The two ladies make an amazing team . Very professional sweet ladies they listen while you explain how you want your dog groomed. And when you pick him up he is perfect. They give me a time when to bring him and when to pick him up he is ready when I arrive. I’m very satisfied and my dog Joey is very comfortable and not scared when I pick him up he is happy. I highly recommend Paws R Us . -

The ladies are always so sweet to my animals, especially my last dog who was a handful. The prices are decent and its a cute little shop, you can see all the dogs who have just had haircuts in these cute little cubicles as they wait for their owners, great place to bring your dog. -

Ive been going to this groomer for about 15 years. Trudy & Debbie treated my old & sick shepard with kindness & efficiency. I got a poodle mix shortly after she passed. A few years later, I adopted a dog that they were helping to find a home for. Still to this day my dogs who are almost 12 & 13 years old go there. I know I can always depend on them & when they say 2 hours for pick up, the dogs are always ready when you arrive.They always make sure my shots are up to date and I understand that it is my responsibility to remember. If Im not sure, I can always ask them to check for me. Love this groomer! -

This place is AMAZING! i only have two days off from work each week, so i can only bring my dogs to be groomed on those days. i called on a tuesday afternoon and got an appointment for the very next morning and, not only, were the ladies who work here SUPER friendly and GREAT with my dogs, they were quick and efficient! i got a call less than 2 hours after dropping them off that they were ready for pick up. their timeliness was incredible!! also, i have a female Chorkie who i told the groomer to cut short for the summer, but to have some fun with.. and fun she had! she gave my baby girl a pink mohawk, and it could not be any CUTER! I brought my puppy to the Paws R Us on 83rd street and 13th avenue and they are very nice and professional. Although I only took my puppy there twice, I am definitely bringing her there from now on. On the inside it looks really adorable and the first time walking in I felt comfortable leaving my puppy there. Just like most grooming places they charge about $45 but it is worth it. -

Been using Trudy and Debbie for the past 15 years with the dogs Ive owned. I moved to Staten Island 12 years ago and still make the trip to Brooklyn as there professionalism cant be beat . Wouldnt consider using anyone else even though its a bit of a hike for me to get to Brooklyn from Staten Island. Most if all my dogs love the way they are treated. -

LOVE LOVE LOVE!!! Ive been coming to Paws R Us since 1993 with my cocker spaniel Alliee. I now have a Havanese he is my boy Jesse. Trudy and Debbie love their furry friends as if they are their own. I cant say enough about how wonderful this grooming salon is. They go out of their way to accommodate their two legged clients too! -
