I spoke to a wonderful receptionist today who was kind enough to even call another vet i hadnt called yet for my dying ferret. I cant express the amount of gratitude I have for the kindness I received just speaking to them and the help they were able to provide me so I was able to put my sweet boy to sleep and take the pain he was having away. You never know when youre going to have an emergency, even sadly on christmas eve. Thank you so much for your kindness and help!

Ive seen a few vets over the years when Ive moved out of state/cities with my kitty, and Harris Hill is by far the best. The doctors here are very knowledgeable, experienced, and compassionate. When my girl was severely sick and had to be rushed into emergency, I called in advance and the staff there were understanding and easy to talk to-- they were able to take her in immediately. I had to let my baby go that day but they made it as easy as could be. They were also kind enough to follow up with cremation information and a card in the mail! *The* best professionals to put your trust in for you beloved pets health.

The staff is always super friendly and work well with both of my dogs. One can be a bit anxious when going to the vet and they do a great job comforting her so that she may receive the treatments that are needed. Theyre also very clear and concise with their explanations of possible ailments and treatments.

The staff is always very gentle and take their time with Kaia, knowing she is nervous at the vet. Brooke helped us decide to split up needed vaccinations so we only had one visit with the vet for her exam and Rabies, and the other shots can be done with a technician visit. The staff are very friendly and professional!

A few days ago I noticed my cat Harry having some issues- I called Harris Hill as soon as they opened and told me to get there ASAP and immediately saw him. It was a life threatening issue and they were able to talk me through options, finances and treatment plans. They were extremely kind and patient with me as I figured out my next step- I opted for surgery and they were able to preform it day of which I know probably caused some issue with schedules but they preformed the emergency surgery, called me throughout the day, gave me tons of updates, send me photos of him and were overall just extremely kind and made me feel so much better about the whole situation. My cat would absolutely not be alive today without their speedy and professional intervention & I am so beyond grateful for their team for helping me bring my cat Harry home. Can not recommend them enough

My Bengal cat had some rectal bleeding and had not had bowel movement in 48 hours .Called our Vet and was told they were too busy we should seek help with emergency vet hospital or call back next day . . Called Emergency centers and the two thing I was told is I would have to check in , wait in parking lot for an average of 4 hours and there is a fee to just walk in the doors of at least $200.00 . I can pay the fee but wait in the parking lot with my uncomfortable cat for 4 hours , really ? I called at least a dozen other vets and all said they could not accomodate us . I found Harris Hill Vet just about the time I had come to the conclusion I was gonna have to wait in a parking lot for hours , the gentleman who answered , Tim , listened to my story and asked what was the soonest I could get Bella to the facility ! If I could have hugged him through the phone I would have ! I was in there within an hour and a half ! They were great with Bella and we left an hour later . We left with two prescriptions for her and the total cost was $204.00 , that was for her treatment and the cost of prescriptions ! We are now scheduled for a follow up visit for Bella and an introductory appointment same day for my second bengal , Cash ! We are now grateful patients at Harris Hill Veterinary Clinic !

My puppy was scheduled for her spay at Harris Hill but became sick. My usual vet would not take her for an appt for over a week. Harris Hill gladly took us in the same day as a new patient, and began treatment for Giardia the same day. I am so beyond thankful they were able to see us the same day I called. Every staff member I encountered was VERY friendly, happy, and showed their love for my puppy. Very educated staff, and I learned a lot that day. I happily made the switch to Harris Hill!!

My dog was having GI issues that became concerning and my regular vet was too busy to see me. I called several other vets and no one wld see us due to not being a regular client. Harris Hill Vet was happy to see us and had immediate availability w no waiting. They were friendly, kind and compassionate . They gave my dog a thorough exam and provided information and treatment that will have my dog on the road to recovery. They even provided a further treatment plan estimate if this treatment requires furrher intervention.Im very grateful that Harris Hill Vet could help us help our fur baby feel better. Facility was clean and comfortable. I was able to get an appointment on short notice, and the extended hours plus drop-off policy are huge benefits. The staff overall are very welcoming and accommodating; one of my cats gets very car sick, but they were willing to clean him up a bit as well as the carrier in which he made a big mess. The vet I spoke to, Kimberly Hitt, made me feel heard and was reassuring to me, as Ive never had cats before and suddenly have two!

