We LOVE NYC POOCH! They are the absolute best. Our dog is our baby and we feel so comforted knowing he gets so well taken care of every day. We have lived in different neighborhoods in NYC and have continued to use NYC Pooch. We LOVE LOVE LOVE our current walker Aleysa. She is an absolute angel and our dog Cosmo loves her!!! She even picked him up from our wedding last June and dog-sat him that night. We love that Cosmo goes on walks with other neighborhood pups - he loves his friends! The email update I get every day is the highlight of my day - the photos bring us so much joy!! NYC Pooch is so reliable - they answer so quickly and are always available. They are also very flexible - if we work from home or go on vacation, they dont mind when we cancel our walks (with a reasonable amount of a heads-up). I really cant say enough great things about them. Theyre the best!!!!

We have used Shanli with NYC Pooch for years and we are so happy with how well she treats our pup. She helped us reinforce training when he was still learning leash etiquette and gives him so much love and care. Plus her walk reports are thoughtful and entertaining every time. 10/10

This is the best dog walking place ever. They are on time and will always make sure someone is there to walk your dog if your dog walker is out sick. They got back to me right away when I was looking for a dog walker for my dog. So many other places I tried were really just so fly by night and unreliable. Also they schedule a free meet and greet for you and your dog to meet the walker before any walks are scheduled. I trust them 100% which is something I dont say about too many people or businesses.

We recently discovered NYC Pooch through our trainer and they have been absolutely amazing. We have a puppy in Manhattan and NYC Pooch has been super easy to work with and extremely accommodating. They have a great app that allows me to communicate with our walker and the NYC Pooch team. After each walk I receive a report through the app and an email copy, of the activities from the walk and several pics which I now look forward to each day. Payment through the app is super easy. I highly recommend NYC Pooch and would encourage everyone to use them.

Highly recommend, we had a great experience. Our walker Soo was amazing and we absolutely trusted her to take care of our dog - we did house sitting with her too. Seeing how happy our dog was when he saw her, in report photos and after the walks was the best. The app makes it easy to communicate and the team are very responsive. Were moving and not sure our dog will forgive us for moving away from his best friend.

Ive been using NYC Pooch exclusively as a dog walking service, and Ive been thrilled! My dog loves his regular walker; she is attentive, punctual, and trustworthy. I especially love the report I receive for each walk, which includes a map of the walk itself, and updates about whether my dog has...taken care of business.Ive also been pleasantly surprised by the level of responsiveness of NYC Pooch management. Never has there been a message left unanswered for more than a few minutes!The online desktop portal and iOS apps make communicating with management and/or my walker very easy, as well as scheduling and paying for walks.NYC Pooch is certainly a priced as a premium service, and compared to others Ive seen, its one of the few that lives up to those expectations.

NYC Pooch has been a great and reliable dog walking service for our pup! Tom is super responsive to scheduling requests / updates, they use an app that notifies you when your walker has arrived and the walker leaves a little summary of the walk + some cute pics of your pup. Highly recommend!

Weve been using NYC Pooch for about a year and they are hands down the best. When we first signed up, they were really great about making sure we were comfortable with our walker and since then, theyve done a wonderful job making sure our pup is always well taken care of. Receiving the reports, which include a GPS map of the walk and daily photos, is always the best part of the day. Would 100% recommend them!

We have had such a great experience with NYC Pooch. We’ve used their services for daily walks and house sitting for our dog Bode. The daily photos and updates about your pet are something I look forward to, and we always know he’s in loving hands. They are quick to respond to any requests and are always on top of it. Our dogs are completely in love with their walker, Margaret. She and the rest of the NYC Pooch team are so nice, incredibly professional, and amazingly friendly. The walk reports are perfectly detailed, with great photos of the dogs and all the info about their walk.We had two other walkers before NYC Pooch and nobody can hold a candle to them.

The best there is. They try to be as flexible as possible which has been a blessing with a dog that has major health issues. The dog walkers are all clearly caring and passionate about what they do. Prices are very reasonable. Ive never had a single complaint in the almost year Ive been using them. I highly recommend NYC Pooch if you need pet care.

