Small World Pet Sitters have taken care of my two cats and my pup, Frank for two years. I wouldnt trust anyone else in the neighborhood to do the job!!Ann, Boni and team are so amazingly responsive, responsible, and most importantly, loving. All of my animals love the whole team - including two cats that generally dont like anyone!I am so happy that I found SWPS - they are exactly what you hope for in pet sitters and dog walkers. Able to make quick schedule changes - eager to help in emergency care situations - and always caring and affectionate.The whole team gets my highest recommendation!

Ann & Boni are the best. They have given me the gift of peace of mind when I travel and given my four cats gentle, thoughtful care. I recently had one of my automatic feeders fail and had to order a replacement while away. Ann & Boni set up my new feeder and made sure my kitties were fed and happy — all with such kindness and understanding. Zero stress. I love how communicative they are and how detailed. Not to mention they are committed to the well-being of ALL the cats and critters in the community. Just all around excellent humans! Can’t recommend them enough!

Ann and Boni are amazing. I have used them for years and my 2 cats are always so comfortable with them. This last visit, Ann let me know that she noticed something that might be a serious health problem and contacted me immediately. She got him to the Vet and my cat was provided with antibiotics and is doing very well - all thanks to Ann!!! If you want your pets in safe, caring hands - Small World Pet Sitters is paws down, is the cats meow!

Ive been using Small World for over four years now, and can say they are truly caring, insightful, professional and trustworthy pet sitters. Boni is wonderful with my dog, Jeep, and I feel completely comfortable leaving Jeep with him (both for dog walking and overnight pet sitting). They always text a status update after any service, billing is easy, and Ann is always extremely attentive to any issues or needs my dog may have - especially now that he is elderly. I couldnt be happier with them!

I have been using Small World Pet Sitters for more than 6 years now to care for our kitties and I am so thankful to have found them! Ann and Boni are deeply caring, thoughtful and communicative folks who take pride in what they do. They love animals and you really feel like they also love your pets and want what’s best for them. Their online portal makes scheduling new services a breeze and for each visit they make, they send a little report card with pictures to let you know how it all went. We love Small World Pet Sitters and look forward to working with them for many more years to come.

I cannot recommend Small World highly enough. Ann and Boni took such good care of our cats and we knew that they were well fed, well loved, and well looked after when we were away. They are also true professionals, extremely easy to deal with, and very communicative before, during, and after visits. We never had any doubt that our cats well-being was their top priority. And they also showed such compassion when we lost one of our cats to kidney disease and their kindness meant so much to us. We have just moved away from Brooklyn and the bar will be very high for our new cat sitter!

I love, love, love Ann and Boni from Small World Pet Sitters!! They have been taking care of my cats when I travel for many years now. Sometimes Im gone for weeks at a time and I always know my little nuggets are in good hands. They feed them, clean out the box, change the litter when necessary, play with them, send me daily texts and the occasional picture, take in my mail and water the plants. They also feed a few neighborhood outdoor cats that I take care of. Best of all, when I get home, my furballs are happy!

I lived in Ditmas Park for five years and honestly reconsidered moving because I didnt know if Id find catsitters as awesome as Ann and Boni. They took fantastic care of my two cats for years, meeting our special feeding needs, giving playtime, adjusting to our schedules as much as possible, and giving great feedback through text messages. It can be stressful in the city to find reliable petsitters, and I had tried others as well as neighbors and friends-of-friends, but after bad experiences with those folks (finding my cat in the hallway, etc), it was a dream to find Ann and Boni. I never worried while I was away with Ann and Boni in charge - they know the neighborhood, have a great network there, and I knew theyd do whatever was necessary should there be any problem while I was away. They also fed the feral cat colony I took care of! They are professional, kind, caring, and they feel like family. I recommend Small World Petsitters to everyone in their geographic range - there is no reason to work with anyone else.

Ann and Boni and Small World Pet Sitters are wonderful! They walked our dogs daily for nearly 3 years and -- after having several other dog walkers throughout the years -- I can say they were the most responsible and caring weve had. They made accommodations when we had a new puppy, a sick older dog and even when we needed last minute cat care during Thanksgiving. Theyve also spent the night at our apartment while weve been out of town and always leave everything exactly as it was. Our pets are our family, and Ann and Boni treat them like theirs too.