They were so great and accommodating for two dogs. We just moved to the area and have been a little overwhelmed, which has translated to the pups. The receptionists/techs/Dr. were all really friendly & helpful & took the time to inform us of local requirements and suggestions. When one pup was stressed, they took him in the back and kept him calm while we finished up and checked out. Overall, the care for the dogs was great & I appreciated the help they gave me navigating my stressed dogs!

We are new clients at Harris Hill, but were so grateful to be able to get our boys in there. Our previous vet wanted us to pay a $260 emergency, just to wait at least 2 hours to have our dogs seen for kennel cough. I tried calling at least 7 other offices before I (thankfully) found Harris Hill. Their staff (not a robot) answered the phone, and they were able to squeeze our dogs in with a last minute appointment that same day. The staff we met was kind, caring, very professional, and took great care of the dogs. They are both doing much better, and we were thrilled to be able to get in to a new vet!

Weve been using Harris Hill Animal Hospitals grooming services for our three cats for the past year. We were hoping that some grooming would help us cut down on household allergies and also work to prevent hairballs, especially with our long-haired cat. The staff is always very friendly during scheduling and drop-off and we are very pleased with how clean and bright our cats look after their groom. We bring them every 3 months or so and have enjoyed it every time.

They were so helpful. My regular vet would not see me because my cat was too old and they were too busy. Harris Hill Animal Hospital fit me in even though I had never been there before. The staff was so friendly and they vet seemed very knowledgable and thorough. I will now use them always. Even the waiting room and the individual rooms were inviting. I love this place!

The staff here are simply amazing and they really care about the well being of your pet. My senior cat isnt a fan of anyone and they handled her expertly and with little to no stress on my girl.There was no pressure to buy anything extra or unnecessary procedures. Our vet was very detailed and explained at home care and expressed any other concerns she had clearly. She also was open to any questions and really listened to my own concerns/questions.We are new to the area and I am so very happy to have found Harris Hill Animal Hospital, I know my cat and any other future pets are in great, loving hands.

My precious little guy started to have some ear issues and I was very anxious and apprehensive about finding the right vet for us. My best friend recommended Harris Hill as she takes her 3 cats to them. They were very friendly and quick to schedule an appointment. My little dude is a very skiddish and nervous cat so not being able to go into the exam room with him was very hard for me but they called and kept me updated the entire time. The staff was caring and attentive to not only my honey but me as well. The prices are very reasonable. For a new patient check up, rabies vaccination, and ear drops it cost us around $140. I plan to take my other 2 here and get them groomed here as well.

Thank goodness for Dr. B. Who is on duty on Tuesday of this week. Although she seems quite young, Dr. B. is very experienced and knowledgeable in what she does. My dog had an overnight stay on Saturday night at Green acres Animal hospital. I brought him home on Sunday even though he still wasnt eating and feeling quite right. By Tuesday morning, my dog still was not eating and was still pooping out blackish gooey stuff. I called, and Annette listened to my concerns, and she fit us in later in the day. Although we were there for 4 hours, I didnt feel like at any moment that no one was a paying attention to my dog. Thankfully 3 days later I feel like my dog is on the road to good health and Im very appreciative for the care that he received at Harris Hill animal hospital. Thank you!

First time boarding my pup for a trip he couldnt attend. Just picked him up today, he seems to have had a good time. Overall very happy with the staff I dealt with and the treatment of my buddy. There may be opportunities for the business to provide Webcam access for certain areas for those parents who are boarding, but I understand the kind of issues that could also introduce.Edit: I just had another appointment the other day and screwed up the time of my appointment, everyone was so kind and still saw my dog. My black lab is a very nervous dog and they took the time with him and made him comfortable before just jumping on his shots and check up. I would give this clinic 10 stars if I could! Dr. Navickas is beyond wonderful! As well as all the staff there, they care so much! Its the best Verteinary clinic we have ever been to. We took our dog Griffin there to get a second opinion and they took such good care of him. We unfortunately had to say goodbye but they made the whole prosses easier. And now we are taking our cats there, they are so patient and listen to every concern. None of our visits have ever felt rushed. They are a bit more expensive but its absolutely worth it because they go above and beyond every time! Thank you everyone so much! 💕

I would not take charmer anywhere else except here! The staff is so friendly and the vets are so knowledgeable and really care about what they do! They always give him the time and attention that he needs every single visit and I never feel rushed with him. Dr Kim Hitt is extremely knowledgeable with his case since he has a chronic condition that requires monitoring and she always takes the time to explain what she thinks would be the best course of action and why. She has always gone above and beyond for us and so has all the staff in the building!

