I highly recommend utilizing Catgirl Kitty Sitter, especially if you are able to have Gigi take care of your cats. Gigi sends detailed updates about all the necessary things such as feeding, litter box, temperature in the home, etc. But Gigi also provided updates how our cats seem to be doing and adjusting as they are out of their routine. We are very happy customers - cats and humans alike.

I cannot rave enough about Gigi! She has been with us for years now and taken exceptional care of our 17 year old cat. It’s been hard to leave for weekend trips while our cat is getting old, and she takes good care of her with pets, treats, medicine and food. She has adapted to changes in her medicine and food routine and is extremely responsible and responsive. She is always available for every holiday and sends us detailed reports and cute photos everyday. We are so rare to trust our cat with anyone. So grateful we found Gigi — thank you so much for this incredible service!

We wanted to share our highest recommendations for Gigi at Catgirl Kitty Sitter. During the intro visit she had helpful tips to set up our house before we left town. While away we received daily email updates about her time with our Kitty - and detailed notes on the check in. Each email included photos that made us smile -- and miss our cat (who looked so happy). The quality of the service went above and beyond expectations. She is someone who really cares for your cat.

Gigi watched out Kittys during our 10 day trip !! We have one nosy shady kitty and one very shy kitty ! She did a phenomenal job , she made sure they ate the food and drank plenty of water and made sure the box was very clean. ! She sent us pictures everyday ! She even got the shy one to come out and get some love too ! I felt very safe w her watching the babies !! Normally we come home from vacation and the cats are furious and ignore us for days.. They both came out right away, gave us all the love because they were left in great hands ! Highly recommend giggi ! So professional and is a cat whisperer ! I even learned a new trick of putting treats on wet food so they eat it and get nutrition they need ! Thank you giggi !! I’d give 100 stars if i could mark and molly thank you too ! I think they are wondering where their new friend w the treats is !!

I’m a first time user of this service and very happy to recommend it. Gigi made an introductory visit and went over every detail of what she would do and what I should do to prepare. This was great because it’s hard to keep track of the last minute preparations when going away. And - everything went just as planned. Leisa Cat clearly appreciated the attention and her coat still feels so silky - she must have gotten better brushing from Gigi than she gets from me !

Gigi is the best! Ive had various other catsitters before over the years, but she is super well-organized and professional. She asks lots of questions, which I always appreciate (always better to over-communicate than under-communicate when it comes to pets, I find). Ive used her twice now in less than a year, and I simply love her thorough, daily email updates, including pics! I would recommend her to anyone, and will definitely use her next time I go out of town!

I highly recommend Gigi of Catgirl Kitty Sitter! We have two young cats who need a lot of special attention because one has some behavioral issues. Gigi has a natural intuition with cats. Our past pet sitters have been good but they didnt specialize in cats only... I see a big difference with Gigi and her love of cats! Because our one cat has behavioral issues, we have a lot of toys, puzzles and other enrichment activities to keep him calm. Gigi readily uses all the toys and interacts with them at every visit. She even knew how to do clicker training and helped them learn new commands like sit. She sends updates and photos/vids at every visit and quickly notifies us of any possible issues like throwing up, eating changes, and bowel habits. Its nice to know our kitties are in good hands. We are so thankful to have found Gigi!

Gigi was amazing! I can’t recommend her highly enough!!My husband and I were nervous to hire a pet sitter, we’d never used one before and the idea of having a stranger in our house, taking care of our fur baby felt like something that could possibly go very wrong.With Gigi, we had nothing to fear :). As soon as we met her it was clear she was professional, personable and deeply cares for the well being of each animal she takes care of.She sent us detailed, daily updates while we were away and when we returned home, we found our kitty relaxing, comfortably on the couch, which was was a massive change from the crying and often upset state we’d find her in when we’d previously taken overnight trips and left her on her own. She was peaceful and clearly had been well taken care of, just like the updates Gigi sent us while we were away had indicated.Gigi was also easy to reach and quick to reply and has reasonable, affordable rates, with no surprise hidden fees. It was extremely easy to set up an appointment with her as well.If you’re looking for a professional, trustworthy, pet sitter who really cares about the animals she takes care of and is budget friendly, you can’t go wrong with Gigi :)

We had Catgirl and her partner, Michael, take care of our pup for 4 nights around the New Year. They were extremely welcoming and loving to our Ozzie. He seemed to have a blast and was very well cared for. We got daily updates and photos which was terrific. Would definitely recommend them to anyone! She took incredible care of my cat while I was away and reported back with detailed notes (and a photo or video!) after each visit so I could feel confident that my cat was doing well in my absence. In addition to all of that, Im so appreciative of Gigi for helping me out when the heat went out in my building while I was away! There were plumbers coming in and out of my apartment she really went the extra mile to ensure that my cat was okay amidst a crazy week. Cant recommend her enough.

Gigi took fabulous care of my cute but crazy kitty. It was my first time leaving her for an extended period of time since the pandemic. I was a bit stressed but as soon as I got the first updates from Gigi I was at ease. She sends detailed updates about each visit along with photos. I mean these photos are so good that you think your cat should get a contract with Purina! She also watered my thirsty plants before I got back. I highly recommend having her watch your kitty baby while you are out of town.

Gigi has been an amazing cat sitter. She has taken such good care of my little needy cat nugget, Rajiv. He requires medication and lots of attention and she makes sure he has both! She brushes him, refreshes water, plays with him and always gives me a progress report- with photos! Gigi is also really good about doing the little extras like making sure the space is clean and other awesome bonus things like cat videos which are so much fun! Highly recommended!!

Gigi is absolutely fantastic! She takes such good care of our special needs kitty when were out of town. Everything from cleaning his feeder and water bowls, to coaxing him to play, to making sure he takes his daily medicine like a champ, we know our cat is in good hands. Gigi is reliable and highly responsive, too, always showing up during the scheduled window, keeping the feeding and litter box areas immaculately clean, responding to any questions or concerns that might come up, and promptly sending detailed reports (including adorable photos of our cat!) after each visit. Overall, we (and our picky, grumpy old man cat) are fans. :)

Gigi took incredible care of our 3 cats while we were out of town for 6 days, including during a tropical storm that we hadnt been expecting! Each day, she provided thorough visit notes along with some really cute pictures of the cats. She also had no problem with cleaning up some unexpected messes such as hairballs and throw up. She was also very neat & tidy, taking out the empty cans and litter bags each visit, so the apartment looked just as good and clean smelling as when we left it. I would 100% recommend Gigi to anyone in the Park Slope area looking for a reliable, friendly, and caring cat sitter!

Gigi is an amazing fur-baby sitter. She actually stays with our cats for full time she says she will - which ends up being 30 to 45 mins some times. The first time we hired her we had a safety camera set up - not for her but for a new apartment we were in - and the few times we looked back at the recording she was on the floor with our kitties playing with them and loving on them as if they were her own. She is trustworthy, friendly, reliable, and fair in all she does in her business. We HIGHLY reccomend Gigi to put your fur-babies in her care. TOP NOTCH!

Gigi is fantastic. As a cat home, with 3 cats!, a long weekend away or a short vacation can reek havoc on my home. Not with Catgirl. She takes care of the kitties as if they are her own. She even straightened up a messy kitchen counter so the cats wouldn’t get into it.

Highly Recommend. Gigi recently cared for my two very shy cats. She must be a true cat whisperer because they came out of hiding and warmed up to her immediately. This has never happened!
