    Clean environment. Nice staff. HUGE animal selection. Guinea pigs, Tarantulas, Cats, Hermit Crabs, ect. A majority of the supplies necessary for each pet available either in store or online. Overall 5 stars.

    I have had nothing but a GREAT experience with PSP groomers. My favorite go to is Ally U. She’s never disappointed us and has always put my doodles needs first! We prefer the shaved look for summer and to keep up with brushing. She goes above and beyond to make sure my doods are looking stellar!If you have a doodle and think otherwise, then go to a place that will trim around their matted fur!

    Just wanted to leave a review for Allie…she always does such a great job on my double coated dog and her de shed service got rid of Goose’s itching! It also leaves your dog smelling great for awhile. All of the girls in here are friendly and will do a superb job. Great customer service all around, would give 10 stars if I could!

    Allie has been grooming my dog for awhile now and I have never been disappointed once. She takes her time and is always so accommodating. You can tell she is very well educated and passionate for what she does!! Such a great addition to Pet Supplies Plus. We love her!!!

    Allie is an accomplished groomer that knows how to handle many dogs. I take my pup there and she works her magic and he looks incredible every time.I feel comfortable leaving him with her, because he absolutely loves her….not the grooming part. But she has a knack for putting him at ease.Besides Ally’s grooming talents, she is very personable and pleasant.

    Weve been taking our dogs here forever for grooming/nails cut. Hands down the staff is always helpful and greets you with a smile.We use Allie Uncapher in the grooming department, she is a caring and lovely individual. She has handled our crazy energy Delaney and our old man Tucker, and never once have we had an issue. Shes very professional and cares for your fur baby.I would easily recommend the Blasdell PSP and highly recommend Allie in the grooming department.

    I brought my dog here for the first time for grooming, the grooming staff were very friendly, and helpful. The manager is an asset to this business. She’s so friendly and knowledgeable about everything in the store, and shares her knowledge freely. She’s very hardworking and she’s everywhere in the store, assisting all the customers and the employees as needed. People like her pose a refreshing insight to what you expect when you’re visiting a retail establishment. Great job👏👏👏

    While the store is a smaller store from the nearby petsmart, this is much more convenient for people living in the village, and comes with a wide selection of goods and very friendly staff. The management is doing something right over there to have smiling and helpful faces at the front, and the grooming crew in the back are always understanding, accommodating, and super efficient at their job.I personally love their barkery in the front for quick treats for the dogs - I know my dogs love it too!

    I dealt with the grooming department and Kenna Fox was our groomer. She was excellent! Our dog can be a little difficult and grumpy! Which raised concerns for us. She handled him very well and said she would be more than happy to work with him again in the future. I’m definitely going back!

    For grooming Allie is amazing! We adopted an Aussie that was a puppy mill breeder so she is very skittish and lays down when you get near her. Allie was excellent with her and was able to bathe, deshed, and trim her. I will not trust anyone else with my dog.

    Weve been taking our pup Millie to see Allie at PSP grooming for the last few years and we refuse to take her anywhere else. Allie always does such a wonderful job! She has a natural talent for what she does and she is always so pleasant to interact with. Allie is truly the best around and we recommend her to anyone who needs a great groomer! Were so thankful to have a groomer that puts so much thought and effort into our dogs care :)

    This store specifically is great! Great customer service and absolutely great groomers! I took my puppy(Oreo) to get groomed and his nails cut. Allie was phenomenal with him. The first time we went he was bathed and returned to me with a bow. So handsome! Today he left with a bandana! Thank you Allie for your time and dedication! You are very much appreciated! We loved your service and smiles today!

    The best indicator is the my dog Tootsie did not want to leave. She had a bath and nails and ear clean....she felt so good, the whole idea of this. Our groomer was super, just very pleasant and we will go back for anything we need. This is a great affordable service provided - nice job everyone.

    Both Beth and Alliedid an amazing job grooming extremely hard to self-groom dog (she’s a Newfie, Pyrenees, Bernese mix). I had a great experience, I will not only be bring her back but i will also be booking appointments for my other dogs as well! I definitely would recommend going there to get pup groomed!

    Always greeted when walking in! Always willing to call up another cashier if the line is even kind of long. Always willing & happy to answer questions. Love that it is an organized store for the quick in and out trips Love their brand Redford we feed that to both of our animals. Our dog also loves the fresh baked cookies near the register too.

