This was our first time using Milton Manor and we were very impressed. The staff was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable.The facility was clean and spacious. We boarded our lopped ear rabbit for 9 days. During that time we had brushed, groomed and nails clipped. When we picked her up, she appeared well taken care of and relaxed.I highly recommend Milton Manor for all your boarding and grooming needs.

This is our second stay at Milton Manor and the first time we’ve ever left our dog for more than a week. There was a web cam in her room so we were able to check on her 24 hours a day which was great with a 6 hour time difference. When we picked her up she was playful, very happy and well. Extremely clean facility with a helpful, friendly team on an extensive well maintained property. We will absolutely bring her back in the future. Highly recommend.

My Buddy Fergus has stayed at other resorts in my area and hes come home lethargic and sometimes a little timid.He just spent 4 days at Milton Manor while I was on a business trip. I got him the 5-Star package and they sent me pictures of him everyday out on walks and he looked like he was having so much fun, he came home happy and full of energy, he got a great PAWgress report :). The staff are friendly, facility is clean, the other residents seem happy and just talking to the staff gives you the confidence your pet will be in excellent hands. I want my buddy to be happy and well looked after while Im away and Milton Manor will make that happen, its his new home away from home.

Our Stella has been going to Milton Manor Doggy twice a week for over 4 years! We have complete confidence and trust in the staff and our Stella loves the handlers and the other dog friends. She always safe and comfortable and comes home very happy and well exercised. We love seeing the photos of her day and sometimes she even comes home with projects and gifts for her fur parents. How cute is that. Thank you Milton Manor for going above and beyond and taking such great care of our Stella!

Our currently 8 year-old’ish golden retriever Freddy has been visiting Milton Manor since the Fall of 2020, a few months after we adopted him from a rescue. Our only Son and his Wife had moved several states away, and we found ourselves in need of steady and reliable care for our new guy. Freddy is always eager to arrive! We have always boarded him in the area of larger kennel rooms (no individual in/out door) which area has cameras 24/7. We always schedule him for individual play, and unless it is bad weather, he gets to be out a great deal. We utilize the bathing and grooming on the day that we pick him up, and they do a beautiful job on him! We bring his own food, supplements, meds. We receive phone calls or texts if there is any question or concern. And now that he is older and has acquired a health issue, we even utilize the “late potty” (9:30’ish) which also doubles as a wellness check. The staff are wonderful…friendly, helpful, hard-working, caring, and the ones we book with and speak to have been there for years. Without hesitation, we highly recommend Milton Manor Resort & Spa for peace of mind when you travel or need grooming for your pup.

My family and I have never had to kennel our dogs. We’ve always been fortunate enough to have our family watch them, until recently. We did some research online and talked to friends, some of which have used Milton Manor, and they loved the facility.When we dropped our dogs off, my wife and I were very impressed. The staff is amazing, and the facility is amazing.They sent us photos of our dogs, who had a great time. Milton Manor is by far the best place for all your pets needs. Ive been using them for years. My boy goes to their doggie daycare, he gets his grooming at the spa and we have also used the lodging. Weve even boarded our cats there in the past. Its clean and well maintained and very safe and secure. Everyone is friendly and very knowledgeable. I wouldnt trust anyone other than Milton manor to take care of any of my animals. Theyre the BEST!!

Have been boarding my 2 large dogs (golden and husky mix) in the studio suite for many years now and always an excellent experience. Love the 24/7 camera access to check on them and how attentive and organized Milton Manor is. It also means a lot to have a place that has happy familiar faces each time I go and not constantly turning over with new employees every time. Wont board anywhere else.

Great experience! I was nervous the night I left my dog there for the first time, until I saw a photo of her on their instagram absolutely happy as a clam.My dog has separation anxiety and often goes on a hunger strike when we have to leave her behind. The staff at Milton Manor went out of their way to make sure my dog was well taken care of, even sitting with her and hand feeding her at one point to make sure she was eating. We will definitely bring her back when we go out of town again.

