I cant say enough good things about Jordans Pet care and how well they take care of my pup Gumbo. From the start, they have been super responsive, patient, and kind with a first time puppy mom, and Im grateful. Gumbo loves her walker Jack, and I swear she is smiling in every update I receive when she is with him. I love their app, ease of scheduling and canceling visits, and prompt replies to my questions. Highly, highly recommended! -

We are very happy with Jordanās Pet Care! Our dogs absolutely adore our regular dog walker. We have even used Jordanās while we were away for ten days. After meeting the manager Devon and hearing more about their vetting and probationary process with their sitters, the history of the company/founder and general process, I really felt like these guys love animals and are super respectful of customersā homes. Jasmine took care of my kitty and am very happy with the updates she provided while I was out of town. They will definitely be my go-to pet sitting service. Highly recommend Jordanās Pet care! -

Jordanās pet care was amazing. I have a blind dog who required solo walks while I was out of town as my partner who wasnāt traveling works long shifts. Jordan and his team were really communicative and thorough. My pup and I were able to do a meet and greet before I left town, the team also uses a website so all the dog walkers have access to the same info which was really seamless and simple. After every walk I got a status update and cute pics sent via email! Would definitely recommend Jordanās and we will be using them again! -

Weāve had India as our dog walker and sitter for over a year and sheās absolutely incredible with our dog who can sometimes be reactive on walks. Others have dog sat for us as well and theyāve all been wonderful - we even used Jordanās for dog sitting for our wedding and honeymoon which was a full three weeks. We never worry about our pups when theyāre on walks or were away - we know theyāre in the best hands! Highly highly recommend!!! -

I had an emergency (12 hours notice) need for in-home care for my dog and cats. Jordan was amazing and was able to arrange a sitter. The sitter and I did a half hour FaceTime call to review schedule, pets names and routines and feeding instructions. I was updated twice daily and sent pictures. The pets were super content and not stressed. The sitter left my home spotless. I will definitely use again. It was an excellent experience start to finish. -

Best dog walking, pet-sitting service! We were with Jordanās for about 10 years until we moved and they took the BEST care of our dog Tater. We relied on them for daily dog walks to and dog-sitting while we were on trips. They came to our rescue many times but especially when we had our child, they jumped into action to make sure Tater was taken care of when we were at the hospital. Jordans Pet Care (and our dogsitter Jasmine) are genuinely a godsend! We just took a nearly two week trip out of the country during which our elderly dog became quite ill and had to be taken to the emergency vet to be stabilized - Jasmine kept in constant contact with us regarding our dogs care and condition, prepared chicken and rice and gave him loads of medication, and just generally took thoughtful care of him. It was truly above and beyond! My dogs are older and are stubborn at times; they have their own little quirks and donāt do well with leash walking at times. Iām also the only one to ever really walk them, so when I say the thought of a stranger walking them gave me anxiety, it was a lot. I knew I needed help, though, especially on those days when I was out for long periods of time and Jordanās has been so wonderful since they started coming once a week to walk the dogs. All the walkers are nice and caring and clearly love dogs. I love that the walks are usually one-on-one and not giant packs. They come rain or shine and always on time. Anytime they have a change in walker, it is clearly communicated and I have an opportunity to meet the new walker. Automatic payment setup is also a plus. I highly recommend them. -

Jordans Pet Care is an essential part of our family! I cannot emphasize enough. We have a rescue pitbull mix named Yuca, who is now about 6-7 years old. Jordans Pet Care has been in Yucas life since her first 2-weeks with us, back in 2019. Over the past 4+ years, the JPC team has shown the utmost professionalism, love, and care for Yuca. She has developed deep relationships with the walkers, who she recognizes on the street and always must stop to say hello. I have countless anecdotes I could share about how theyve exceeded my expectations. To note a few, Yuca needs some accommodations on her walks, as she doesnt always get along with all dogs (especially female dogs about her age and size). JPC took that to heart, and always pairs her walks with dogs they know shell get along with, based on size, age, and biological sex. She has made some quality neighborhood friends that way! The JPC team has come through for us time and time again, whether its stepping in for last-minute emergency walks, or going out of their way to check up on a detail. They are a small business, and they treat Yuca as if they were their own. They also have top notch communication and customer service! I could not imagine having a dog in this community without them. Jordans Pet Care took care of our two guinea pigs while we went away this summer, August 2019. It was a great experience that made us feel so confident and sure that our little animals were being well taken care of. From the first emails (we werent even sure if they took care of animals other than cats and dogs) to the home visit where we met someone who works there and talked to her about our pets, to the actual time away, everyone at Jordans Pet Care was nice, caring and responsive to every question and concern. While we were away we got an email with a report and a picture every day - the pictures made us feel so good about what was happening, and that our pets were alive and well. Once or twice there were questions we had while we were away and they were answered and handled very quickly - we really appreciated that. We HIGHLY recommend Jordans Pet Care. -

I dont trust my dog with just anyone - but I can rest easy knowing that my pup is safe and sounds with Jordans Pet Care. When I first interviewed Jordan she brought Devon with her to the interview - Devon was going to be my daily walker. This basically sealed the deal for me. I interviewed 5 companies and this was the only one that had everything I wanted, and above all, brought the walker to meet me on the first interview. When Devon got promoted we were happy for her, but sad to have to get a new daily walker. It took some time to find the right one, but my pup FELL IN LOVE with Julian, and I know that he is in the best hands when theyre together.I sometimes need to travel for work, and there is almost no one Id leave my pup with over night. Thankfully, Jordans is always willing to find a walker to stay with my pup. My pup needs medicine sometimes (he has cancer and is on and off treatment), plus hes getting old ... If I ever have an issue, I know I can speak to Devon or Jordan and get it resolved quickly - and beyond that - I know that my pup will be 100% cared for, AND LOVED when I am away. Nothing means more to me than this!Highly recommended. No ifs, ands, or buts. -

We had a good experience with Jordans Pet Care. We used them for a week while on vacation. They reliably notified us via email with photos of our cat and a little info about the visits. The only complaint I have is one of the care provides left an open cat food can in our bedroom after feeding the cat. Its clear they were there to take a photo of her but it sat on our dresser for several days. While its not a big deal, it would be nice to get a consistent visitor but I know logistically its challenging. I have seen this with other providers but they cost more. All in all we were happy with the service. -

They visited us and met our pup and even took a walk with us to understand her temperament and little quirks. Very easy process to sign up and then maintain communication. We usually have the same walker who has developed a relationship with our dog but even in instances when another walker fills in they are very nice and I have full confidence she is in good hands.
