Carms Dog house - Liverpool in Liverpool

We went to Carms Liverpool location for the first time to take advantage of their doggy day care. The staff went out of there way to assist us in getting the required paperwork from our Vet in Idaho. They exceeded all of our expectations and then we found out that the first day of doggy day care was no charge, wow. They have a very nice facility and greeted our Kayce with love and care. He came home a happy, and tired pup and I thank the folks at Carms for their outstanding job and we will be using them for the rest of our stay in upstate NY.

I cant say enough good things about this place. Our two dogs love going there for both boarding and doggy daycare. They come back so happy and tired. Its an amazing staff and I cant thank them enough!!

Love it. My dog wishes he can be here everyday. They post pictures on other platforms. You can call in and get an update. Plus they handle dog grooming and it comes with day care! Win win!

My doggos love it here and the minute I say let’s go to Carms they run to the door. Have done many overnight trips and Carms is always good about posting photos and giving updates. We also love the themed days they do for different holidays

My and my fiancees dog has been having the BEST TIME! We left him over the weekend in boarding and taking him to daycare the past week and he always gets so excited when we show up and is super sleepy from a day of playing when we get home. Facility is clean and the staff really care. The rooms the dogs get for boarding is great as well and seems to have plenty of room. Def rec bringing your dogs bed with you for their stay if you can.Also, if you follow their pages on Facebook, you can see your fuzzy baby during the day, which is always a plus

If I could give more stars to Carms dog house I would! The whole process of getting my dogs into daycare was so easy. I was having a hard time finding dog care on weekends until I found this place. Carm was in touch with me shortly after my request and helped me through the application process. My dogs absolutely loved it. Staff were so nice and very good with the dogs. I feel safe and at ease they are well cared for when I drop them off here.They also offer grooming services as well that I’ll definitely be looking into getting !