We have used Milton Manor for our dogs boarding needs for over 15 years and have never been disappointed. They truly love your dog and our boy Gordy never hesitates to bound right in! That perhaps is the most sincere review…when your dog is happy to see the Milton Manor staff. 😊 i highly recommend!

We board our kitties squirt and mystery for about 12 days and we were able to watch them over the cameras here and there to check in on them. We also emailed a few times to check in and everyone was super responsive. Our kitties were very well taken care of and adjusted to the new environment quickly. I would highly recommend using them again. Once we had our kitties home they re-adjusted perfectly 😃.

I love Milton Manor! I’m from the area originally but live in NJ now. I still schedule my pup’s grooming when I’m in town visiting! That’s how pleased I am! They do a beautiful job grooming and have reasonable pricing. The service is outstanding! Everyone is so kind and friendly!

Very professional, well run boarding resort! I’m excited to be able to bring both the dog and cat to the same place.The brightly colored cat suites have a big window that looks out to greenery, birds feeders, and a pond. There’s also a high climbing platform so they can perch high on the wall. Plenty to keep him occupied!The luxury dog suite spaces are larger than any I’ve seen and have doggie doors that go to their own personal outdoor area. There’s lots of room for him to move around, stretch out and stretch up.Reasonably priced and well worth it.The outside dog play yard is huge with many structures and obstacles to climb on, under, and around.They showed me the new boarding space building across the parking lot and it’s absolutely beautiful.They do have a groomer that i’m definitely going use so that our big guy comes home from his resort stay happy, bathed, and freshly clipped!

Im so glad we found Milton Manor for our German Shepherd to stay while we were away. I am VERY picky with who I let watch my girl. Not every boarding facility is clean or even safe. Milton Manor let us be away while not having to worry. She had her own doggy door to go in and out of her room as she pleased; there was a camera so we could check in on her; and she got to do play group with other dogs each day. They even gave her a bath and trimmed her nails before we picked her up. At the end of the visit, we got an overview of her stay and photos of her playing. We will definitely be back.

Our goldendoodle gets groomed every 6 weeks. He is excited to get his bath, and once I hand over the leash to staff, he usually pulls the staff from the lobby to the back room, wagging his tail. We also Board him occasionally for the weekend, and he seems to be fine after we pick him up.

I have been taking both of my boys here for years. Milton Manor staff are always the kindest and Chloe does a wonderful job. One of my dogs had been sick for quite a long time. He had lost a lot of hair and was matted in other spots from his illness and inability to be groomed for so long. Chloe cut him in such a way that she was able to blend his hair with the bald patches and he looks like his old self again. Highly recommend!

Milton Manor is a lovely place for pets. My cats had a huge 3x8 room with a picture window rather than a cage. I felt very comfortable leaving my cats there. There were lots of dogs with tons of play area and toys. I recommend them.

They took excellent care of our pup jax! I loved all the options they had available, very customizable to your pet- gettting pictures of him having fun while we were away was my favorite! We even had some travel issues, our flight got delayed a few hours. They were wonderful about being able to accommodate the extra time to go get him!

We recently brought our two Samoyeds Sugar Bear and Kiki to Milton Manor pet spa just want to let Nikki who is a top notch, expert groomer know we absolutely loved the work she did on them! Nikki gave them the a bath with apple harvest shampoo (they smell amazing) in addition she brushed and combed them out had little festive bows on Kiki and a bandana on Sugar Bear. It is so difficult to find a groomer who knows how to take care of a double coated Samoyed and we are so fortunate to have Nikki take care of them. The staff are Amazing!! Every single one of them! We feel very comfortable and know they’re in good hands with Nikki and staff. Thank you!

I boarded my dog for one night only after A holiday Weekend. Seemed they took good care of her and had no issues.Only very minor pointers…can only pick up/drop off within a certain time frame which is a little difficult time wise if you are coming from far away which I was, but I’m sure they have good reason for that.They also gave me back the blanket I brought completely soaked as it was mid wash, which was a little confusing given the strict pick up/drop off times, but I appreciate they washed it for me even though I did not ask them to.All this to say, the above notes are of little consequence as it ultimately comes down to the safety and good care of the animals which was my experience . The staff is also very friendly and helpful and I would 100% recommend them in the future if you are in the area!