Our dogs LOVE Kevin. This business is clear with communication, have the best walkers and have treated our dogs with nothing but respect. Kevin, our assigned walker, is always on time, knows our dogs, and provides us photos and updates of the dogs. The app for the company is really cool as you can see the route they took, when they were picked up and dropped off. We were relieved to find this walking service upon moving to Manhattan. (8 y/o 80lb lab, 7 y/o 75lb golden retriever)

Phenomenal service and care for our pets!My wife and I couldnt be happier with the service we receive and the loving care our pets receive. Whether walking our dog, feeding our cat, or pet sitting for a long weekend we have always been blown away by the consistently amazing service that NYC Pooch provides. They have always been responsive to shifting walk schedules, training requirements we have asked for the walker to support, and any other one-off questions/requests we have raised. Best of all is receiving a pup report whenever they visit our pets. It is always so comforting knowing what - and how - they are doing in the middle of the day.After 2.5 years of using NYC Pooch, we cant think of a better company to trust with walking and caring for our pets while we are at work or out of town.

The app is super easy to use, from booking walks, paying and most importantly communicating with my walker. The walkers are trustworthy and get to know your pet, so they know what’s typical behavior and what might not be. We’ve been so happy and so has our puppy!

NYC Pooch is by far the best dog walking service I have ever used. Ive lived in BK for many years and have been through a lot of walkers. The team in the office is responsive, super nice, accommodating, and proactive in making sure that everything is taken care of. We (and more importantly our dogs) LOVE all of the walkers. They go above and beyond in taking care of the pups, no matter what happens, and make sure to keep us in the loop on the good days and the not so good days. We feel so taken care of and couldnt recommend them highly enough!

After 16 months without a dog walker during COVID we starting with NYC Pooch after prior walker could not accommodate us; turned out to be the best decision we ever made. Our high maintenance dogs immediately fell in love with Shanli and her after-walk reports are the highlight of our day. We are so lucky to have found NYC Pooch & Shanli and plan to keep them as a daily part of our dogs lives and ours.

My dog is a stubborn shiba inu, which means he is moody, particular about people, and not always friendly. The NYC Pooch Team has been extremely patient through all the challenges. They are extremely responsive, flexible with scheduling, and professional yet friendly. Being a single dog parent is not easy, especially with a difficult travel schedule, but NYC Pooch has made it possible. Their iPhone app works well, and the dog walker reports are always cute and fun to receive so that I know my dog is doing well while I am away. Thanks NYC Pooch!!

I have no clue what wed do without our walker Alesya. Other than our family, she is the most reliable person with our pup Riker. She really loves him and gives him lots of attention and appreciates all the weird things he does as much as we do. Best of all, she is incredibly communicative and professional and knows what to update us on when Riker may be feeling unwell or acts abnormally. The whole NYC Pooch team is great in making sure hes always all set up for his walks and keeping us updated on any scheduling changes. Would 100% recommend!

These are true dog lovers as well as professionals. They never have new people show up without first introducing them to your dog, and they train their people well. You can trust that your dog is safe with them. They are very flexible and they are attentive to special needs dogs and changing situations. I always feel comfortable knowing they wont leave me hanging. They also respond promptly to all questions and concerns. If you consider your dog family and youre looking for the best (rather than the cheapest), these guys are the way to go.

I can not understate thatI’ve had dogs for a lot of my life, lot of different dog walkers but I am staying with NYC Pooch for as long as humanly possibleMy walker Matt is amazing with my dog and my dog is a real handful l. She’s extremely nervous, I had lots of issues with her being to afraid to go the bathroom outside, even with meMatt has never had these issues, he knows exactly how to handle her, she always does all her business with himThe service and Matt send these amazing emails with photos from the walk, a GPS of where they walkedYou also get these awesome break downs of whether you dog did #1 and / or #2,They refill her water, always make sure the door is lockedThey even clean up the dogs paws after every walk, which if I’m being honest, i definitely don’t do that enoughEven today. I forgot to leave out doggie wipes and my dog walker got paper towels, damped them and cleaned her all up.They really are amazing, super accommodating and extremely professional.I have a camera at home and I can see how excited my dog is when Matt gets there and it’s amazing how happy she is. She used to bark at everyone and flip out, was scared of going outsideSeriously have absolutely nothing negative to say about them after using NYC Pooch for a long time now

