical assistance or dog walking/sitting I need. I am very protective of my dog, but I got a really good vibe from Rachel and after 5 days, I completely trusted her.I can’t recommend them enough!

Ive been using Brooklyn Bark for cat sitting for over a year now and cannot say enough good things about the level of care they provide. Its such a professional service, easy to schedule, all done online. Everyone I have dealt with has been wonderful and they go above and beyond to help and make sure your pets are well cared for. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them.

The care takers of Brooklyn Bark have been wonderful. One of my cats has had a very serious health issue in the past and I’ve always been reluctant to leave town because of it. From the very first time I left my cats their care they immediately assured me that it would be perfectly safe and fine. They scan in when they arrive and out when they leave but they go beyond that. They send me photos, videos and summaries of the visits that absolutely put me at ease while I am away. I’ve had pet sitters in the past and Brooklyn Bark are the only sitters that I would trust my cats safety with and I highly recommend them to my neighbors as well.

Joel has been doing daily solo walks for our very nervous rescue dog for the past 2 years. We had many dog walkers before that and none of them were able to get through to our anxious little pup. Some couldnt even leash her up to go on a walk! Joel on the other hand has been gentle and patient with her quirks and now is even able to put her jackets on when needed. He is truly a dog whisperer and we are appreciative of the fact that Brooklyn Bark is the kind of company that lets employees take the time they need to get to know dogs one on one.

I was using the dog walking apps and was constantly faced with walkers not showing up or them saying my dog wasnt willing to go with them. Gio is my dog Ryders walker and I have been using Brooklyn Bark for a few months now. I have not had one single issue with them which is really great to know Gio will be there everyday I need him. I am extremely pleased with this company and with my walker who always gives a detailed update of the walk.

I started using Brooklyn Bark a few months ago when I went back to the office and I have never looked back! My dog is obsessed with her walker and I trust him implicitly. I can tell he cares so much about the dogs he walks, and I never see him with more than 1 or 2 at time (not the case for other dog walkers!) so I know he’s completely focused on my dog when he’s with her. I can’t say enough good things about them!!!

We love Brooklyn Bark! We’ve been using them for over a year after our longtime dog walker was no longer able to walk our dog because of some issues with rules in our building. This was a big change for us because our dog is pretty nervous around new people but Brooklyn Bark’s exceptional staff made this a very easy transition. The team at Brooklyn Bark is extremely caring and professional - the walks are always on time and the updates we get show how much the walkers care for the pups on their route. Our dog walker, Chelsea, is the best of the best and both my dog and I are always love to see her. I’ve also had the pleasure of being in touch with the management at Brooklyn Bark who are also extremely caring and professional - our dog had a recent medical scare and after I told Helen and Rachel about what happened, they were by our side the entire time, checking up on us and our pup, offering practical suggestions and helping our dog get the care he needed. We couldn’t wish for a better dog walking service.

Its more than 2 years that I know brooklyn bark and every time we travel they come to our home to visit and take care of our two cats, and when we come back home, we find our cats happy and healthy. If you have cats and you love them a lot do not hesitate to contact brooklyn bark to take care of them when you are out of town. Im happy and really satisfied of nice people who work there and care about animals.