    Excellent, helpfull staff. Good variety of items and needed supplies(could be more on the fish end with the option to buy larger versions of stuff.) Fish tanks need better cleaning maintenance, at least on the front glass and better lighting to see whats inside. (Ambient store lighting is not enough.) But the staff and variety of items is great!

    So helpful and knowledgeable, I dont know about other stores, but this one is honestly perfect. They were all so kind to my 7 and 2 year old, even making our first trip much better than it could have been. We had all the essentials for our fish tank, but we had to wait 3 days and come back and get fish and my son was so good about it and like I said outstanding customer service. Thank you.

    This store is always neat and clean and the staff is very accommodating. They will price match things like topical flea treatment, litter, etc. as long as you can show them the major competitors add (e.g.- Chewy, PetSmart - via current website on smartphone). They always greet you upon entry to the store and make you feel welcome. Questions are promptly addressed with a smile, and they always offer to carry out heavy items to your vehicle. They really go the distance to try and please you on each visit. Returns are pleasantly accepted and credited. I find them to be reliable and trustworthy.

    We love How Ali in the grooming salon cuts and styles our two border collies, Emma and Stormy. She never disappoints!When I arrived to pick them up yesterday. She and Katy were playing ball with the two rambunctious dogs.     We absolutely love Pet Supplies Plus (especially this location). Specially, our 11 year old Shih Tzu /Maltese Keli mix loves Allie and we love her too. She is so patient with Keli and seems genuinely happy to see her when we bring her for grooming. I highly recommend this location and dont forget to ask for Allie Uncapher.

    Allie was amazing!!! We brough of akita puppy there and she went out of her way to do a last minuye walk in for us. Our little Ella smelled and looked amazing, and it made me feel so much better knowing that she was familiar with the breed.. will definitely be coming back because of her.     I love that when I walk into this store I am always greeted with a friendly hello! The staff here has always been very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.     I love it here! Everything you need for any animal, including a do-it-yourself dog wash. Everything is supplied as well (water, shampoo, towels, and a blow dryer). $10.00 each wash OR $25.00 for 5 washes. Not to bad of a deal. Fur babies allowed.

    I took my dog there for grooming. I paid $76.00 for my little Bella. I picked her up and she looked OK. Her hair cut was all uneven, not cut right. Still hair in her eyes. I just told them she was in heat. I had to pay an $11.00 for that. She had some kind of conditioner which was another $16.00 extra. Than the $42.00 for the hair cut. Also she may have got a bath but she still smelled like she didnt get bathed right. I will have to give her another bath. They just down right sucked. They also cut her hair on the back of her neck with the wrong size clipper. They told me they tried to blend it in so you couldnt see it. And ever since she came back from there, she shakes when you pick her up. Something forsure happened while she was there. She had to been miss treated somehow or something scared her to pieces. Never go there again. EVER!!!

    Love this place. The staff is friendly and they have tubs for DIY doggie grooming. Leave them the mess and take home a clean dog. You can get 5 for $25. Bath cards great deal. They have shampoo, towels, doggie dryer that comes with the bath.

    Love the store and employees. Only complaint is that the tall dog wash has a broken dryer nozzle. There is no support at the end closer to the pet. The nozzle makes this high pitched noice when it bends and scares my 🐕 to death.

    Bought a Gourami from them on Tuesday morning (10-2-2018) and woke up the next day to find the Gourami dead at the bottom of my tank. Without thinking about it, I scooped the dead fish out of my tank and flushed him. I went to the store with my receipt, and one of the associates tells me theres nothing they can do for me without the dead fish. So, I said, well that just sucks, and walked back out to my truck. As I was backing out of my spot, another associate came running out to my truck to tell me to come back in so they can give me a replacement Gourami. GREAT JOB GUYS.     Great experience here! Staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about products. Absolutely love their VIP clinic for cats and dogs. We have been taking our dog once a year for the last 5 years for her boosters and also got her micro chipped at this clinic. Of course, my son loves to look at all the fish, turtles, and birds on location!

    The place is nice don’t get me wrong but every time I come in I see the ferret cages super dirty and the ferrets are sleeping in it’s own urine I just feel bad because you can tell it’s new and old feces.
