Our dog loves Hounds Town Hicksville, and so do we! The staff are amazing and truly care for the well being of the dogs, they quickly reply to any questions and post adorable pictures of the dogs! The on-site grooming and bath services are also super convenient. Whether its for daycare, boarding or a party we know that Roxy will come home happy and tired. We are able to relax and enjoy vacation knowing that our dog is being well cared for and cant imagine having a dog without HT!

The entire staff is amazing at Hounds town. Someone is always available to answer any questions I had. My dog loves coming here, she runs in the door when we drop her off. They do such fun events with all the dogs. We truly love bringing her here for daycare. For boarding I feel comfortable leaving her with people that she knows and they know her.

My Mia will be 3 years old in May. Shes a 4.5 lb yorkie that barks at all dogs. Its my fault for not socializing her when she was younger. I was told to try a day care so she could be exposed to other dogs. I visited 3 different places and wasnt pressed until I walked into Hounds Town in Bethpage. Place is clean and everyone I spoke to to was so nice and answered my questions and concerns. Yesterday was Mias first day and she did well. When it was time to go, they brought her out and she started falling asleep before we left. I was told she played well and seemed to enjoy herself even though she was a little shy at first. Oh, and I received a Report Card with names of her new friends she made. Im so happy I chose Hounds Town. Mia will go 1 to 2 times a week so she will learn to play and hopefully not bark like she did. Thank you! Mia and Linda

My doggo, Mumford, and I absolutely adore Hounds Town. It gives him the opportunity to be with his other doggo friends while I’m at work, and not just be bored at home eating my shoes. Their prices are super reasonable and the staff is just perfection. They are the kindest people and I trust them with Mumford 100%. I don’t know what I’d do without Hounds Town, honestly.

I always feel terrible leaving Leo while I have to work. Knowing Leo has such a great time there really puts my mind at ease on the longs days I’m away from him. Love when they post pics of all the cute dogs on the social media pages. Seeing the pics of Leo super excited and smiling makes me so happy. Also so thankful for a clean and organized environment for him to be while I’m not with him.

Best Doggie Day Care Ever. Our Jax loves this place so much, that he now grabs his harness and sits by the door. If he could drive himself he would. The staff is absolutely amazing, and you can tell how much love they have for our fur babies.

The staff is amazing! Can actually feel they care about our dog! The whole idea of the dogs out playing together all day makes it easier to have our dog not with us! If he has to be boarded and away from us, we can’t be happier knowing he is having a great time as well! The price is affordable and they don’t go for your wallet with extra charges! We would never dream of leaving our dog anywhere else!

Hounds Town is THE BEST place for your dog. When you board your dog, they get to play ALL DAY and make friends with dogs of their same energy level. They are attuned to your dog and give them the love you can’t because you’re not there. My dog is so happy to go to Hounds Town and so happy to come home. PERFECT!!!

Couldnt ask for better staff. No live webcams to view them however our dog always seems to have a great time and is eager to go. Love the pictures they post on their Facebook group. They do a lot of photo shoots and stuff for the dogs, sprinklers and outdoor time in the summers, pup cups, and there is often a birthday with treats provided by other owners.Check them out!

I love Hounds Town Hicksville. The staff is amazing, friendly, and they all love dogs. The facility is huge! The dogs get to play all day when boarding unlike some other facilities that only let them out for an hour or two a day. They post pictures of the dogs playing almost every day. My dog gets so excited when she goes there. Another great thing about them is that they dont breed discriminate! It is so comforting knowing my dog is in great hands when Im away. I wouldnt think twice about bringing my dog anywhere else.

The staff are professional, responsive and courteous. The facility seems well maintained, clean and even smells nice when you first walk in. You are greeted by friendly and helpful staff right from the start. My puppy loves the playtime here. I feel confident that she’s well taken care of while I’m at work. I just wish they had live cameras so I could watch my puppy from time to time while she’s there. But it’s reassuring that the staff are friendly and responsive with any questions and concerns over the phone too.

