Pooch Purrfect is hands down the best pet grooming salon Ive ever visited!From the moment we walked in until we left, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The groomers took the time to understand my pets personality and went above and beyond to ensure they felt comfortable throughout the entire process. I was particularly impressed by how they managed to keep my nervous furry friend calm and relaxed.Their grooming expertise is outstanding. They perfectly executed the style I requested, and the cut was immaculate and beautifully balanced - my pet looks even more adorable than before! The salons cleanliness and hygiene standards are also top-notch, which gave me complete peace of mind.The value for money is excellent, and the entire process from booking to pickup was smoothly organized. My puppy, Gus goes to daycare and gets groomed by the team at Pooch Purrfect. Not only does Gus love going to daycare, he reacts to the staff in the same way he reacts to see me when Ive been gone. He cries when we wait outside because he wants to go in. Also my baby was a super fluffster and they did an amazing job with his haircut. Im so glad that we found a place that he loves.

Professional and did a great cut on my dog. Many places wont follow your design but they followed to a T. Offered to trim her again before leaving if I wanted more off her face. But I love my dog face full. THANK YOU !

This place has been servicing my dog since she was a puppy 8 years ago. Friendly environment. They know how to separate the dogs that can socialize from those that cant. Friendly environment. My dog Layla loves coming here.. Best dog car for a dog neighborhood.

We go here for daycare regularly. My dog loves going here and its affordable. I wish the hours werent 9-5:30 though, it cuts into my work hours. Weve also used the grooming services and it was good. They cut my dogs ears much shorter than Id like, but otherwise it was a good groom

Ive been taking my dog here regularly for about 3 months now. I live close enough that theyre able to send a dog walker to pick her up or drop her off when I have to work too early or late. Their biggest daycare package makes it about $20 for a full day. No-brainer compared to just a 30 minute walk through something like Wag. The staff are all great, and theyve been so understanding when my pick up/drop off schedule has to change. The very best part though is that my dog loves it here. The first time she ran downstairs to go see the other dogs, rather than staring after me as I was leaving, I knew Id be a customer for a long time. Thank you for taking such good care of my pooch!

Marlon is the only groomer for my dog but he’s not there daily. His personality is very welcoming and he definitely treats the dogs as his children, loving but when they need to be told no he’s not afraid... but still in a loving manner. The staff are always professional and friendly, I just wish they would get some good plug ins... not because it’s a grooming establishment means it has to smell so horrible In the entry, the actual grooming and daycare is in the back.

Really nice shop and really nice employees. I made a nail clipping appointment for my dog and got there early and they were able to take him right away. The door to where the grooming table was is glass so I could see as they clipped my dogs nails. They were super fast and friendly to me and my dog even though he is a little crazy. I do wish they would have clipped his nails a little shorter but overall a great experience.

Had a great 1st groom for my pup…idk why everyone says this place sucked but so far my pup looked very cute after I brought her there. The one who groomed for me was SoHee so maybe ask for her next time you go here~

Weve been bringing our dog here for the last 4 years. The mutt has grown up knowing Pooch Purrfect as his second home. He gets super excited every morning when he knows hes going to be dropped off for the day. All we have to say are the words day camp, and his ears perk up, he jumps off the couch and bolts to the door. The owner Charwin is awesome, and all the staff are great with the dogs and all around good people.

We have been going to Pooch for over 1.5 years now and our dog pulls to get there each morning. He freaks out if he sees anyone that works there on the street because he loves them so much. It’s truly his home away from home. When he sees others Pooch dogs at the dog park on the weekends he goes crazy he is so excited. We 100% trust each person there. We have boarded our dog there over the weekend and we use their doggie drop off service. We are so lucky to have these guys in the neighborhood.

Ive been taking our dog Banjo to this place when it was kikis and I know the Woman Groomer was Great. We were very satisfied with her. I still take Banjo here even now. We have No Complaints about the Groomer or Anyone else. I Love the People there. Ive Never had a Problem with them and we will continue to Banjo to them. I dont care about the name change. Thank you Pooch Purrfect.

I bring my dog here all the time and he always seems excited to go. Its great for a half day just to socialize the pooch or a whole week of boarding while Im on vacation! Highly recommend :)

I cant say that I love this place, as Im usually just in and out. I can say that my dog loves it though. His head just about explodes every time we walk by. When he does get to go for day (or even just a half day) he comes home nice and sleepy.

My first Visit was a great experience,the groomer did excellent job with my shitzu,which I like to have groom every 8 weeks,we will be returning again,And to pet owners who Dog hair grows fast,you must comb and brush daily if not every other day to avoid matting of hair,Also let me not forget the staff was friendly & patience,my dog Midas will be returning this evening for update of needed vaccinations that are soon due,Most of all reasonable pricing 👍👍👍👍👍👍

I just had our dogs groomed by Liz. It was a very pleasant experience. She is professional and knowledgeable. My dog was a HOT MESS, very hairy with long hair needing a lot of work. She took great care and when she was done with Remy she looked like a different dog. I 100% would recommend this company for everyone. This was not an easy groom and I am totally satisfied with the results. Her price was VERY reasonable and I will be using her service in the future.

Would be a 5 star place if they had outdoor space and better ventilation.So why does a bottom floor duplex in a narrow building get 4 stars? The staff is SO FRIENDLY. Penny (our dog) LOVES to go - she sees all of her friends and the word is she plays all day. Is zonked the next day. For a full day they get one walk outside, not for a half day. They also do pickup and drop off for $5 each way.There is a large room in the back on the main floor for the quieter dogs. There are different areas to split them up when they are tired or not playing nicely. They also do doggie spa stuff here (not fancy). The downstairs is where the loud dogs go. Never been down there. Im OK with that.
