Lacey loves pupculture dumbo! This was by far the best haircut she’s had in NYC. We used to go to Petsmart so this was definitely more expensive but 100% worth it in my opinion!! We love pup culture for daycare as well and the at home drop off is so convenient. We will for sure be back!!

This was our third time boarding our baby at Pupculture and the longest time weve ever been apart. He was happy and healthy and very well taken care of when we picked him up after ten days. We were so happy to get the pictures of our baby every day! They were very responsible with his food and his meds too.

Five stars. Our little doodle mix Mochi absolutely adores pup culture and begins wagging her tail and walking as fast as she can when she realizes we’re going over. She comes home tired, happy, and (when we use their grooming services) pretty as a picture. It is not inexpensive but the quality of service is outstanding. Four paws up!

I’ve had my labradoodle groomed all over new York and I’ve never been as consistently happy as I am at pup culture. I’ve had two groomers and both have done an equally fantastic job. One happy customer !

We have been bringing our dog for daycare and grooming at the PupCulture - Dumbo location for the last two years now. The employees are friendly, attentive, and accommodating. They will always give us a call right away if they notice anything that may be slightly off, from seeing blood in her urine or a bump in her skin, and would send pictures and continue to monitor for us. The front desk team knows all the pets’ names and the parents faces and we typically see the same folks working there as well. While there are now more options in the neighborhood, we stick with PupCulture as our Lilly loves it there and we know she will be cared for!

Weve had such a great experience getting out golden doodle groomed. He always look adorable. They are always on time, and they follow our instructions to make him look like a teddy bear. He is always happy when we drop him off and pick him up. Highly recommend Pup Culture Brooklyn!

We - and our pooch Sunny - just love Pupculture! The staff is friendly and professional, and they love their dogs! We’ve always found them responsive and helpful, and very easy to connect with for reservations, or just to check in on Sunny. We love the regular “pupdates” we get when Sunny is staying with them, and they’ve always been great about letting us know (and fixing the problem) if she’s short on food or anything else we might have forgotten. It’s also easy to schedule a bath or grooming with your stay…very convenient!Booking time is easy, and billing is pretty seamless - it’s very well run, administratively.But the thing that we like most is how excited and happy Sunny is when we bring her in…we’ve never had that experience at any other place!We couldn’t recommend Pupculture more highly for boarding your pooch.

We love DUMBO pupculture. When we drop off Theo for daycare, Theo runs for pupculture as soon as we turn the corner. He absolutely can’t wait to go. The staff is always so friendly. I know that when I drop off Theo, he is loved and cared for as if he were at home. They send cute updates and photos about his day every once in awhile and it makes me so happy to see he’s enjoying his time there. They also throw great events for the holidays like meeting Santa and doing Halloween costume contests. Truly the best day care he’s ever been to - where the staff is phenomenal!

Brought my senior pooch there a week ago for doggie daycare during a day when work had an event and it was the most delightful experience for both me and my dog. The staff was extremely attentive, informative and helpful in making sure youre aware of any additional charges and/or prerequisites needed for services. They had a generous promotion which made it easy to sample their service, and I will definitely use their services again.The pen area where the dogs play is visible to the inside shop and the public sidewalk, so I could observe my dog for a bit immediately after dropping her off; I was pleased to see there was an attendant in with the dogs the entire time to ensure safety. So, although she was the oldest dog in the group, she would be fine along with the youngins. Highly recommend this establishment; they took good care of my baby.

My pug puppy Olive has been attending Pup Culture in Dumbo for day care since the day she moved here from Iowa. She has had a lot of surgeries in her short life (lost her eye at 2 months old) and so leaving her with people I didn’t know had my anxiety through the roof but Pup culture has put all of my anxieties to rest. Olive is in the best hands! They treat her like her own puppy. They are so loving with her. Send me consistent updates and even called to check in that she was ok with when she hadn’t been there in a week to make sure all was ok. The place is clean, bright and very fully staffed so puppies are always getting a ton of attention in each room. They also separate the dogs by size, age and personality type so she’s with her friends everyday. Each day when I drop her off she runs back to her area and doesn’t even look back at me. She loves it here and is completely wiped whrn she gets home. Pup culture is THE best thing to happen to Olive and I!

We have been taking our dog Paulie to Pupculture for 5 years now - he started at Tribeca and now he goes to Dumbo regularly. Every time we drop him off for boarding or grooming he sprints inside and doesn’t look back - all the staff know him by name and are always so excited to see him. They really love dogs and care about their clients - we get constant updates when he is being boarded and when he’s getting groomed they give us feedback for how to make him more comfortable with the grooming process for the future. He’s often stopped by other Bernedoodle owners to ask where he gets his haircuts because it’s always such a good cut. We fully trust the team at Pup C and we love how much they love our dog! Highly recommended

Awesome first experience! Took my 3 pound maltipoo for a bath at pupculture. They were able to schedule me day of and took such good care of her! They made sure to call me 10 minutes before she was done and had her all ready when I came. She looks and smells great. Cleaned her paws, ear hair, teeth, etc! Very affordable too.