Finding the right pet groomer can be difficult specially when you are not familiar with the area.So I took my little yorkie to this place for grooming and I was impressed with the service and the groomer (Bill) he always does a great job grooming my yorkie. They seem to really enjoy working with the dogs. I have been using this spa and pet resort since I moved here and totally recommend it.

Our boys stayed for 8 days both dogs were very well taken care of lots of outdoor fun with the phenomenal staff they are true angels who love dogs all dogs. Milton manor is exceptionally the best dog boarding facility in the area. We travel 45 minutes so our fur babies will be safe while we go on vacation we wouldn’t trust anyone else

This is a very long overdue review but my wife and I have been bringing our pup Nora as a regular at daycare for 5-6 years now, and Milton Manor is excellent. Its a really good feeling to know we can trust them to take care of Nora anytime we leave her with them whether it be for doggie daycare, grooming, or boarding. The staff are friendly and truly love what they do, and they will provide excellent care for your pets. If youre looking for a place you can trust to take care of your pet then Milton Manor is the place!

We booked our cat and dog for boarding at Milton Manor in a pinch when I had completely overlooked booking where we usually board our pets. They had room and took our booking close to the Xmas break when finding a place would be pretty difficult. We were very pleased with the care and appreciated the cameras we can log into and pictures the staff sends as well, while we were away. Would recommend and use this facility again. Friendly and informative staff.

I’ve been boarding my dogs here for many years & always have great experiences. The staff is enthusiastic & clearly love animals! I trust that my dogs are well taken care of when I need to be out of town. They aren’t the cheapest boarding option in the Saratoga area, but the peace of mind is worth it. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality pet boarding!

Weve taken our dog here twice since moving into the area and both times hes come out looking great. We have a wire fox terrier which can be a difficult breed to cut right for the customer. His fur seems to be softer, longer, than other times we have had him cut. Hes had no problems or anxiety going back. They work on Sundays too which is awesome. The price is medium high. Would recommend.

For the first time in their lives, we boarded our two, 10 year-old cats this November. We were drawn here by your facilities which offer a room where our cats could be together, appealing as their stay would be for weeks. The Milton Manor’s feeding schedule also matched perfectly with what our animals are accustomed to and depend on. We appreciated the chance to view the lodging before our trip and were greeted by a super friendly staff and happy pets receiving a variety of services. While traveling, we corresponded once or twice and got a quick response which was reassuring. We appreciated how professional this experience was from our booking online to the quality of care. My husband and I went to visit before placing our 2 dogs in their care because we wanted to make sure our dogs would be well taken care of while we were away for a week. The moment we went in we knew this was the only place I wanted them to be. (We visited many places). Even though it was a 21/2 hour drive from our home. I received pictures everyday and I could actually see how much fun they were having. The staff is professional and really cared for our dogs as if they were their own. We were very pleased with Milton Manor. Excellent in loving your pets. Thank you do very much. Oh. I left my 3 parakeets there as well. Everyone returned home in perfect condition. I could say more but just know this place scores 💯 for us.

We were looking for a week long boarding place for our senior pups. Our usual place was booked and several other nearby places were either booked or on vacation. Im glad we stumbled across Milton Manor. They were very thorough in application process and the intake process was smooth. Both our dogs stayed at the Congress Bark Suites which was amazing. The pups looked super refreshed when we picked them up a week later. Pricing is also very reasonable and up front. We will be returning for all of our boarding needs!

I never give 5 stars for anything, because no one or anything is perfect. But my dogs stay here, was perfect! My dog does not do well being crated and had a very bad experience at another facility.Everyone was so nice, understanding and accommodating from my first multiple phone calls, to the check in, the time she was boarding, and the checkout.It was my dogs birthday while she stayed and they sent me a birthday pic with a cute birthday bandana on.I think having a doggy door help her feel less confined and I included a package for hikes and playtime to keep her busy.Definitely recommend Milton Manor and my dog will definitely be back in the future.

