Emily, the owner of The Detailed Dog offers the perfect one on one experience for my pups! It was Banjo’s first grooming experience and Emily made him feel so safe and welcomed. His tail was wagging the whole way in and out! My oldest, Biscuit had a lot of dead, bright red bushy undercoat on his back from the winter time. I am not a fan of the shaved look so Emily took extra time to throughly deshed his undercoat using a technique called hand carding! Now I can see his unique coloring again and I get to keep his long hair. They both look so handsome and smell so good! We even got two new cute toys on our way out! They couldnt wait to play with them when we got home. We drove 2 hours to see Emily because of her skills and care she puts into her work. We wanted our pups to be groomed by the best for our wedding day!

Emily is the most wonderful dog groomer ever! Our anxiety ridden border collie lab mix has been getting groomed with Emily for 6 years and no one does a better job! He leaves happy and so do we! I highly recommend taking any and all of the dogs you know to her!!!! She is the absolute best!

Emily is the absolute best! After having a bad experience at another groomer she took in my dog and fixed him all up. She is super caring from the moment you walk in. The place is also kept very clean. To top it all off the appointment is private. Highly recommend going to her! Below is a before an after for proof of her expertise!

LOVE LOVE Emily. She does an amazing job with our Leon, who’s nervous and shy at first. Emily is great with him and his haircut is ALWAYS perfect. He smells good for days and I always love the cute bow/bandana she gives him. Her studio is clean and inviting, love that she doesn’t have a bunch of dogs waiting around so she’s able to give one-on-one attention to each groom. I’m so happy to have found such talent for my puppy! I won’t bring my boy to anyone else but Emily ❤️

Very thankful that The Detailed Dog opened up. Though he is large, Dexter is very timid and fearful. Giving him a bath or trimming his nails is normally a process that no one wants to take on. The Detailed Dog gives a one on one experience which helps remove the fear that comes along with a loud, busy salon. Your dog will leave the salon looking their absolute best! Emily is AMAZING, and takes care of your dog like they are one of her own. I highly recommend The Detailed Dog for your grooming needs, especially if your dog is timid like mine.

Brady has been going to Emily for many years at another salon, and of course, we have decided to follow her on her new venture.Emily has created THE perfect space for her amazing capabilities and talent. The salon offers the unique experience of having total attention and focus on your dog only during their appt. There are no other groomers, just one on one with Em & your fur baby. This not only allows for her to build rapport, trust and bond with your baby, but, creates a much quieter, relaxed space for your dog throughout their groom. The space fits her perfectly-lax, chill, and beautiful!
