Oscar is fantastic! My 1-year-old rescue has been aggressive, skittish and reluctant to meet new people, but Oscar won her over immediately. She warmed up to him immediately, let him remove her harness and sweater then slip the collar on. And she went home smelling fresh and clean. Great job, Oscar! -