Small World Pet Sitters is the best! Ann and Boni have taken care of my cat many times for trips both short and long. They are trustworthy, reliable and very friendly. I appreciate the daily text (or e-mail) with updates which helps keep my mind at ease. El Gato is always happy as a clam when we get home. I cant recommend them enough!

Ann and Boni are fantastic -- great with pets and patient with their needs. We left the Kensington/Flatbush/Ditmas Park/Midwood area a few years ago and miss seeing them. One of our cats is an anxious hider. The other is sweet and playful but has to be given an inhaler for her asthma twice daily and her regimen of other medicines and/or supplements is always in flux. Ann and Boni rolled with the cats personalities and requirements and sent brief daily updates (and sometimes photos) letting us know that all was well. I recommended them to a friend whos also incredibly happy with them. I know they would have been great with our young lab (who joined our family after the move) as well. They take their work seriously and animals love them. Now Im connected to them on Facebook and Instagram, too, so I can see how much of their free time they devote to animals even beyond their own pets -- fostering, feeding, loving. You cant go wrong with Ann and Boni.

Ann & Boni are the best. They are friendly, caring, and responsible, and take great care of Norm while we are away. We always come home to find a content, well-cared for kitty! They also send text messages every day letting us know how hes doing, and they will do other extras like take in the mail and water your plants if you ask them to. I would highly recommend them!

Ann and Boni are simply the best. (I know others have written this, but its really true.) Theyve taken care of our hamsters and fish for the past few years—its a relief to know that theyre so on top of things. Besides being incredibly nice people, theyre beyond responsible and compassionate. I love that theyll text me photos of my animals while Im away, so I know all is well. They even rescued our hamster, Quinta, when she escaped from her habitrail right after I left for a trip. The little escape artist managed to make a break for it, but Boni found her nesting in a paperback book behind a shelf.

We used Ann & Boni for our dog, Tomo, for over 5 years. They were extremely dependable, extraordinarily nice, and always professional. Every time Boni would show up to walk Tomo, he would run in circles of joy and bring him over a toy. Im sure thats the way all dogs are. But the point is, he loved Boni so much!Both Ann & Boni are also great with communication and have excellent systems in place, enabling simple scheduling, easy invoice payments, and helpful updates.Sadly, were leaving Ditmas Park and wont be able to use them in our new neighborhood. As excited as we are about our move, were sad to lose such a wonderful service run by truly wonderful people. Im not sure Tomo will ever forgive us.Thank you Ann & Boni for everything youve done for us and Tomo over the years. We will miss communicating with you and seeing you around the neighborhood. We wish you the very best.

Absolute life savers. After a friend backed out of watching our bunny Daphne for 7 days, my wife and I were scrambling to find a trustworthy, experienced sitter (in house) that we could rely on. Ann responded immediately to my email and came and I was immediately impressed that she was writing down/drawing diagrams/taking notes of every word I said regarding the bunnys care. She mapped out exactly where food/dishes were and explained their service very clearly. She told me another employee (her husband) named Boni would be doing the visits and that I could also meet him if I wanted.When we left for vacation for the first day, I was a little bit nervous about how everything would go. Living in NY and trusting people to enter/exit your apartment is always scary at first. Just as promised, we received a text message that day, and every day after updating us on Daphnes status, saying Daphne is doing great, all food eaten!, fresh water, hay, pellets and lettuce given at 4PM….I really appreciated this level of communication, knowing that Daphne was being fed but also knowing she was ok.Upon our return, we found Daphne happy as could be and the apartment exactly as we left it. Boni even cleaned up the bunny droppings that Daphne occasionally leaves on the floor when she misses the litter box.Once they knew we were home, Boni came by and dropped off our keys, he was extremely friendly and likable.I cannot express enough how happy we are to have found Ann and Boni. They offer an amazingly detailed service for a great, affordable price. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of loving pet care.

Theyve gone above and beyond to care for our cat, even trekking through a blizzard that shut down the city in order to make sure our pet was taken care of. Ann & Boni are a godsend. Theyve been caring for my kitty crew for about 2 years now and Im so thankful for them. They care for my babies like I would. My cats LOVE them (even my little skittish baby who barely likes anyone) and I trust them wholeheartedly to give my crew the care they deserve. I know when I come home from a trip, my crew will be relaxed and happy because theyve received such loving care while I was away. They even feed my feral outdoor crew while Im away so I dont have to worry. Theyre literally the best there is!