I own a dog walking business, & for years my clients trust only pupculture for their pets grooming. So when I got my own pup, it only made sense to also take him here! We usually go to the Tribeca location but decided to try out their new dumbo one. Same amazing service. They care & listen. & my pup looks amazing! Thank you pupculture! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

My dog absolutely loves this daycare, once he realizes where we are going he will try to pull me there the rest of the way. Whenever we board him, we always gets adorable updates and if there are any issues they will immediately reach out. They even do a great job bathing/grooming him! Overall this is a great place to bring your dog

Bowie comes here for daycare weekly and absolutely LOVES it. Of all the daycare spots hes frequented, this one is by far his (and our!) favorite. The ladies are affectionate and responsive towards him and very patient with us! He plays, he rests, he plays some more. Bowie has been coming here since they opened and we couldnt have dreamed of a better spot for him to go in the neighborhood.

We brought Frida to pup culture dumbo. She has a very heavy undercoat that sheds a lot especially in this hot summer. She had a fabulous experience. her shampoo and grooming and defurring was next level.

We love Pupculture Dumbo! We bring our dog there pretty much every week for daycare and he always trots right in and is super excited to see all of the people that work there (this is not always the case at other doggy daycares), and you can tell that they all really care for him and are so happy to see him, which makes us feel very comfortable leaving him there so often. They even walk him home and drop him off at the apartment on some days when we wont be there to pick him up in time. We also get him groomed there and even though he is a little scared, they always do such a great job!

With the abundance of Dog daycares in Dumbo, we feel that Pupculture is the best for us and our pup, Millie. The staff is extremely friendly, caring and professional, and always welcoming for when we bring her in, whether thats for grooming or just daycare in general. We feel comfortable each time we drop her off, and they are great at communicating with us. Would highly recommend.The only one small suggestion (and absolutely not a complaint) would be if they could extend the hours a touch, especially on weekends. However, not the end of the world, because this place is a gem.

Pupculture DUMBO is the best. we have been taking our 11 month old golden retrieved there since she was a small puppy. she absolutely loves it! we have recently started using them for weekly walks in addition to daycare and can’t be happier. they are in contact with us to keep us informed for any issue our puppy has on walks or at daycare and are very responsive to any questions. it truly feels like a family and we know they really care for our dog as one of their own. we will be moving out of the neighborhood in a few months but will still be making the drive to take her to pupculture because they are so wonderful! they go above and beyond in every way

When you have two 100-lb long-haired dogs, bathing and grooming is *literally* a big deal. We are so happy we have Pupculture to make everything go smoothly. They do such a great job, so patient and thorough--our pups always come out super soft, looking great, smiling, and smelling a heck of a lot better. The Pupculture staff is super conscientious, always keeping us in the loop, and very sweet to our guys. Having sampled a couple other grooming places in the past, theres really no comparison--Pupculture is simply the best. Two thumbs and four paws up :)

Pup Culture has been so great with our dog! He is so excited to see the friendly staff in the morning. The daily walks they provide make nighttime a breeze as our dog comes home tired and ready for bed! We used them for their boarding service as well and they were so helpful as they would give our dog his daily supplements.Would recommend Pup Culture to anyone in the area.

We send our cockapoo there for grooming and always have a great experience- the groomer delivers exactly what I ask for and she always returns looking like the cutest version of herself. There is another groomer located much closer to our apartment and we still take her to Pupculture because we know we can count on a great groom and a happy pup!

I absolutely love them!! The staff is amazing and attentive with my Pixie Girl!! And she is vert shy when meeting new people for the first time, but the staff made it so easy for her to get to playing and interacting with all of the other pups. The staff even knows how spoiled she is and they even spoil her as well….lol I wouldn’t take her anywhere else.

This is an awesome outpost of pupculture! Were lucky they opened one in BK as we went to their Tribeca location before moving and must say the dumbo location is great.We take our pup in monthly for a clean/groom and the customer service is awesome and super nice and groomers is skilled bc our pup comes back looking fresh everytime. I brought my dog Newton, who is a bedlington terrier, to pupculture for a groom. Bedlingtons have funky hair cuts and its easy to mess up. Pupculture did an excellent job of identifying a groomer for the cut, and ultimately styled it according to preferences. Great work and great communication!

Amazing! I felt so comfortable leaving my two dogs with them over a weekend. I was able to call or text whenever. They also sent pictures and updated through text messages. One of my dogs had an emergency surgery right before the trio and they were able to make arrangements to take care of her.

Bradley at pup culture is awesome!! We really don’t have any good groomers in Dumbo, I was going to take my dogs over to LES to get groomed since one of my dogs was so terrified of their last groomer. But Bradley was very professional and caring, asked me about the style of the cut and the length. He was able to comb out the matted hairs and DIDN’T SHAVE THEM like a lot of other lazier ones would! The cut was absolutely perfect! Definitely will be back soon.

My Great Dane likes pupculture and the people there are very nice, helpful and love my girl. However!!! They do upcharge for dogs over 60lbs which I find disappointing as other daycares in the area do not charge based on size. I have also used this location for basic baths and grooms for my pup - this service is reasonably priced and they do a great job.

Great experience for our pup at pupculture! The staff are all so kind that we receive lovely emails from them every time we send our doggie to daycare. The daycare also separates into big dogs and small dogs sections - and our pup absolutely loves it!

My terrier mix, Howard, used to frequent the Tribeca location and now he and his new sister, Sally, go to DUMBO. They absolutely love it! If they hear the word “daycare,” they go nuts and run for the door. The staff is so kind and considerate and caring. They send us “pupdates” every day with photos so we always know how our pups are doing. We love PupCulture (almost) as much as they do!