I have used NYC Pooch for the last few months since Maple was 8 weeks old. They have cared for her so well, sadly Maple and I are moving out of the city and will no longer get to partake in NYC Poochs wonderful services. I have used both the walking and sitting service and have always been left happy and not an ounce of worry. We were lucky enough to have a few wonderful walkers but by far Will was the best!!!Thanks for all the great photos of maple having a great time and taking such great care of my pup.Photo is from her last walk with Will, now that is one happy pup.

NYC Pooch is the absolute best! We moved from Brooklyn to the Upper West Side a couple months ago and were nervous about finding a walking service for our 8 year old Rottie/Catahoula mix, Frank, who is not always friendly with other dogs and can be difficult on a leash (hes working on his leash manners!) As soon as we met Luis, we knew he would be in good hands. Luis is amazing and a genuine dog lover, he gives us daily updates (with pictures!) and even found a mellow dog buddy for Frank to walk with to help him with his dog reactivity! The team at NYC Pooch has been responsive and flexible with our schedules and accommodates any last minute changes we need to make. We could not be happier with NYC pooch, 100/100!Update from my previous post: NYC Pooch continues to be the best dog walking service in NYC! Cannot say enough great things about our walker Luis. In addition to his genuine love and care for our dog Frank, he has been going above and beyond by actively working with Frank on his leash reactivity during his walks. When we first got Frank he could not be on the same block as another dog without lunging and barking. Thanks to the work and attention Luis has been giving Frank during walks, he can now approach smaller dogs while on a leash! When we adopted Frank we honestly never thought this would be possible. NYC pooch is the best and Luis deserves all the praise in the world. If I could rate 8/5 I would!

This service does a fantastic job for weekly walks. They send beautiful photos of my dog, offer a virtual concierge for keys in case the regular walker is not available, and genuinely seemed to love my pup Slim. Id recommend them to anyone!

We could not be happier with NYC Pooch! Our corgi puppy is on the anxious side and is nervous when strangers are in his home, but his walker, Tony, has become one of his favorite people in the world and we are so happy knowing that our lil guy is comfortable when we are at work! We love the photos and daily updates, it brings a smile to our face everyday we are in the office! Plus Tom and the staff are so friendly and flexible for any last minute needs or scheduling changes. Would absolutely recommend.

We completely trust him to look after our 11 week old puppy when we cant be with him while were at work. NYC pooch has been a lifesaver! SUPER responsive and also just amazing with our dog. We love our walker who comes and plays with our dog. I also love how easy the app is to use and how responsive they are when we need to cancel or change appt times. Additionally, the walker always sends photos and a “report” of sorts which is really great. We had a lot of anxiety leaving our puppy at home but now are totally at ease to leave him knowing that NYC Pooch is there to play with our pup!

NYCPOOCH is truly a phenomenal and welcoming company! I began working with them in February of 2020, and the amount of support and kindness I’ve been shown by my fellow walkers, and managers, has been unreal. Jenny (manager) is absolutely wonderful and has consistently given me support in whatever I needed! She was always available if I needed help, or even just a chat! She will make you feel so comfortable and make sure you are well taken card of! Team Pooch makes sure all pups are given the best care! There is thorough and daily communication with pup families and the furry friends couldn’t be happier to have such wonderful people come take care of them and be their companion! Even though we don’t all see eachother everyday, it really feels like you are a part of a family. During the quarantine I was consistently updated on what was happening with the company, and everyone worked hard to make sure us walkers were taken care of, as well as just checking in with us to make sure we were all doing okay. Pup families were also always notified about anything new going on. It was so relieving knowing that in such a hard time, there were so many people who had my back. I cannot stress how well you are taken care of as a part of the NYCPOOCH team. I 100% recommend NYCPOOCH to anyone looking for dog walkers or sitters, you won’t regret it!
