    I could never recommend Adana enough. They are the kindest, most caring, most knowledgeable staff. My cat is so safe there and I feel incredibly comfortable knowing he is their hands. Special shout out to Dr. Donnelly— thank you and you rock!

    Weve been taking our two cats to Adana for several years now, and I can say that on at least two occasions, Dr. W saved our cats life. Our older cat has a health issue that came on suddenly and is now something that must be managed as a chronic condition. Dr. W fit us in as an acute visit the moment the issue started and diagnosed her quickly and correctly. Over a year later, our cat is still doing well and we are incredibly thankful. Dr. W also takes the time to talk through our cats health at each visit and I feel that all my questions are asked. The staff at Adana are also wonderful to work with.

    Everyone at Adana treats my cats as if they’re the most important critters in the universe. They’re gentle, yet thorough during the exams and procedures. They’ve provided a lot of assistance in teaching us how to make car rides less stressful for the cats.

    Our family has been coming to Adana since they first opened in 2004. They have my utmost trust and respect in caring for our family. They make sure all the cats have their preventative care and are skilled in responding to any emergencies or challenges we have had. They also follow up after any surgeries or procedures to be sure they are recuperating okay at home.They really take the time to get to know each individual cat and their personality so that they can personalize their care and administer vaccines, bloodwork, etc in a way that is easiest and most comfortable for the cat. My cats have different personalities and needs and Adana staff 100% work to be sure each cat is comfortable and happy.Adana staff has seen us through all the life stages with such compassion. I highly recommend them. They are knowledgable and kind.

    We love Adana Veterinary Clinic. They take amazing care of our pet rabbit. The rabbit is high maintenance and we don’t have any problems bringing her to the clinic always get excellent care.

    I took my 11.5 year old small dog (30 pounds) in for a dental cleaning and assessment. They explained everything well, the procedure went well and the bill was under the estimate. My pup came home a little tired but happy and clearly had been well cared for. ( this is her on the car ride home)

    Such a great place. They boarded both of our cats, one with special needs, and did so with care. We nervous to leave them but it went great and you can tell they really care about your animal.

    We love Adana. The staff is friendly and attentive. We recently rescued a one-year old dog who has had more health problems than we were aware. Adana has been amazing helping us through the different diagnoses. Even though we live in Rochester we still make the 2 hour trip back to Adana. We are well taken care of there, and would recommend it to anyone!

    Weve taken five different pets to Adana over the course of 12 years and everytime they get the highest level of care.     This is not our normal vet but when our 9 month old puppy had become bloated and we needed to get him in somewhere they quickly booked us for an appointment for an hour after we called and took great care of him and even diagnosed him with something that our other vet had never noticed. They do a wonderful job and we may consider using them in the future.

    Saw Dr Donnelly for my German Shepherd and she was very good with the dog. Took away the 5th star for the covid policy of not being able to be in the room with your pet and the prices for the services. Overall a good experience

    I came to Adana with my 14-year-old dog that was having serious medical problems. I knew she was at the end if her life. Dr. Donnelly was incredibly informative and compassionate. She took time to speak to me on the phone and discuss my options. I was treated with such care, as was my dear dog, Zoe. I’m so grateful to the staff for their professionalism, and true love for animals.
