    I only shop at Pet Supplies Plus for all of my dogs needs. I use their grooming service to have my dog bathed. I request Tim for this service. Tim is very kind, caring, and compassionate. My dog, Willow, always smells great and her fur is super soft after her bath. Her nails are always cut short like I want them. I highly recommend this location, and I highly recommend Tim for your dogs grooming needs.

    Excellent customer service all the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, my daughter adopted 2 beautiful Guinea pigs and the sales associate Eva helped us out she was very knowledgeable and had a genuine passion for the animals it was very refreshing to see someone who cared about there job and actually wanted to help the customer. Pet supplies plus if you are reading this review you need to give her a promotion or a pay raise she is a true asset to your business and you should do what you have to to keep her around.

    This was our first ever visit to this store w/our dog, Bug. We had Bug washed, cut, and groomed. He looked great. We were very happy with the service. The staff was very friendly and helpful. No issues whatsoever. Store was clean. Staff was great. And our dog looked awesome. We plan on returning w/Bug very soon.

    Pet Supplies Plus is a great shopping experience with helpful courteous employees eager to assist. The store is not too big but just the right size, they carry everything I need for my 2 spoiled kitties… they’re adults now but they’ll always b kitties to this cat mom!     The girl that greeted me was very nice and helpful . I explained what I needed and she helped me figure out what I needed for my dog. She was also very knowledgeable and gave me advice on how to help my picky dog enjoy his food again . Thank you I appreciate all of her help .

    My grand puppy has been living in a hotel with his family since a house fire. He’s been depressed with the change so we did a play date to shop for some new toys. The staff here was so welcoming and patient with him and his anxiety. I think we walked a mile in the aisles and he ended up prancing like a puppy, sniffing at every endcap. Thanks to everyone for making it such a happy experience.

    I love this Pet Supplies Plus! The employees are so kind and helpful. I take my two little babies there, for grooming. They LOVE it when I tell them that its their Spa Day. Always so happy to see the groomers. They know that they are going to be spoiled the whole time they are there.The prices for grooming are very very fair. I wouldnt go any place else.

    I love them for the food choices! They carry brands not everywhere does. Most of the staff is excellent! Not so much with the grooming. Took my dog there for the first time and really didnt enjoy the experience or the results. Next time i will use their wash facilities and wash him myself. For everything else they are great!

    Awesome and knowledgeable staff! Always have what I need, plus some extra treats for my many pets! Literally never had them not have something I need or want. They also have a pet wash station, reasonable prices, and price match too. Used to go elsewhere until I walked into here. Have also gone to the Niagara Falls Blvd location with the same great experience!

    PSP is my go-to store for pet supplies; they always have the best all-around selection for every pet need, but I wanted to specially recognize the help I got at this location today. I was disappointed to see the store was out of / no longer carrying the wet Merrick cat food (typical sob story -- my old cat with chronic kidney disease has been having decreased appetite, but loves that brand)... the salesperson double checked on his phone to see if the manufacturer had stopped making it, and suggested I try other competitors stores where it looked to be in stock. This shows someone who is putting customers and their pets first and there arent enough gold stars in the world for that! :)

    First let me say thank you to Karen. So this happened today I ordered online for same day delivery but the system failed to submit my order before 1pm to the store hence it’s processed as next day delivery. I talked to the manager her name is Karen and I told her I’ve no way of going to the store and that my husband get out of work at 7pm and since it’s Sunday the store closes at 6pm and my dogs don’t have any food and since it’s pet supplies brand dog food (Redford limited) I’ve no way of buying it from any other store. Karen just said where are you located and I’ll deliver it. And KAREN DID! thank you Karen I appreciate it. You and rest of your crew deserved more than 5 stars.

    Staff is very helpful and friendly and offers help both in store and carry out. Also has a self dog wash and clinics at good prices for shots. Theyve been a sight for cat adoptions and donations to various rescues. Nice sales with card too.

    I just recently saved two kittens, and had to start from scratch with all my supplies and care items. As they were only about 6 weeks old, I had alot of questions as to care, feeding, grooming etc. The staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They are now my go to store.

    KRISTY IS THE BEST MANAGER EVER!!!!!!! I went in with a friend to purchase some supplies for his cats and my dog. An hour later, Im looking everywhere for a 7 pound box of dog treats. How do you lose a 7 pound box?! I dont know. I thought I was losing my mind. The next day, still cant find the box of treats. Called and Kristy looked up my receipt and gave me a box! I dont even know whose fault it was? Probably mine, UT Kristy took care of me anyways. I would give 10 stars, if I could.

Then pets smart I had bought bird food 5 x s at pets smart and had black spiders in it thought it was where I was storing it.