Staff was friendly caring patient. My puppy felt comfortable when she was brought in for an initial “Meet & Greet”All their packages were explained to me. I was surprised at how reasonable the rates were for boarding & daycare. I think it’s so worth it to give my dog the opportunity to socialize. Although it my intention to do it myself at a park or dog run, I work full time (back to work 9/6) and have two kids. The dogs social needs come after that. So I will definitely be bringing my “baby girl” to Hound’s Town. I love their FB group I was able to see pictures of my baby playing with new puppy friends.

We don’t know what we would have done without Hounds Town when we got Olly as a 5 month old puppy (black Labrador retriever). He had so much energy and our schedules were so hectic we needed a daycare we could trust. The staff at Hounds Town is just exceptional, he was always greeted by name and with a smile, he couldn’t wait to go there everyday and got home exhausted after playing with his friends all day long. We love the convenience, value (for outstanding service and professionalism of the staff and above all how much they truly care for our dog’s well being and happiness. I would recommend Hounds Town to anyone in need of daycare or boarding facility for their pets, you will not have to worry about a thing!

My pup was going to Hounds Town for years. He was excited to be there and nice and tired when he got him. I never worried when he was there. The staff is very nice and caring. They take the time to get to know your pup.We recently moved out of state and came back for a visit. We love Hat so much that we drove 40 min to let our pup visit and play.

I was concerned of putting my puppy Kobe is a daycare and cleanliness care and hygiene were my biggest priorities. Hounds Town has simply exceeded this and Kobe will be going twice a week now. He loves daycare and we can tell how much he played as he was so tired after his first day. Staff is amazing very kind and loving to the dogs. Please keep this up!

My dog Stella is a young, hyper, German shorthaired pointer. I am able to be lucky enough to be allowed to bring her to work with me at the vets office, but I knew it wasn’t fair to her to be stuck in a cage all day without interaction. Hounds town really keeps her occupied while she’s there and she has such a great time from the pictures that are posted on the group page. It gives me peace of mind knowing she’s getting enrichment while I’m working, and when we go home, she’s exhausted! Thank you for being so kind and loving to my pet❤️

Houndstown Hicksville is the best! They care so much about your furbaby. My dog Lexi Lynn goes for doggie day care and recently boarded there for the 2nd time. It was originally for 13 days but unfortunately I had to come home early and pick up her on the 10th day. I was able to see my baby in photos and even checked up to see how she was doing and find out she was eating and having fun being this was the longest she was away from me being at Houndstown. The themed days are great.After having a bad private sitter experience in my own home at the beginning of the year, Hounds Town is the best!Thank you Houndstown Hicksville for taking such great care of Lexi Lynn.

They all look like are having tons of fun. They always run specials and have raffles which I love. Love, love , love Houndstown and the staff is awesome. My dog Max had been part of this Houndstown family since he was 4 months old hes now 5 years old. I know he loves it, because he goes nuts when I say camp and I cant move quick enough for him to get in the car.. They have become extended family to him. He boards, goes to camp and gets groomed all in one place. Hes one of the pack . The best part is the hangover when he comes home hes one exhausted pup. Highly recommend.

Our dog Gunther recently had a trial day at doggy daycare at hounds town. I was super nervous because he has never been around so many dogs, but it turned out great! They gave an adorable report card when I picked him up with details on how he behaved, energy level, which dogs he made friends with and played with. He was so tired when he got home from all the playing he didn’t even get up to bark at his nemesis the Mailman. Super clean there.. first thing when I walked in I was like wow it smells amazing in here! They also post pictures at the end of day in their FB group which is so great to see him interacting with the other dogs. He will be boarding there for Memorial Day weekend and I am super confident that he is in great hands and will have a blast!

My dogs have been going to daycare since Hicksville opened & prior to that, they played at Farmingdale, same people own both locations. They LOVE it....so do I. When they get home they’re exhausted. I can talk ALL day about how wonderful the staff is at both locations. They greet me & my dogs by name, they always have a smile on their face and my dogs run into their arms. 5 years ago I brought my puppy, Charley, to a boarding facility for the first time and had a terrible experience. Immediately after, I was on a mission to find someone who would love and care for my dog when I was gone. Then I found Houndstown. To say I found the perfect place is an understatement. It took 2 visits and I could tell how much Charley loved being there. The staff..each and every one...are such special people. They have a way of loving every dog like they are their own, as well as putting their clients at ease with FB pictures throughout the day. We rarely miss a week now, even if I’m home, because I can tell she misses her second home/family. We found the best of the best and I am so grateful!

