Wonderful masters! I brought my mother’s dog here after the winter; it was all in tangles; they carefully combed it, trimmed it, and washed it. The dog looks like its from a dog show! They also gave advice on caring for the dog and recommended cosmetics! Our master was Olga! Thank you, Olga, Lyalya is now your regular customer!

If youre looking for the BEST grooming experience in NYC, this is a place to go! The place is SO CLEAN, the staff is nice and welcoming. Milos groomer did a perfect job, he smelled and looked DIVINE!!! Definitely 10/10, its a TRUE gem in the area. My goldendoodle liked our groomer from the first sight and was not anxious or stressed on return, even though it was his first grooming here. Everything went smooth, cannot be happier that I found this place

Best grooming salon in the area. Place is clean and smells great, staff is friendly and accommodating, you can tell they truly love animals and I feel safe leaving my dog with them. We’ve been to all the groomers here and my dog loves them all equally. My pup smells, looks and feels great after each visit and I cannot be more thankful to pawz r us team for taking care of my baby. If you’re looking for a great groomer - this is the place!

Best place in Brooklyn for your lovely pet. All the groomers are absolutely amazing. My baby comes home smelling fresh and looks absolutely beautiful 😻 not to mention my grumpy cat the only place that knows how to handle my girl ! Love it definitely will keep coming back 😍

Great place, I was worried cause I saw a couple of bad reviews and my dog is difficult to handle cause he doesn´t like it. but the place is very nice and clean, everything was perfect, the lady that took care of Pipo was very nice and my dog felt good. the price was reasonable, I will definitly return again. I would like to leave a very positive review of how the team of professionals changed their attitude towards grooming our cat Marquis. For the first time in many years, our cat was not stressed. During the process of cutting, washing, drying, everything was thought out so that Marquis would not harm anyone (there were always complaints from other groomers about his aggressiveness). But as it turns out, with the right approach, the animal behaves perfectly. Conclusion: the hands were wrong. And our Marquis, after visiting your Salon, was calm, not aggressive, and did not twitch when touching the skin. I didn’t leave for three days like I did with previous groomers!Thank you so much for the super job!The cat is happy and we are happy!
