I brought my Maltese here to be groomed today, his groomer, Frankie, was an absolute pleasure to work with! She was fantastic! I warned her about his behavior (he doesn’t love being touched/groomed around his face) and she really exceeded my expectations!! She was warm and informative and clearly cares about the dogs she grooms! Thank you Frankie!!! You are amazing! I will be back to see her because I am so impressed and happy with his cut and service!!

Well staffed and helpful people. Sadly as in everywhere else the prices have gone up. So there are definitely no real savings here but theyre no higher than any other place that I shopped. The store is clean and well inventoried. I will shop there again.

This store puts the bigger market pet supplies to shame! Joann and her crew bathed, de-shedded, and trimmed my high strung Australian Shepards claws perfectly!!Well be back!Luna and us thank you ladies. Superb!... (update) although Ive had my qualms with corporate *they suck. Cherry, a new and welcome face and personality, helped me in ways beyond normal capacity concerning a flea issue my family suffers. She was not only knowledgeable, but understanding. She is a gem. *corporate take note!. And her info and knowledge are worth more than you can pay her.

The staff is always helpful and friendly. Your leashed dog is also welcome. Prices are comparable to other Pet Supply Stores but it is easier to get in and out. They will even help carry your pet supplies out and load them into your car.The store is clean and well staffed and eager to help you.The only area where I would suggest Improvement is to have a larger quantity of your sale items on hand.

Good prices and knowledgeable staff. West Seneca ny location could use a good cleaning. But that wouldn’t stop me from going there. Seems like when they runs sales they are really worth it. They can compete with most pet stores prices. Especially the major chains. Keep an eye out for dog food coupons, you can save yourself 40-50-60%. No joke!I would avoid the fish from here, like so many pet stores they are just dirty and the fish tend to carry diseases.

I enjoy shopping at Pet Supplies Plus. The associates are always friendly, greet you as you walk in the door and always willing to help. They also treat my dogs like their own, sneaking them treats when I am not looking, its ok. I also utilize the grooming services at the West Seneca location and have had great experiences every time! My female Lab looks forward to bath time considering she used to dislike baths, and my male lab mix doesnt mind them trimming his nails(he hates nail trims).I recommend especially this location to anyone looking for a pet store to shop at!

This is a nice smaller sized pet store. The employees are always friendly. The selection is not huge but its still good. I got what I wanted just not in the large size I was looking for. I love visiting all the small animals and fish. They also have cats and kittens that are up for adoption from a local agency. I like to support WS businesses so I make sure to visit Pet Supplies Plus.

I went to the store around 830pm on 10/20/2017. They have a very nice staff and great reptile prices!!! I got a pair of Albino Honduran Milk Snakes that were in very good condition. Also had one of the best dog food selections Ive seen in a while. The young lady with red hair was very helpful and informative. Im very pleaser with our visit and recommend anyone to check out the store.

I can choose between West Seneca and Blasdell for delivery. I more than likely end up choosing the West Seneca location because they seem to have more stock of the food my dog loves. Both stores are great as in customer service but the West Seneca store always goes above and beyond. When they are out of something I ordered they always call me to see if they can substitute it with something else. Most other stores will just refund you and you get what they have. The staff there is always friendly and so helpful. Delivery is super quick and always delivered with care. I bring in that big white bag and my little yorkie goes crazy. She knows I always order her a special snack along with her food. Ordering online is super easy and even amazon cannot beat their prices. This store is my definite #1 shop for my pup.

Everyone there is super nice and extremely helpful. They are more than willing to explain all the different dog food and where they come from/how theyre made/any recalls etc. They will even carry your bags of food out to the car for you. Great prices and my 2 dogs love the house brand food.

Wow, Pet Supplies Plus is amazing. Its a huge supermarket for pet lovers. We are babysitting a family members dog for a few day and they forgot to give us a leash. I drove over to PSP. And holy cow I never thought that I would have 50 choices. By the time I left I had a cart full of items I didnt know I couldnt live without ! 😂 Lol. Fantastic store. Great polite helpful staff. Its a pet store. A very, very big one and they seem to be taking good care of the animals and pets theyre selling (Im an adopt-dont shop kind of guy) but they did not have what I was looking for, so that was a big bummer. Apparently, their cricket breeders are having problems, and both myself and the associate I was speaking with seemed to chalk it up to COVID-19. I dont blame Pets Supplies Plus for the pandemic or for the fact that the breeders are having some problems, but I have a hard time believing that they have literally one possible outlet for the crickets. All-in-all its a good store, and Ill probably be back there at some point. But the crickets that I am after are really all I go there for.*Star Added because management responds to reviews. This usually means that they do care, and are willing to make any necessary changes in the way they do business to ensure customer satisfaction.

Of the two locations near home, I prefer this store for a few reasons... its not near a mall or big box complex so the traffic is much easier to deal with - its a smaller store, which makes shopping and check out faster - and, frankly, the staff is a fun bunch who make the occasional visit something to look forward to. My cats dont particularly care what store I purchase their vittles and toiletries from (they either outright ignore the receipts or shred them to ribbons - they certainly dont read them) so I tend to shop where I feel welcomed and entertained as a human being and I have to say that this location works for me on that level. A particular thanks to Pet Supplies Plus for locating both nearby locations within a stones throw of an Applebees for those days when a tipsy visit to a pet supply store seems like a fun way to spend an hour or so. 🐈

We absolutely LOVE the Orchard Park location. Staff are wonderful, friendly and knowledgeable. Always have time to help with questions or concerns. The store is comfortable and the selection of treats at the front is amazing! Cant leave without one or two.