I highly recommend the Milton Manor Pet Resort and Spa! We were coming to Saratoga from out of state as part of a larger road trip and had our dog with us. She couldn’t stay with us at our rental so we needed to board her. We were hesitant to board her at a new place, but got great recommendations for Milton Manor, so we decided to do it. We couldn’t have been happier. From the initial phone conversation to the care they gave our dog, I highly recommend them! The facility is beautiful and the customer service is outstanding!

Fantastic staff, clean facility, and a happy pupper. Bruschi stayed over Christmas and was absolutely well cared for by the people at Milton Manor. They are pet people. Bruschis birthday occured while he was boarded and the staff wishes him a happy birthday and sent me and my husband birthday pics (Bruschi does not like hats and so they used an app)! I was a happy dog mum. We chose a room with a webcam so we could check in and see him while we were gone. Definitely will board here again.

It has been a few years since we boarded here so we had to do a daytime trial run with our pups. We arrived prior to their opening time and were promptly let in when it was 7 AM. They greeted both of our Jack Russells like they had boarded there before. The staff were very kind and friendly while greeting our dogs and leading them to their trial run accommodations for the day. I periodically checked on them via the online camera system and could see that they were doing well playing, resting and using the outdoor doggie door. When I went back to pick them up at 4:30 PM the staff was once again very kind and told us how the dogs did during the day. It made us feel very comfortable for future bookings for boarding and grooming. Would highly recommend this facility to board your fur-baby.

We boarded our dogs for the very first time ever with Milton Manor. Naturally I was nervous at first to board my dogs for the first time, but my nerves were immediately put at ease upon entering the lobby. The staff was energetic and excited to greet our equally as energetic and excited dogs and I knew right away they would be in good hands. Upon pickup, our dogs looked so happy and healthy. The staff told us stories about how they did while boarded and I could tell they were truly invested in their care and well being. I will be exclusively boarding my dogs here moving forward!

Axel stayed for three nights while I was away on business. He played during the daytime, and slept soundly at night. I was pleased to look at him snoozing away on the web camera in the evening. I think the playtime and the walks kept him busy and tired while he stayed. I cant say enough good things about Milton Manor. The staff is professional and friendly and clearly love the animals in their care. Olive absolutely loves going there whether it is for Doggy Daycare or for boarding when I go out of town. I am very particular about who I will leave Olive with and I have no hesitation in trusting her with the staff at Milton Manor. Olive also makes use of their Spa services and they do a great job bathing her and using products that dont aggravate her allergies.

My Dogger Leo was no worse for wear . My concern is that he is a rescue dog with 2 prior owners and he was brought back twice. Once after 3 weeks, the second time after 9 months. He is an escape artist. Ive seen him in action. very stubborn dog. 1/2 Shar Pei. he originally came from Tennessee. He is well versed in being an inmate. He probably adapts better than others. But I love him nonetheless. Milton Manner is great. He stayed for two nights the last visit. Milton Manner was recommended by my vet . Leo passed his parole visit. Then did one night to start. Being a prior inmate he knows the ropes. The girls all loved him. After all, whats not to love ? Thank you Milton Manner. I rest easy knowing Leo is in good hands. In April he will be 2 years with me.

Our young dogs (9 months and 2 years old) Gertrude guests at the Congress Bark building, at Milton Manor, for 10 days. I was concerned about them getting enough activity, so I bought a package that included a lot of fun activities.They appeared to have enjoyed themselves and were pretty tired the first night back at home.The facility is immaculately clean. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and are able to handle dogs of all sizes. Our dogs were happy and clean when we picked them up, and appeared to have been very well cared for.We like to take our dogs with us, when we can, but when we can’t, we will be taking them back to Milton Manor.

