    We brought our three dogs here today. They look great and smell amazing! Love the space and how calm my dogs were when they got home! Definitely helps so much that they’re not in crates for hours. Will continue to bring them here :)

    Lori’s is an absolute godsend. The store is decorated in the cutest way possible. It is clean, the lighting is nice and it smells nice. The store is welcoming and open and calm. My dog was treated with such care and kindness! He looks incredible. Usually leaving a groomer experience he’s nervous and shaking, today he seemed proud to show off his new do!!! With the cutest thanksgiving tie on!! We are so looking forward to coming back here. 💕✨

    Incredible First-Time Experience!I couldn’t be more pleased with my first visit to loris pet palace! From the moment we arrived, I felt my dog was in the best hands. Lori was so gentle and patient, and my pup looked absolutely amazing after the appointment—clean, perfectly trimmed, and so happy! It’s clear they have a genuine love for animals and take pride in their work. I’m thrilled to have found such a wonderful place and will definitely be returning.     We cannot recommend Loris Pet Palace enough! First & foremost, Lori the owner is actually the one taking care of and loving on your dogs. From the second you walk in you see how bright, open, and most importantly CLEAN the space is. There is plenty of safe space for your dogs to relax while they wait their turn or wait to be picked up in their own kennel. Each space has nice comfy beds & blankets and a locking gate to ensure their safety, safety being something you can see the business takes VERY seriously, due to their buzz in/ out front door for anyone who’s dog is a runner. My Winnie & Rue both look and smell like they came home from the spa & the three other dogs we saw leaving looked beautifully groomed! We will absolutely be back & will be telling everyone about it!!

    Lori is the true definition of a dog lover, with patience and care she groomed my rescue doggie who is extremely scared of going to any groomer. At first my dog Lola was trying to attack her, so they called me to come back to get her. I asked Lori to give her a chance and she did, Lori let me hold her while cutting her hair, Lola saw into her eyes and knew she was kind hearted and felt comfortable right away so I left and she finished grooming Lola with no problem.Thank you to Lori and the staff for being so kind, caring and loving to my dog Lola and all the other dogs. I highly recommend them please don’t look anywhere else this place is the only one I would trust my dogs. By the way they do not put the dogs in crates, they have a big space with a doggie bed where they hang out comfortably while they wait to get groomed. 🐶😍

    The absolute best place to take your dogs to get groomed! We have 3 Pomeranians and Lori does an AMAZING job and is so accommodating to our busy schedule. We LOVE Lori’s Pet Palace and can argue we are probably her biggest fans ♥️ we love you Lori! Thank you for treating our pups like royalty as promised 🥰

    Absolutely love this place. Everyone there was very wonderful. Really made grooming for my baby a great experience again. Brought in my 9 month old German Shepherd/Great Dane mix for his 2nd time going to a groomer. His first experience at a different spot was the worse. Picking him up today he was so happy not shaken up at all. He smelt so good you could smell him while standing without having to crouching down. Really take pride in their work. They even gave him a tie. Great perks bring your dog here just read their website. Highly recommended them for all your grooming needs. 💚💖

    I am very picky when allowing ANYONE to groom my pets. I’ve had so many horrible experiences in the past, this has caused me to do ALOT of research before selecting my groomer. Lori’s Pet Palace is every pet owners dream- it’s clean, spacious and best of all our pets have their own little suite! The staff is equally as professional and friendly! Check it out for yourself!

    Lori is the best!!! She is very nice and I have never met a groomer with such compassion and love for dogs. I have had awful experiences with groomers in the past and my boy would come home with cuts or completely shaved. Lori has been grooming my boy for several years and this has NEVER happened. He looks great every time and he comes home happy! She is the only groomer I trust. The inside of the place is beautiful. There are cute suites for each dog, and everything is locked and secured. I love it!

