I highly recommend this place. Staff is extremely friendly and very welcoming. Darah and the receptionist made me feel safe leaving my puppy there. The facility on the whole is very clean and tidy. The owner of the store took time out too personally ask me if I was satisfied or had any concerns. I Took my 1 year old Oreo, Havanese puppy for a grooming and they told me exactly what wouldve be done to him, made some suggestions and asked my opinion before they took him away. I will surely be coming back with my Pomeranian very soon to get her teeth cleaned.

But with the wonderful groomer Iryna, something truly magical happened at this place. It felt like an instant connection (seriously, like it was made in heaven! Haha). The level of care, patience, and skill here is simply unmatched.📌 PROFESSIONALISMPet City Groomings professionalism is unspeakably outstanding! I have never noticed a single scratch or any minor injury on my pup after a grooming session, which is a testament to their incredible professionalism and attention to detail. What stands out even more is how my pup reacts—he doesn’t show fear or anxiety like he did at other places. Sure, he gets a bit upset for about 10 seconds, but then he happily runs into Iryna’s lap!I’ve been to other grooming salons where I had serious issues: they’d drop him, treat him poorly, or stick him in a crate. But there’s never been any sign of that kind of treatment at Pet City Grooming. The space is not only beautiful but incredibly functional as well. It’s spacious and thoughtfully designed, with different rooms for various purposes. There’s a shower (washing) room, a drying room, a separate grooming area for cats, and a dedicated grooming room for dogs with four stations. Everything feels brand new, freshly renovated, and you can really sense the passion and heart that went into creating this space.Another critical point is the spotless cleanliness, which is vital for a grooming salon. They take pride in maintaining a professional, hygienic environment. Every detail has been carefully considered, and it indeed shows.📌 SUMMING UPI believe this is an outstanding place, and it’s clear that the salon exists not for money but out of a deep love for animals and a genuine desire to make them look their best—like little models! I had a wonderful experience at this grooming salon! The staff did an amazing job grooming my dog. The cut was perfect, and my dog looked fantastic! The groomers were very professional, attentive, and treated my pet with such care. I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for quality grooming services!

This is the best dog grooming place ever. I took all of my dogs here and they look amazing. Marina is amazing and grooms the dogs here like no other. The customer service is amazing. My dogs smell so good and I got so much compliments. Im glad I found a dog grooming place I can finally trust.

I had to make an appointment for my cats first ever grooming as he was in desperate need for a sanitary cut (I have a medium haired cat). I’ll admit that I was anxious and nervous about my cats first grooming experience but I’m so happy we took him to Pet City Grooming. My 2 conversations over the phone were pleasant as the staff were helpful, professional and kind. My husband advised that the staff in person were very nice and they kindly reported that my boy behaved so well during his first visit 💕 We were so happy with how glossy his fur looked and he even felt lighter & softer after. The price and quality here is phenomenal, 10/10 would recommend.

🌟 **Amazing Experience!** 🌟Last month, I took my friends dog to Pet City Grooming for a grooming session while I was temporarily taking care of him. The dogs fur was quite long and unkempt, and the kids had dyed some spots black.When I dropped the dog off, I was greeted by a cheerful and energetic woman. She was incredibly professional and caring. She made sure to take into account every detail so that the dog would be comfortable throughout the process.When I got back, I barely recognized the dog! His fur was perfectly trimmed and he looked very well-groomed. The joy and freshness in his eyes really amazed me.If you are looking for quality grooming for your pet, I highly recommend Pet City Grooming. They offer a friendly atmosphere and excellent service. I want other pet owners to discover this place too! 🐾❤️

Amazing amazing amazing!!!Had the best experience with Pet City and will certainly be making this my new go too. Staff was amazing they made my dog feel so comfortable and the grooming itself was over the top. I have a Golden who definitely isn’t easy and they made both of our experiences wonderful.

Our new favorite pet groomer! After my doggie had a negative experience at a previous groomer, I was hesitant to bring her to a new place, but Pet City was very close and had great reviews so we gave them a try. Well I’m glad I did because they took excellent care of my dog. The staff at Pet City are so nice and friendly. When I picked up my doggie she was calm and happy, and she looked fantastic. They do great work and take great care of our furry friends!!! Thank you 😊
