My partner and I were struggling to find a good option for boarding our dog. Jennifer was responsive and and caring when coordinating boarding our pet. Her and her team made us feel comfortable through out the process and felt comfortable through out the week we were gone. Our dog loved her dog sitter and we plan on using them any time we’re out of town, going forward. Couldn’t recommend her services more highly!

My wife and I have been using Jennifer for about a year now since we have moved to NYC. She is absolutely fantastic with our cat Louie and we never have to worry while he is in her care. He is very shy around most people but always comes out for Jennifer! She keeps you informed with updates and pics each visit! It makes traveling so easy!! Highly recommend Jennifer to anyone with pet sitting/boarding needs, she is awesome!!!

We are so grateful to have found an amazing sitter for our yellow lab, Fitz!! He absolutely loves staying with Jennifer and her team and we always feel confident that he’s happy and well taken care of. It gives us such peace of mind knowing that Fitz is in a safe and loving environment whenever we’re away :) highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable and caring dog sitter!

Jenn was amazing!! Michelle seemed so happy in the photos that I received and when we went to pick her up!We had great communication the entire time we were away and Jenn instinctively made all the right decisions when she didn’t hear from me right away!We intend to use NYC Petcare again for sure and recommend highly!!

I highly recommend NYC PETCARE!! Jennifer was so accommodating of our travel schedule to help us out with our dog during our visit to the city. Our pet sitter, Mallory, was fantastic--so nice, flexible, and great with our dog. We felt so comfortable leaving our pup with Mallory and could enjoy our plans completely worry free. 10 out of 10!

Jennifer took amazing care of our precious treasure while we were away for 3 weeks. She made sure that our cat was fed, brushed and especially played with. While we were away, she stayed in contact with us and sent us many pictures of our cat and had answered all of our questions. All in all she was incredible with our cat and I definitely recommend her to others!

Jennifer took great care of our furry baby, which is an American Akita! She handled perfectly our dog’s big personality and size! Thanks to her we were able to travel outside of the city :) we would absolutely recommend her. She opened the doors of her house not only for the dog, but for us too. Very professional, excellent communication and fast response. Super sweet person!

Jennifer has provided us with great and loving care for our dogs for almost 20 years. Whether it is a midday walk or overnight boarding when we travel, we have absolutely no concerns about their health, happiness or safety. We have had several neighbors spontaneously tell us that Jennifer is great with Cannon, our tri-pawed. We have definitely recommended her and her team to friends and neighbors with absolutely no reservations.

We are so grateful to Jennifer for taking such good care of our doxies over a holiday weekend on very short notice. One of our dogs is on the extreme end of the special needs spectrum (paralyzed, incontinent, amputee) which makes finding reliable, quality care extremely difficult. Jennifer barely batted an eye and dove right in with her sleeves rolled up to provide compassionate, vet-grade care for our babies including manual bladder expressions and daily stroller walks. She is an excellent communicator, flexible, and quick to troubleshoot when unexpected issues arise (as they will with special needs dogs).We cannot recommend her services enough and look forward to a long term partnership!

This was the first time I left my cat for a few days without anyone staying over with him and Jennifer made me feel so reassured about leaving him. She visited twice a day and sent images and videos each day! I was able to relax on my trip as I know he was in good hands! I honestly think he misses all the playtime they shared together. Will definitely be using Jennifer again for my next trip!

I’ve been working with Jennifer and her cat sitters for 4 years now and they are all reliable, attentive and trustworthy. We can totally relax on vacation and look forward to daily updates and photos, and we always come home to happy cats. They’ve been really flexible about adding extra visits when we’ve experienced flight delays…or when I got our return date wrong (thankfully Jennifer double checked our return date with me!)

We cant recommend Jennifer enough! She did home visits for our kitten while we were out of town, and treated him like her own. We received thorough updates and pictures each time she visited, and she was very respectful of our home. She is professional, trustworthy, and a true animal lover. You can tell she really loves what she does, and is willing to go the extra mile for a pet in her care. It was our first time leaving him, and she made the entire experience as easy as possible.

Ive been working with Jennifer/NYC Petcare for 18 years now - 17 with my previous cat and 1 year with my current. While I always dread leaving my cat home alone for an extended period of time, my trips away are much less stressful knowing Jennifer and her team are there caring for and loving my cat just as I would. The daily updates are essential and offer such a relief when Im far from home. I certainly couldnt travel as much without NYC Petcare and Im so grateful for that. NYC Petcare is the way to go for your pet-sitting needs!

I am truly grateful this service exists! Especially with as often as I day trip to the city. Jennifer is responsive and truly delightful. Moreover Jaxon was at ease with her right away. I appreciated that she updated me throughout his first sit with her. I highly recommend NYC Petcare to anyone needing pet boarding. The one to one service they provide is remarkable for pets and their owners.

Jennifer has been walking my dog, Lady, for the past several months and we recently boarded her with a member of Jennifer’s team and I could not be happier with the experience! Jennifer is always so responsive and Lady absolutely loves her walks. Our boarding experience was equally as seamless and I felt so comfortable being away knowing that Lady was happy and well taken care of. Cannot recommend Jennifer and her team enough!