If I need a vaccination or prescription refill theres a closer one in Grand Island but for illnesses Molly had surgery here and Harris Hill is the main place for us. My silly kitten choked and swallowed a piece of plastic and I was worried sick about her. No where could get her in as it was 2 days before Christmas and most animals hospitals would have been unable to treat her anyway. They got my kitten in immediately and gave her a checkup and X-ray as well as reassuring my fiancé and I. It was also very affordable compared to anywhere else and local! My kitten is fine now and I will go here for any of my pets in the future :) thank you Harris hill animal hospital staff!

I truly cannot think this place enough. My husband got home from work yesterday and noticed that my German Shepherd face was very very swollen. He called about 7 places and no places could get her in at the last minute. This place took her right away and diagnosed her with an abcessed tooth. They kept hey overnight free of charge and did the surgery in the morning. Their pricing was reasonable and they were very honest with what needed to be done and what needed to just be monitored. My dog Ria and I thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Although this place is a bit far from me I will be taking to myself husband and making this place Rias primary vet along with my other two dogs.

Had to let my boy go recently. It was by far the most difficult thing Ive ever had to do in life and it hurt more then I can explain. Dr Hitt and the staff there were professional and courtious through the entire process. They explained what is happening and layed the options out for me in a clear and understandable way.Sadly I had to choose euthanasia for my Shepherd. They put up with my sobbing and gave plenty of time to say goodbye. They even managed to make a plaster cast of his massive paw print for me which now sits next to his favorite toy on my dresser.Thank you Harris Hill animal hospital for helping me keep my pup healthy and happy all the way to the bitter end. Some day I will be able to open my heart to another dog and I know exactly where Im bringing it for primary care.

EXCELLENCE IN VETERINARY CARE!!!Professional, Loving, Compassionate, PatientOn Friday, December 13, 2019 at 4:00 pm we had an appointment to bring my 17.5 year old Burmese cat Neo to the vet for a consultation because he had recently and noticeably lost weight at an accelerated pace. Knowing that the cat was getting closer to the end of his life Dr. Navickas recommended doing a blood panel. When the results came back the test confirmed that my cat most likely had cancer. Also, I was told the doctor chose to run the test again to further confirm her findings before sharing the final results with me. She wanted to be sure to give us the best possible recommendation as to how to proceed with care for Neo. When the additional results came back it confirmed that my cat was going to have no more than a couple months to live. The doctor suggested to perform an x-ray to further discern what urgency there may be to putting my cat down sooner than later. When the results of the x-ray came back further complications were discovered and the doctor had discerned that the cat would have no more than hours to a day or two to live. Knowing that it was going to be needed to put the cat down sooner than later, my dad asked the doctor if I could take the cat home for one more night and put the cat down in the morning. The doctor had advised us that it was not worth the risk of allowing the cat to suffer anymore and possibly have to be put down in the middle of the night on an emergency basis and recommended we do it now. We felt most confident and trusting in the doctor’s assessment of the situation and decided to put the cat down that evening. The doctor and the entre staff exhibited a level of compassion beyond belief and allowing us to spend whatever time we deemed necessary before saying goodbye to Neo. As Dr. Navickas gave Neo the final shots to put him to sleep she spoke lovingly to Neo and made everyone in the room feel comforted at this time of grieving. Let it be known here that this whole process that started at 4:00 pm in the afternoon did not end until 7:30 pm. The animal hospital actually closed at 5:00 pm and the entire staff lovingly stayed for 2.5 hours past closing time until this process was complete. All the words above cannot humanly express the professionalism, care and love that was given to me and my cat at a most difficult time. Harris Hill Animal Hospital you have truly set the bar and a standard of excellence in veterinary care to which all other veterinary clinics in WNY should be compared. Thank you for the love. Dr. Navickas practices with absolute excellence. In fact, “I wish she was my doctor!”I stopped by Monday afternoon to once again thank the doctor and Dr. Navickas humbly said, “I love my job and that’s why I do what I do!”
