Love the staff and facility at Rapawzel! I was initially hesitant about taking my new baby, Star, to just any grooming place—I wanted to make sure she was in the best hands. Crystal and the team here exceeded my expectations! They’re so friendly and welcoming. When I picked Star up, she even had an adorable little bow on her! If you want your cat to be pampered and cared for like family, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!

Andrea was running the front, she was very hospitable and accommodating. They took my boy early too! Calling to schedule was easy. It’s a very cute shop. I forgot my groomer’s name but she did an amazing job! I gave them a pic of what I wanted and they far exceeded my expectations! And my pup was very happy afterward. Will be going here for our regular groomings.

I just had the best experience taking my dog to her nail appointment! From the moment we walked in, the staff at Rapawzel I think her name is Carmela (not sure what was her name) made us feel so welcome. They were so gentle and patient with my dog, who’s usually a little nervous about nail trims. They took the time to reassure her, and you could tell they truly care about animals and their comfort.The appointment itself was quick and stress-free. The groomer was so patient with my dog and handled my dog with care. Her nails are now perfectly trimmed, smooth, and not a single scratch on her. It was a nice touch!The facility was clean, modern, and had such a warm, friendly atmosphere. I’m so impressed with the level of care and professionalism, and I’m already looking forward to booking her next appointment. Highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a stress-free, high-quality experience for their furry friend!

I highly recommend Rapawnzel!!! The staff is amazing! They were so friendly and kind. My puppy had a terrible experience at another business. He looks adorable and smells amazing. I will definitely go back!!!!

Took my fluffy ragdoll cat (Kirby) in for a full service and de-shedding. He looks so handsome and refined in his bow! He smells amazing and his fur looks great. Very friendly and caring staff - nothings better than others thinking your pet is cute and loving on it :D

Ive boarded my dog a few times and this place is the best by far. Great staff, extremely clean and they treated my baby as if he was there own. I highly recommend Rapawzel and will absolutely continue to use them in the future.

Ive been looking for a good groomer for a while, I wasn’t ever satisfied until today! I definitely recommend this place. From the moment you walk in you are greeted with smiles and overall positivity. I felt very comfortable dropping off my pup there. Rapawzel will definitely be my go to grooming salon from now on!

First grooming for my 4 month old Shih tzu Penelope … and it was awesome !! The staff is very professional and super friendly. Penelope was done in exactly 2 hours and her groomer Gabriela is her new friend . We will definitely be back for her next grooming .. what I loved most is that there was no caging and everything is extremely clean. I give Rapawzel 5 stars !!!

I recently took my cat for grooming, and I couldnt be happier with the service! The staff was gentle, attentive, and made sure my cat felt comfortable throughout the process. They did an excellent job with the grooming, leaving my cats coat soft, shiny, and perfectly trimmed!

I dropped my dog (Ruby) off for an overnight stay. She’s a rescue so I was a little nervous but safe to say it was a good decision to look into. I think Rapawzel had a reasonable price. Ruby is 45lbs and a pitbull mix. She had a bunch of space. They have beds and bowls and toys for dogs but you’re welcome to bring your own. I brought her food and whatever instructions I had they followed it as requested which I appreciate. The next day when I picked her up she definitely seemed happy and more than ok. She played with her dogs and ate all her food a good sign that she wasn’t too anxious. There was another pitbull there and I gave them the okay to have them play together because she is very good with other dogs and she’s very sweet. would definitely bring her back for doggy day care or another over night stay if need be. When i brought her home she slept perfectly through the night. Burned off all that energy playing 😂Krystal is whom I spoke with over the phone and she helped with checking her in and out upon drop off and pick up. Really cute clean place and it’s only 8 blocks away from my house 👍🏻

I just picked up Koda and ommggg she looks sooo cute these girls are amazing they are sooo sweet and make u feel so welcome thank you I recommend them 1000% I feel comfortable doing an overnight stay if you are in parkslope give them a try u wont regret it

The staff here is so sweet and great with my girl, Maple! She always comes back smelling, looking, and feeling great! We previously had a really negative experience with a different grooming place in the Slope, so we’re thrilled that Rapawzel opened up. Everything is so clean and the grooming facility is visible from the reception area which I really like. We love how she comes back blinged out every time. 🥰

They took such good care of my Bichon and gave her the traditional bichon cut. After the grooming, my dog was in a playful, high energy mood. We had the total opposite experience at our previous groomer, so Im really glad we found this place. I also love that theyre open on weekends.
