    Been looking for a new grooming place for about a year. I’m glad I did my research and found animal loving care. My Maltese coco has anxiety but she was treated with extra care and patience. I also like that the dogs are not locked up and can roam around freely. Thank you!

    They do a great job on my Goldendoodle’s cut every time, he never seems anxious or scared when I pick him up and everyone on staff is always kind and welcoming. The holiday photo offerings are also a great extra for the deranged dog owners among us!

    Mie and the Spaw team are always taking wonderful care of Rose! My sweet girl always leaves looking super cute and I always have at least a couple people gush over her when I’m walking home. Truly grateful for how well they take care of Rose as well as how attentive and kind Mie is!

    Im sincerely thankful for The Spaw team. My little guy had his first ever grooming session with Lexa, and the transformation captured in the photos speaks volumes! Ill definitely return here for his grooming needs, and Ill happily recommend The Spaw to my pet-owning friends. Lexa and the team have instilled in me a deep sense of trust, knowing Maceo is in capable hands and receiving excellent care!

    I could not recommend a better groomer! We have a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel who has very long hair that requires a lot of maintenance and she comes back looking like a movie star 🤩 Still fluffy yet healthy and neatly trimmed! The staff here are also so kind and gave her a special scarf for Valentine’s Day. They take such good care of our pup and every time I go it warms my heart to see all the dogs so happy getting groomed. It’s easy to make appointments too. So glad we have the Spaw in our neighborhood!

    Amazing! They always take such great care of the dogs and our dog has always come back looking fantastic! We’ve moved to Manhattan and are struggling to find groomers as great at them for the price point they offer!Hope they open more branches soon!

    This is the only groomer that I’ve heard people whole heartedly recommend and everything I’d heard was true. They took such good care of my dog (mini golden doodle, 15 months) and spent extra time to give her breaks and even take her outside because she was anxious about the dryer. Her cut came out beautiful, which is great, but most importantly my dog came back to me happy and well taken care of. There’s no wall behind the front desk so you can see everything that’s going on in the grooming area— we love transparency! And instead of putting the dogs into crates, the pups who are waiting are allowed to wander freely and socialize with one another. They also have a separate area if your dog would prefer to be alone. This is also the only groomer I’ve been to who asked for up to date vaccine records to ensure dogs don’t spread kennel cough which I love! The staff was extremely friendly and thoughtful. I will definitely be coming back.

    I cannot speak highly enough of the entire staff here, especially Indhi! We have trusted her with our goldendoodle over the past year and she has taken the best care of him. He always looks so handsome and she listens to our requests perfectly. He leaves happy everytime and we know he’s in great hands while there! The pricing is also quite reasonable. Thank you, ALC!! 🐾

    This place is truly fantastic. My dog rushes to get in the second we get close. Everyone there is so nice. They really love and care for the dogs they groom and it really shows. Indi does an amazing job with my dog, she even put together a photoshoot with him and his life partner (they get groom together).

    This is my number one place for grooming, daycare and boarding. I’ve taken my 5 year old mini goldendoodle here numerous times. They do the best job. Stanley can be a bit fussy too. Especially around the face cause he’s a total Diva. I’m almost scared to give ALC such a glowing review cause it will make it harder to get appointments here. Hands down, the best look, totally reasonable prices (this is South Brooklyn) best staff. No pandemic issues.

    I first heard about ALC from Agador’s page when he shared about their need for funds due to a break in. I saw the reviews on their previous services and the work they do was amazing. I wanted to support. So I took my Dog-nephew to get the full groom today. FIVE STARS across the board!! The easy signup, booking process, fast email inquiry response time, the professionalism of the staff,and the end result!! Look at him!!😍He’s been soo happy all day!! Thank you ALC.

    Very attentive and they always listen to what we ask for :) i dont like shears on my dog since shes a spaniel and they take their time to do a scissor-only cut. the bows this time were hilarious

    Gabby at ALC did an phenomenal job on quite the anti-grooming mini golden doodle! We aligned on the cut and Gabby worked magic! Highly recommend!

    Roux has been going to Animal loving care since he was a puppy. Every groomer I’ve been to at ALC has been so sweet to roux and has always given him a beautiful groom—they are respectful of my grooming requests and keep a detailed file to make sure his grooms are consistent.

    My dog loved it here - hes a shy rescue so not sure how it would go, but everyone was so friendly the moment we walked through the door, and Lexa was super gentle and gave him a great haircut. Highly recommend :)

    I will only take my doodle here! I found ALC almost two years ago and Ill never take my pup anywhere else. All the groomers do a wonderful job and my dog always leaves looking how I asked, and happy! Everyone goes above and beyond to make sure the dogs are comfortable and the customer is satisfied. 10/10 recommend to anyone who asks!

    We love the Spaw. My pup always looks her best and it is clear that the staff love dogs. Prices are comparable to the big box store groomers but with more individualized care.

    First time for my dog at the groomer and she seemed unbothered which surprised me because she is a very delicate flower in a lot of ways. The scene was chaotic but loving. Will return!

    We love bringing our dogs here! It’s great that it’s the same staff as the daycare because they know our dogs and our dogs recognize them as well. One of our dogs is anxious and they always know how to handle him.
