Charley is the absolute best groomer on Long Island! She is incredibly patient and gentle and my dogs love going to the groomer! Charley grooms my two soft coated wheaten terriers. They are always excited to go see Charley and when I pick them up they are so happy and look beautiful! Regardless of how many knots my wheatens have, she will never just resort to shaving them. She takes her time to carefully get the knots out and make sure they look exactly how I want them to! We love Charley and Highbrow Hound. Cannot recommend enough

Charley did a wonderful job. Our neighbor who groomed Sasha moved away and I waited ... and waited. (Sasha is a rescue and easily traumatized.) Finally, we went and glad we did. Highly recommended.

We took our dog Penny to Highbrow Hound for grooming! Our pup felt so comfortable with them and came home so pretty, fresh, and happy! I highly recommend them. There salon is so nice inside and beyond clean! The staff is truly amazing too!

We have a Havenese named Rosie and Ive always had Charlie, the owner, groom her. The Highbrow Hound is very clean and they do a great job on our dog. And, by the way, Rosie also loves Charlie! The kids love when Rosie comes home wearing a bow or bandana. Definitely recommend going to the Hibrow Hound! A+++

This is an excellent spot to have your dogs groomed. The shop is adorable and spotless. The owners and groomers are friendly, professional, experienced, and very knowledgeable. You can be certain your dogs are left in good care. My dog came back happy and looking beautiful. They offer a wide variety of services. Would highly recommend!

Rachel at The HIghbrow Hound is great. We have two Tibetian Terriers that she grooms. She listens to how I like them to look and she really cares about our dogs. The shop is beautiful and very clean. I highly recommend taking your dogs here to be groomed.

Great local groomer! Couldnt be happier with HighBrow Hound. We take our older goldeen doodle and sheepadoodle puppy there. They were very helpful in explaining what to expect as he transitioned from puppy to adult coat. Love his first big boy cut, and take him regularly for baths and cleanups. Highly recommended.

We used Highbrow Hound for the first time earlier this month for our 3 dogs. We have a Havanese and two Tibetan Terriers and they all had great groomings. Definitely using them again!!

Always a wonderful experience. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and it’s always very clean there. Our Samoyed Simba gets so excited to go to the groomer and comes out so soft and beautiful. Highly recommend!

I have been taking my dog, Storm to be groomed by Charley since she was a pup and we are so excited she has opened her own place. I have nothing but great things to say about the quality of work and care that The Highbrow Hound delivers each and every time we bring Storm to be groomed. Not only does she come out looking beautiful, but I know my dog is happy because she runs in to her shop, wagging her tail. Ive been taking my sweet Winnie to charley for years and I have to say shes is the ABSOLUTE best! Not only is she the most talented groomer but has a heart of gold and I trust her and Winnie loves her! She gets so excited to see her Everytime. Every haircut has been phenomenal And shes a true professional. Shes the best and her place is beautiful take your furr baby to see her!❤️🐾