    This is the best place to take your dog to get groomed. Lori does an awesome job with my dog. She treats your dog like it’s her own She’s got great people working with her. The place is beautiful. No cages. Nice comfy fenced in areas for your dog to relax while waiting to get groomed. No other place I would bring my dog. Best of luck on your new grooming place Lori

    Today, we took our girl Remi here for the first time after hearing a bunch of good reviews! From the moment we walked in the door, everyone was so welcoming. We felt very comfortable dropping her off. I really love how they don’t keep the dogs in cages but each has a little doggy play area filled with a comfy bed and toys. The staff genuinely care about these animals, it warmed my heart to see how they treated each one. Remi even got to have a play date with the other chocolate labs that were there, they were running around having a blast! Her price was extremely reasonable. We are very happy we made the switch!

    If i could rate this place with a million stars i would!Cannot express how much we love lori and the staff!! So loving and attentive to my sweet girl who isnt the easiest to groom, but she feels so comfortable and right at home being at loris pet palace. Their open concept of no cages but with open stalls including a cozy bed, toys, and a water bowl was an absolutely amazing touch to make it such a safe place for your fur baby while they wait for their spa day!All around the board clean, sanitary with excellent service and my girl leaves happy, smelling delicious, and beautifully done every time!!Thank you lori! We cant wait to come back!❤️

    Lori is the best! We have been going to her for a while now. My dog is a little anxious when it comes to anyone but me or my husband and Lori does an amazing job with him. His hair cuts always come out perfect. She really loves what she does and it shows!

    WOW ⭐⭐⭐ Loris Pet Palace is the BEST !!!! From the minute I called for an appointment to then walking in the door, Lori was so cheerful, friendly and had such compassion with my little baby. Could not believe I was walking in to such a Bright, Beautiful and Clean Place. I love the idea of not putting the dogs in cages and they have their own fenced area to relax. Lori did an absolute excellent job grooming my Little Lily, I cannot wait to bring her back. GREAT experience at Loris Palace. Thank you.

    Such an amazing place! Lori and her staff are the kindest, loving people who not only treat their clients like their own pets, they are warm and friendly to pet parents! Oh, and did I mention that her prices can’t be beat! Two medium boys, full service for under $150!!! Call her now!!!

    My dog is very stuck to me and doesnt let strangers in but Lori makes her so comfortable and she goes right to her. The shop is beautiful and she definitely loves dogs its very obvious. Shes the only groomer I ever went to a second time. We are on our 5th cut and we are extremely happy still. She goes above and beyond for our pooch

    Lori has groomed my dog many times over the years. She now has her own business and I wouldnt take my dog anywhere else. She treats your fur baby as if it was her own. I love the fact that there are separate cubicles for each animal and not a crate. She truly does such a beautiful job and I would definitely recommend her to anyone. Thank you Lori for always taking such good care of my boy.

    I am so thankful I found Lori. My 11 year old dog is so nervous and Lori and her staff are so patient with her. She loves her like she’s her own. One person holds her and comforts her while Lori cuts her. No one else has ever done that for her. The shop is beautiful and no dogs are ever crated. They have their own private area with orthopedic pet beds. The whole environment is wonderful!

    So glad I found Loris shop. I have a very difficult goldendoodle who hates being manipulated when grooming. Hes a good boy and only lets his immediate family manipulate him, because he trusts us. We use meds from the vet but there is only so much you can dose safely. We have been through several groomers along the way and all have been great and did their best. Lori took the time to really want to make a friend connection with my dog and he let her one day... lol. She gave him water breaks and let him walk around the shop freely to feel comfortable. That goes a long way with me and my dog. She spent a good few hours grooming him and did a job better than expected considering he had some matts in sensitive areas like toes, ears, etc. She cut his nails perfectly and got all the hard mats out between his toes without any cuts to the pads !! Thats really hard to do, and if he did have a cut or two, I could fully understand. We really appreciate Loris and her staff. Would definitely recommend her. Give her shop a try. Thank you!

    We just moved to the area, so I needed to find a new place to get my dog groomed. Lori’s space looks brand new, clean, and offers lots of space for your dogs to stay. Most importantly… cage-free🙌🏼This was great because my dog doesn’t like to be in a cage. They did a fantastic job. I’m especially impressed with how short they were able to cut his nails. We’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you!

