We have been taking our Shibas and shiba fosters here - Savannah and her team are amazing. Our fearful rescues are put at ease and happy being groomed by them. Very compassionate and great at what they do (even for dramatic Shibas!). 5/5 Highly recommend.

Savannah has been a saving grace for my dog! I was looking for a groomer that was good with anxious dogs after being asked at a previous place when my dog would stop shaking and drooling (he’s a neglected rescue and was scared of everything). I instantly felt at ease when I dropped him off for the first time. While my dog might always be a basket of nerves, I know he is in such good hands and is with someone who loves him like I do. He always comes back to me looking handsome and happy. We will follow her anywhere and cannot recommend her enough! We are so grateful for the talent, love, and passion that goes into every service!

They did a lovely job grooming my senior mini golden doodle and mini cavapoo. Especially wonderful was the attention paid to their nails- one of my girls has a tendency to paw people for attention, which can lead to scratches and scrapes. The beautiful grinding job on her nails was wonderful. The pups were nervous going in and happy when I picked them up- I think it was a good experience for everyone and I scheduled our next groom!

Our Lucy LOVES Savannah! She does such a great job with our highly-anxious Yorkie... Id never take her anywhere else! Shes always looks so cute and tidy after her grooming. :)

Really nice staff.. our little Luna was delighted to be treated so nice. The appointments are easy to make...text reminders to your phone....cash or credit card accepted. I would highly recommend.

Savannah is AMAZING! My girl comes out looking like a fresh puppy every time! Savannah is very efficient and easy to book with, has streamlined communication and 10/10 groomer! Highly recommend for dogs with anxiety, she’s not like most grooming parlors who hold your dog hostage for hours… Thank you for taking care of my Ella girl 🫶🏼

Savannah is absolutely wonderful! When dropping our dog off with Savannah, I know she is in the best of hands. The Pet Parlor offers a comfortable, clean & safe environment. Our dog is always beautifully groomed & well cared for too! I highly recommend the Pet Parlor!

Took my two little boys to Savannah and her staff a few weeks ago and wouldnt trust them with anyone else. Incredibly fair prices, super friendly staff and a fantastic experience overall. My dogs are usually pretty anxious and the staff at Pet Parlor handled them perfectly. Thank you for the excellent service!
