    Recently boarded my very young shizhu mix and chihuahua. We had a terrible experience at another boarding kennel, so I was very nervous. The place is beautiful, we took a tour and staff answered all our questions. It is clean, nicely run and welcoming. Our dogs did very well here, were clearly loved and cared for by staff. I was so happy when I came back from my trip and saw how great they did. I will be using them again for sure.

    Dogs enjoy and are excited to hang here. Nice spot in Mendon Ponds Park. Pick up and drop off need to be arranged to run smoothly.

    My 13 year old dog was recently at Add En Non for a week. They were able to put her next to her buddy. She was walked twice a day and when I picked her up she was happy and relaxed. Everyone there was super nice and I would highly recommend them!

    Bruce, Michelle, Kevin, Rachel, Adam & staff are truly amazing people! They look after all the animals as if they were there own. Weve been taking our border collie there for a few years now for daycare and boarding and he absolutely loves it! I cant recommend this place enough and already referred lots of friends and family members there. They are currently finishing up renovations and the place will look spectacular in the next 6 months. For boarding, try to book early as they tend to book up, especially on holiday weekends. Try doggy daycare as well. They have a bone-shaped doggy pool that the animals love and its great all year round.

    Fantastic staff and amazing service selection! My dog Banner loves coming here and is always excited when we pull up and its really awesome how you can customize their stay with hikes or swimming etc. I know they do a great job taking care of all the dogs here especially since my dog has had difficulties at other kennels before and they are always excited to see Banner and always give great feedback. Worth the money and drive out.

    We take our 14 year old dog here and have been nothing but impressed with everything! We are always greeted with a smile, our dog is happy to walk back with employees and when we pick up it is obvious she has been loved ❀️

    We love it here! When we tell our pups they’re going to β€œcamp”, they jump around in excitement knowing they’re going to see Michelle and friends! We know they’re adored there...everyone knows them by name and understands their unique needs (we have an escape artist with a sensitive tummy and they keep him happy and safe!!). We get thorough updates of their time st camp when we pick them up, so we know the team at Add-En-On is paying attention to them! We are so lucky to have such a great Camp family!!!

    My dog loves it here and the staff are so friendly and positive! There are lots of options for your dogs visit and their prices are competitive for the Rochester area. You will get more for your money here, and your dog will be safe and have a great time! Highly recommend.

    Very nice boarding facility. We had to leave town for a few days. They were very accommodating, And very thorough. Definitely would board the dog there again if need be. Now he was a little mad at me at pick up and turned his back the whole way home. However he got over it.

    They have taken great care of both of our dogs- from puppy to aging hounds. Cant say enough good about Michelle and Bruce. They really care about those entrusted to their care. Thank you so much for the years of love you have given our beloved pets.

    Excellent boarding facility. Over the years, I have brought 4 of my pups here for boarding. They have always taken wonderful care of them. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The facities are clean and well cared for.

    I had my black lab stay there i was very happy with her experience. The owner was pleasent and there was no issues. This is the place take your dog to swim and go on walks and play

    This is the only kennel I will bring my dog to.They truly care about the dogs that are boarded. Mia loves it there! I tried one other when I didnt book early enough over a holiday and she came home with a large scrape down her nose.

    Great boarding facility. I never have any worries about leaving our dog milo with them. He has high anxiety and they know just how to handle him. They have a doggy pool too which is great.

    I can not say enough about these people. They are so amazing at helping me with my dog. Either daycare or weekend boarding, my dog comes home happier than ever. Thank you so much Michelle,Bruce,Adam,Rachel and the whole staff....you really are the best.

    Addenon takes the BEST care of my beloved lab. Whether for a few days, or multiple weeks, she returns to me happy and healthy. Huge fan. There is only one spot for Rosie to board, and that is addenon.

    My dog is a survivor of the 2015 fire and is completley unharmed.We remain grateful and continue to bring him to Ad-En-On whenever we are out of town or on vacation. Incredibly compassionate and dedicated staff.

    Add-En-Boarding Kennels is a part of our family. Our Springer Spaniel, Marta loves to go and she comes home well exercised, clean and happy everytime. The staff is so patient, attentive and very friendly. Highly recommend!

    Had a great experience with Add-En-on. I have an extremely people reactive dog and the way they have the kennels set up allow my dog to be cared for without having to be handled by their staff. They were very welcoming and confident in their ability to care for my dog. At pick up my dog seemed happy, healthy, and well cared for while in their care.