    Lori holds a special place in our family’s life.. We met Lori while looking for just the right place to take our dog Motto. The attachment between Motto and Lori was instant! She made it a point to tell us how close they were getting after every appointment. Every time I dropped him off he Ran and jumped for joy. He loved being with Lori… this review is more about the owner of this shop cause it’s her that blesses everyone she comes in contact with. There is no one like her and no one I would trust more.. unfortunately motto has passed and is no longer with us. When it happened Lori made it a point to be there every step of the way. He was her “handsome boy” she never let us forget what he meant to her and now.. who we mean to her as a family!I was going to post a picture of the two of them for you all to see but his best picture is hanging up right on her wall! So please please go see Lori and this beautiful shop and when you look up and see that picture of motto remember there’s not many places he’d rather be but right there with his friend Lori!

    Lori was amazing from the very beginning when I called to make an appointment for my two frenchies. She was super accommodating and got them right in. I was nervous about my male but she made the process and experiences great! My pups loved her and they smell amazing! I also love they aren’t locked in a cage for hours all day! She treated them like her own dogs! I made my next appointment for them before I left! Definitely will recommend to everyone!

    Beautiful facility! I cannot express how thankful I am that I came across Lori and her pet palace! Lori and her staff go above and beyond to make your pet feel comfortable and at home. I have never walked into a grooming place to pick up my dog and not heard him yelping in the back. I walked in and it was peaceful. I didn’t even know there were other dogs there. My dog was happy in his little area as well as the other dogs there and even the one getting groomed was happy as could be!! Thank you for treating my Brody like family and loving him 💗

    Lori’s Pet palace is the most amazing place in every way. We have 4 dogs, have always has dogs in 30+ yrs of marriage and this place, by far is just incredible. Lori has the biggest heart and is the sweetest, most concerned pet lover/groomer by far. Our dogs just love her so, so much. You won’t find a cleaner, better run grooming shop anywhere in Suffolk.

    What a wonderful first-time experience for my little girl Emma and myself! We were greeted cheerfully at the door and Lori and crew were so helpful taking information and asking questions about my pooch. The Palace is lovely and clean with small gated areas for the dogs instead of crates. The location is super easy to find being right off the LIE (we live in Commack), and the price is fantastic! They even have swag to purchase for those interested in bling-ing it up! Fabulous!

    I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars from the minute I walked in the door I could see how clean the place was and the spaces that she had for the dogs you could tell, Shes very kind and caring. My dog had an issue with fleas and she immediately took him. Kayla took very good care of him. Thank you to Kayla, Rocco loves you. What a great place I will highly recommend this. Thank you for taking me on such short notice, Rocco I great now!!

    I have been working with Laurie since I got my puppy, the dedication, sweetness and excellent work she puts in her work is out of this world. I wouldnt trust anyone else to groom and care for my baby.. I highly recommend her.. and trust me once you work with her you will love her!

Lori is a true professional who handled my dogficult pups with incredible skill and patience, grooming them to perfection. They left looking and feeling fabulous!The salon itself is beautifully styled—bright, welcoming, and impeccably clean, with a charming decor that instantly puts you and your pets at ease. It’s clear that a lot of thought went into creating a comfortable space for both dogs and their owners.Her assistant, Ashley, was equally delightful and made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Together, they create a warm atmosphere that truly enhances the grooming experience. If youre looking for a groomer who understands dogs and their unique needs, look no further than Lori.     I brought my old man Jake in today, and everyone was amazing! They let him walk around and check the whole place out, they pet him and gave him lots of attention! Everyone there was awesome! I saw them talking to the dogs, and comforting the ones that were scared. I highly recommend Loris Pet Palace-- because they really do treat your pets like royalty!!

    Loris team did an AMAZING job with my 1 year old Bernedoodle. I wanted a poodle cut (for a dog other groomers have said is anxious and a little difficult) and they absolutely NAILED it. Im thrilled with the quality and professionalism of the hair cut. I also saw two other doodles they were working on with normal doodle cuts and they looked fantastic as well.They also have a bright, clean, cage free grooming area (they use pens) and a combination of secure entryway equipment and policies to ensure all dogs are safe and cannot run away during drop-offs and pick-ups. Overall, I am 100% satisfied with the experience and I would highly recommend this groomer to family and friends.