We have been taking our German Shepard, Chivas here for a few years. Chivas has severe separation anxiety, but Milton Manor is truly his home away from home! It is apparent that he enjoys it here. I was nervous about boarding- as my dog was just over a year old, barely socialized with other dogs (other than the neighbors dog he plays with regularly), and he had never been away from us...so I was very hesitant. They made the process of communicating prior to...and while he was boarded, very easy and seamless. They took good care of him, and tailored to who he was (shy, prefers human attention etc) and made me feel confident that he was being individually cared for, not just thrown to the wolves regardless of his temperament (my biggest fear). They also sent a report card after he came home with pictures and comments about him which was nice. I would feel good about him going back there in the future.

We’ve been boarding our Great Pyrenees for occasional weekends as well as a 6 day vacation once and have had such a good experience. We tried another boarding place because it was closer to us, but he came back sick and stressed after only one night and the staff clearly was intimidated by his size and we ended up with a pricey vet bill and a lot of stress. When he’s at Milton Manor however, he eagerly goes off with staff when we drop him off and is happy and healthy when we pick him up. They respond quickly to emails and phone calls and clearly have paid attention to your dog throughout their stay. For what they provide there the prices are reasonable in my opinion and worth every penny! We will never go anywhere else.

We boarded our two Siberian Huskies together this past weekend. It was our first time going to Milton Manor, and we couldn’t be more thrilled with their service! Our two huskies were able to board together and to be in a room vs an individual kennel was huge for us. We also were able to get them groomed before we picked them up and they looked incredible!! Smelled so good and their coats were brushed out beautifully which is no small feat for anyone who knows a husky’s fur. The detail of clipping the fur down between their feet/toes and the nail cutting were also done very well. We know it’s a lot of work to fully groom our two dogs, so whoever groomed them, we give you all the credit and more!! We were able to check in our boys via the webcams which we did quite often while we were out of town and that peace of mind was very comforting.Although very pricey- our total was over $500 for a Friday-Sunday stay, we think it was worth it because of the immense amount of training all of the staff go through on a regular basis, as well as the wonderful care our boys received during their stay. We will definitely come back to Milton Manor for future grooming and boarding stays. We couldn’t be happier; thank you to everyone at Milton Manor for all of your hard work, dedication, love and patience! The higher quality care is evident and we are so grateful. Thank you again!

This Pet spa is amazing! The staff are kind, caring and gentle with our fur babies. They take the time to listen to concerns offer advice if needed/wanted. My Beagle daughter has been coming here for several years now and loves it and she rarely leaves my side but coming to this spa is done willingly. I normally opt for the Blueberry bubble bath and I get Zoey a Blueberry facial also along with a few other things. She always is happy at pickup and her white fur is very white not that yellowish tint. Last week she received a Thanksgiving scarf and a bow around her upper body, looked adorable. Very happy with the service and staff from Milton Spa and Resort. They go above and beyond here for our babies!Zoeys mommy.

We just boarded our dog for 8 nights while we took a vacation. I could not be happier with the dedication of the staff. They truly care. During the stay a new dog was put in a kennel next to our pup right before close. Our dog got anxious and chewed his bed due to the extra activity next to him. We just happen to notice this on the camera in his suite, at about 8 pm on a Friday. We messaged them and they had someone over within minutes to take his bed and make sure he was alright. They even let him play a little to get some energy out. Overall very happy. We got pictures from Stay N Play that were super fun.We have boarded before at another Saratoga area boarder and we will never go back. Milton is definitely worth it and we will only bring our dog here for boarding from now on.

My 3 dogs stayed all together for the 1st time just recently. I was able to see them via web cam to check in on them. It was great to see the staff checking in to tidy up their space, replenish water and get them out for breaks. I also had some add on services, and they were very good about sticking to schedule and routine.At one point, I tuned in during feeding time and I noticed that out one bigger dog basically bodied our other smaller dog away from her bowland ate her food! She does not do this at home so perhaps it was the new setting or she was taking advantage of the freedom from “Mom” watching. I called right that minute and the staff remedied the situation right away. They took our small dog out and put her in a separate location to eat her food; they continued to do this throughout the rest of their stay. It put my mind at ease. The girls came home happy and healthy! I would have my girls stay there again in the future. Thank you Milton Manor staff.

