I love that the groomer, Catarina explained the process of the services my dog needed. She told me what to expect due to my dogs hair condition before service. I was absolutely happy with the service. I will recommend her to my friends & family. -

Alicia is always wonderful with Jacks. She prioritizes his needs and well-being, taking into consideration any accommodations he may need. She focused on making sure the experience for Jacks wasnt stressful, but all of his needs were addressed. I couldnt have asked for a better stylist -

Alicia is phenomenal! She is loving and has patience when it comes to grooming my furbaby! Luckily she was able to accommodate me last minute, she’s a life saver. She trimmed my baby nails, and administered a mini makerover which was amazing. Alicia is the best I simply have no complaints and will continue coming to the gateway PETCO location !!!!!!! Alicia is professional, knowledgeable and kind. My baby looks AMAZING! Today was my Yorkie’s second time at the groomers but first time with Alicia, safe to say we’ve officially found our groomer. I highly recommend Alicia. -

Gigi is very good with Mochi and she does a thorough job getting Mochi cleaned. Mochi yawned in my face a few times this morning and there was no bad breath. I have zero complaints overall a job well done. -
