My dog had her first experience at Wag club dog grooming this week. We both were very anxious because as a senior dog she’s been groomed at home most of her life because of bad grooming experiences early on. Nonetheless I was ecstatic to see the cut just as I requested and my dog was not traumatized!!! I don’t know how they did it. She got home and was her normal self. They took good care of her and I think we both feel confident going back.

Excellent. This place is the best. We took our Wire Haired Fox Terrier to Oksana to be hand-stripped; she did an amazing job. Our little doggo looks like a show dog again. Superb. The store is friendly and in a great location. I highly recommend this place.

Wonderful groomers! They bathed and groomed our Pomsky beautifully and have the expert touch to put the dogs at ease. It was a combined grooming session and play date as our dog met and played with the other dogs in the grooming area. Dogs that come here are certain to have a lot of fun, be well cared for and leave looking like rock stars ⭐️

I just had another great experience at WAG! James goes above and beyond to listen to your concerns, he is gentle with the dogs and professional toward the owners. Oksana always does a terrific job with our Molly, and she always looks wonderful and smells great too!! Admittedly, our 60lb Molly does not like to go to the groomers, so she can be a quite stubborn, but James and Oksana handle her so well, which we are very grateful for.

I always have exceptional service here! My Pom leaves looking like a show dog. They follow instructions well and everyone is friendly. Lucky to have this place in Brooklyn Heights!

A few weeks ago, my dog got groomed for the second time here and the experience was amazing. This time our groomer was Adriana Felpo.It was literally the first time in seven years that Ive been bringing my dog to the groomers, in three different countries, that someone really takes the time to listen to me. She asked me about what kind of haircut I wanted, she even took a picture of how he usually looks like and that was amazing, because the result was the best my dog has ever gotten. She even asked about a lot of details like, how I wanted his tail, his face, ears, and she totally got what I wanted.Warhol looked amazing! Its been the first time he looked exactly how I wanted and I am so grateful for that, so a thousand thanks Adriana!I feel so happy that we have finally found our grooming place here. This salon is an open space where you can see all the dogs getting groomed, so that is so nice and trustworthy to me. People at the front desk are also so nice, and my dog is always happy and no anxious at all when I pick him up.The price is totally worth it for the great work they do, so I totally recommend it!

Good service as usual but I ran about 45 min late this morning and was charged a $25 late fee. Even though the pickup also ran about 30 min late. I have difficulty wrapping my head around late fees because as long as the client shows up, the business isn’t losing money. Service should be flexible considering many people are still wfh and have multiple schedules to balance. I would give 3.5 stars because of this but rounded up because I’m having a good day!