I recently traveled from Florida to Long Island with my dog. I went to Long Island to spend time with family. I drove all the way up with my dog Rayna. I was more comfortable brining my dog away with me and doing daycare while I was out for the day in New York then leaving her in Florida. My dog absolutely loved hounds town and it was SO clean! My dog was definitely in love with the staff by the second day. I was so upset our last day there that we wouldn’t be back for awhile. I couldn’t thank the owners and staff enough for taking care of my baby while I was out and about enjoying New York and the best part about it I wasn’t even worried about her! I knew she was in great hands.

When I went to pick him up they brought him out with his harness & collar on quickly, which I was pleasantly surprised at because he doesn’t make it easy to put his harness on... usually requires a treat;) Looking forward to bringing him back so that he has more opportunities to socialize with fur friends!

Houndstown welcomed my puppy Luna on her first day and showed us around. They took the time to answer all my questions and were responsive when I called to check on Luna. Compared to other puppy day cares I’ve checked out they are the best! Dogs are grouped according to their temperament and size and the spaces are large enough to accommodate movement and play. Luna can’t wait to go back to Houndstown Hicksville!

From the time we came in to drop him off, the staff is overly friendly (excitedly welcoming him) and attentive (making sure all vax are up to date, and that they have the right pick up info). And then they kept is updated on his adventure with FB picture posting and a quick trip to their salon before he headed home. Looking forward to his next stay.

We were met at the door by friendly people who love dogs, they made us and our dog Shady feel comfortable. This was Shadys trial visit and he had never been boarded before but went willingly to meet the other guests.When we picked him up later in the day I think it was 50-50 as to him wanting to stay or go home with us, He also received a Report Card on his visit (he passed Lol) We took him home and he slept for hours only moving to eat his dinner, the activity with the other dogs and the staff really tired him out.We are looking forward to his next longer visit when we go on vacation and feel confidant that Shady will be in good hands and well taken care of.

I truly can’t say enough wonderful things about houndstown. My dog LOVES going. When I take his houndstown bag out he actually jumps in the air. I love that they post pictures so you can check up on your dog when youre away and see how much fun they are having. The staff is wonderful and always so friendly. The facility is clean as well, which is important to me. After he stays he always gets a bath and comes home smelling wonderful and sleeps for hours because he is so worn out! I can’t imagine bringing my dog anywhere else. I definitely recommend Houndstown!

Houndstown Hicksville is amazing! friendly and observation staff that love all types of animals, I have 2 dogs (french bulldog and english bulldog) and when we pull up to houndstown they lose it! Running full speed to meet their pack leader of the day and hang out with their buddies in daycare! When they get groomed they come out like brand new pups, and they’re groomers have even pointed out to me an issue with one of my dogs nails which saved him alot of pain. My little frenchie had to be boarded for about a week and he is on a special raw diet, the staff made sure his food was properly stored and feed him according to the schedule i gave for him, when i picked him up after his week long stay he was so upset to be leaving! I would recommend hounds town to anyone who wants to make their dog the happiest dog in the world!

I have a 12 year old husky. After doing research, I decided on Hounds Town as the place to board my fur baby. They passed my test by asking me all the right questions and telling me all their dos and dont. I felt very confident from the moment I dropped my dog off to moment I picked him up. I knew I made the right choice and I didnt have to worry about his care. My only regret, is that I didnt use Hounds Town sooner, but I will use them for all my future needs. I rate them a 10+.

I could not more highly recommend Hounds Town Hicksville. Im the person who non-ironically calls my dog my baby. My dog is like 60% of my personality. So it means THE WORLD to me that I can feel absolutely confident that my little man is being so well cared for when I drop him off for day care. He never comes back to me smelling like kennel and always tired out from a great day of playing. That staff are incredibly friendly, responsive, helpful, and dearly loved by my pup who practically runs away from me to get to them when I drop him off in the morning. Weve been using Hounds Town Hicksville for just a little less than a year and Im sure were going to be using them for daycare and boarding for the long run.
