I brought my beagle Cleo in for a nail trim with Christina. Christina is kind and friendly. Upon walking through the door, Christina knelt down to Cleos level to greet her. Cleo happily walked off with Christina to the grooming area. After a few minutes, and much less fuss that I encounter when attempting to trim her nails at home, Cleo was all done with a happy wagging tail. Well definitely be back. Thanks, Christina. ♥️🐶🐾

What a great experience we had with the groomer and beer keeper! My pup came out looking so dapper and smelled incredible. It was an easy drop off and we sat and had a delicious draft craft beer when we picked him up. I can’t wait for the huge indoor dog park to open! Great service and great location.

OMG THEY ARE AMAZING!!!!!!!! My groomer was Christina and unfortunately my fur baby was neglected for a while due to unforeseen circumstances, when I arrived, there was no judgment. It made me feel awesome as a fur baby mom. Her haircut is beautiful. She smells amazing. Her coat is so shiny and lustrous. I will never go to Petsmart again. We have found a new grooming home hounds and hops. We are forever grateful to you and pray for your continued success. Can’t wait to see you in six weeks.

This place is the greatest idea for a business. My boyfriend and I took our two dogs (one just for nails, one for a full groom) and while we waited, we went over to Undergrounds Coffee House for some food, grabbed some beers from Hounds and Hops and made our way to the cool seating area on the second floor. Christina was so accommodating getting both dogs in, especially with our one dog who is a little dog reactive and very vocal. And she did an awesome job grooming them. All staff is super nice. We can’t wait to come here to just hang out with our dogs during happy hour!

Excellent grooming experience at Hounds & Hops. Christina is a skilled groomer; she’s a sweet animal whisperer and was very kind to my anxious pup! There is easy access to this grooming salon located in Seneca One Tower. You can also relax and have an adult beverage while you wait for your pet. What a great concept! I highly recommend this business 🙌

My dog has leash anxiety and can be really difficult when leashed. He had no issues with the lead groomer, Christina. I swear she is a dog whisperer! He got a wash, nail trim & even a hot oil treatment. He smelled so freaking good for days!!! While he was getting groomed, my husband had a local beer. Win-win.Plus, I follow them on Instagram & they do A LOT for the City of Buffalo Animal Shelter. So they clearly are giving back to the doggos in our community.Highly recommend!

An all inclusive dog experience, from grooming and treats to daycare and drinks.Thank you Christina for a beautiful cut on my fussy little goldendoodle. Best my dog has ever looked! Not only was the grooming impeccable, but the care she received while there was amazing. My dog can get very nervous and the staff made her feel so comfortable. Amazing! Highly recommend and I am definitely booking another appointment!

Incredible experience all round, the team were welcoming and warm, and the facility is beautiful. I brought my golden retriever for a full groom and he was taken such good care of by Christina; he came out flawless and very happy. I dont think he wanted to leave! We will definitely be back and recommending it to our dog owner friends.

Great service and so convenient! If youre living or working in downtown Buffalo and have a dog you need this spot! The groomer is amazing, the atmosphere is really cool!
