Honestly, I don’t know what I would have done without Corinna. I adopted my new adult dog and just a month later I was blessed to have Corinna on my team. What I really love about Corinna is how she explains the cognitive and emotional sides of what’s going on with the dog. I *understand* my dog better, which means I can anticipate her behavior. Corinna is kind, patient, and so fun to work with. I’m so glad to have worked together and I recommend her to anyone interested in understanding and training their dog.

Corinna is an incredible trainer. She taught me many helpful techniques to assist me in working successfully with my pup, Skyler, a two-year old Coton de Tulear. Her approach is logical and non punitive. She comes on time with printed session-specfic goals and strategies. She helped both me and Skyler gain confidence. She is highly organized and very professional. She records sessions, with permission, so that you can refer to techniques after the session. Very helpful. I highly recommend Corinna.

Corinna changed the game for me and my pup! My dog is very sensitive + timid and gets very triggered by all the things New York. I was losing hope because every time we left the house it was stop and go and he hardly wanted to go for walks anymore. He got aggressive with certain people as wellCorinna helped us understand each other and explains things on a very deep level. Quality of training that Ive never had before.She goes the extra mile and is available all the time and incredibly quick to respond. The at home material she gives is also one of a kind.Could not recommend more!!!! 100/10

We worked with Corinna to help get our little Charlie trained and she was phenomenal. We loved her methodical and intuitive approach to his training. She was extremely patient with us and Charlie which made for a rewarding and successful experience. We highly recommend Corinna for all of your pup training needs.

I HIGHLY recommend Corinna for anyone who is looking for a trainer who is warm, empowering, knowledgeable, thorough, and very patient. I have tried 3 trainers within the last 8 months and it was hard to fully trust their guidance and knowledge as I didnt see much change in my dogs behavior and it gave me more stress as a pet parent because I didnt feel like they equipped me very well. My experience with Corinna stands out because I felt so incredibly empowered and I noticed tremendous change in my 1-year old maltipoo after only a few sessions. He is a very energetic and overly excited dog and I struggled immensely with leash walking because he would sniff every few steps. It was also stressful because I felt ill-equipped on what to do when a dog approaches since he tends to lunge at them. I cannot believe the dramatic change I see in my dog as I walk him around the block now and it took only one session on leash walking to see this change in my dog.Corinna provided excellent education to help me understand the underlying reasons for my dogs unwanted behaviors and then patiently walked me through the process of training him. As a pet parent, I felt like I went through much needed training as much as my dog. After 4 sessions with Corinna, I feel more educated, equipped and confident when leading my dog. She is very professional and so easy to work with. She even follows up with notes and edited videos so that you can refer back to them for reference. More than anything, I trust her as a dog trainer and the way in which she provides teaching and training. I would highly recommend her!

I rescued a six month Maltese and while my family had dogs when I was growing up, I was definitely out of my element. I did extensive research on pet trainers in Manhattan and decided to get personal sessions with Love Pup Training. I got six sessions with Corinna and it was worth every penny!Corinna taught me the tools that I need to continue training with my dog even after our sessions have ended. She focuses on positive reinforcement and is always available to answer any questions and concerns. Corinna is extremely patient and knowledgeable. She helped me through my anxieties when I was leaving my dog with a sitter for the first time. It was such a positive experience to see how much my dog loved learning with Corinna. He was always so eager to see her.We miss our training days with Corinna and are considering getting more advanced training once she gets additional certification. I know there are a lot of pet training schools in NYC, but if you’re looking for someone who would be personally invested in the well-being and growth of your fur baby, you’ve found it!

Corinna is amazing, she trains both the human and dog. You don’t even realize how much your emotions are reflected in your dog and having someone in your corner understanding what you’re going through when faced with your dogs undesirable behaviors is beyond comforting and incredible helpful. She tailors her guidance to what your dog needs and comes with hands on work plus activities to educate and practice both with her present and after her sessions. I HIGHLY recommend.

Polo is high strung. We called Corinna to help us with his hyperactivity and training. Corinna gave us the tools to help us work more effectively with Polo. She has a holistic approach to training and you can see the results in 3 sessions Plus she helps to challenge your dog and this leaves Polo tuckered out after a session.

I cannot say enough about how patient, helpful, caring and diligent Corinna is with our 2.5 yr old French Bulldog Audi. Audi came to us with tons of fear and aggression from adoption but Corinna worked hard to find out his triggers and helped to bring his anxiety down. Audi is also deaf and Corinna took on the challenge and we are forever greatful! If you are looking for a great person to help train your pup Corinna is your savior!

Corinna is a godsend who has truly made ALL the difference in my first time parenting a puppy.I was extremely stressed trying to learn information online and group training classes were too broad to be helpful. Puppy rearing became increasingly daunting until I stumbled onto Corinnas page, a moment I now consider one of my luckiest.Within one session, Corinna eased my anxieties about puppy-parenting, and showed me how easy and fun training can be instead!Warm and thoughtful, Corinnas approach to dog training is focused on bonding, communicating and connecting with the puppy, and boy, do we have a good time! She has made raising my puppy feel easy, and I feel even closer to my puppy because of her.Corinna has spoiled me with how effortlessly she is able to train my puppy, and is always generous with her time, advice and attention. Thoughtful and practical, she always comes prepared with a tailored training plan for her clients.I could go on and on about how great she is, but I think training with her will speak for itself. :)

Corinna is an incredible resource for any new dog parent! My dog is extremely anxious, and after one session with Corinna, she was already much calmer and happier than before. Corinna teaches not only the commands you need to train your dog, but she also provides invaluable insights into your dogs psychology and personality. Her training focuses on building a bond between you & your dog and making sure your dog feels safe & loved. It was a great experience. Highly recommend Corinna!

Corinna was SO wonderful and super helpful for giving tips to acclimate and train my new dog. You can tell how much of a passion this business is for her. She was super kind, on time, and honest about what would and wouldnt be helpful for me and my dog. She gave me all of the tools that I needed and then told me point blank at our free consultation lesson that I dont need to spend money on more sessions with her. Her level of care and integrity was unmatched and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a trainer!

We had Corinna help us about 6 months ago and highly recommend her! She helped me and my partner train our 3yo rescue GSD/husky mix, Pepper. Pepper was a pretty good girl already but Corinna helped us with the basics so we could send a clear message to Pepper. Free consult was super helpful and Corinna said we were good to go after just two sessions.

Corina gave us a great structure to continue with the training with Popcorn our dog. Shes pragmatic and patient. Under her guidance and teaching, it almost seem like Popcorn is a perfect dog. I love the extra tips and treats recipes she shared with us as well.