(There is another app for tablets and cell phones, but theres a charge for that too.) The facility is clean and it appears my pup was fed consistently. My only complaint is that everything has an upcharge. Let fido out at 10 pm, extra charge. Play extra with him, extra charge.

I was really nervous to leave my 5 month old pup. It was my wedding, and my parents and I both left our 5 month old golden retrievers here for 2 nights.We are very happy and so were the pups when we picked them up! Willie loves going to doggie day care twice a week! It’s great for exercise and for socializing with his dog friends. He gets so excited when we turn down the driveway to Milton Manor and is always eager to greet the staff at drop off. They post pictures of the dogs on Facebook, often dressed up in silly costumes. Willie was so cute in a bumblebee outfit the other day!

There are not a lot of people that want to care for a ferret when you need a vacation! Milton Manor happily takes ‘Patrick’. He gets to stay in his own cage that I wheel right into the pocket pet’s room.I love this place- they are so kind and really seem to care about the pets, their safety & their happiness.

I would give 10 stars if possible! We boarded our bunny, Coco for almost a week and they took excellent care of her. They even set up a play pen to make her area bigger and sent me pics. It is very clean and friendly there. She even caused some mischeif, getting into her bedding but they still loved her. She had plenty of room to play and food to eat. Great place to bring your pets. Dogs get a nice place to run and activity also. They board anything.Took her back again and got pic updates. Of course, she was spoiled as usual. It is the only place I trust with my senior bunny who is particular. I drive 3 hours to bring her there and back because she loves it. ❤️Now she comes home extra spoiled lol

My 9 year old Golden has been going to Milton Manor for grooming and boarding since she was a puppy. She even did doggie daycare there for a time when my work schedule was hectic. She loves it there! I wouldnt take her anywhere else. The staff there are friendly and give her plenty of affection and attention. It takes the angst out of leaving her when I have to go away.

Had our fur baby spend a few nights while we were away and couldn’t take him. He’s a difficult dog with severe separation anxiety and rarely leaves my side. I felt really comfortable with the cleanliness and facilities, I liked the packages so he could get one on one time and time out of the kennel and loved the video feature to check in on him. Very nice staff and the other dogs looked good too.

Love Milton Manor. Wish it wasnt so far for us or our dog would be there more often. Girls are very sweet. Dog seems to love it judging from tail wag when we arrive. Check in and out are easy. Nice facility.

Boarded our three Dogs for the first time together for five days. Dogs behaved well, Staff took great care of them. Having them together in a large suite was key.We now have a solution that will enable us to travel, and the Dogs will be well taken care of!

The girls at Milton manor were very accommodating answered all my questions. I will be boarding my pup there in August at Congress bark . The only thing I am a little disappointed about is that they don’t have cams in each stall but I liked the rooms and the accommodations much better at Congress bark .

This is the best boarding facility in the capital district without question! I always get the all inclusive package because whoch involves multiple hikes, a frozen peanut butter filled Kong, one on one play time, and more. I wouldnt dream of boarding my dog anywhere else and I know shes safe here. I travel a lot for work so I have to board her frequently. Keep up the great work Milton Manor!!

Our dog have finicky requirements (medications 2x daily) and he is always well cared for. The ‘stay and play’ gives him exercise and helps him sleep when he is stressed. And the live video stream of the room helps us with our peace of mind.

Boarded two cats and a dog. Cats had separation anxiety but were in good hands. The dog had a great time. We were excited to know we could look in on him. The cameras were a nice thought but really were not great quality, when they were working, but I hear they are being replaced. Staff were great, very helpful. Would definitely bring my loved ones here again.

I’ve been bringing my dog Ghost here for over a year. The place is clean, they have inside/outside rooms and, their own grooming facilities. Their activity packages are very nice as well. All of the staff that I have had interactions with have been respectful and very accommodating. It’s a bit expensive but, not having to worry about your pets happiness or safety is worth the price.
