Coco and Toto is a fantastic dog daycare and pet store! The staff is amazing—everyone from the groomers to the daycare team is so loving and attentive with the dogs. They truly care for each pet as if it were their own.A special mention to Mauricio at the front desk. He was incredibly kind and attentive while I shopped, making friendly conversation and showing genuine love for the dogs. I even saw a groomer come out to personally discuss a dog’s haircut with the owner, being sweet and caring the whole time.I’ll definitely be bringing my dog for daycare. Great place, great people!

We’ve brought our puppy Lola to Coco and Toto a couple of times for grooming, and they always do an excellent job. Their attention to detail and care really show in how happy and well-groomed she looks after each visit. We’ve also used their daycare services, and it’s comforting to know that the staff is so friendly and attentive. They make us feel completely at ease leaving Lola in their care. If you’re looking for a reliable, welcoming place in Hell’s Kitchen, Coco and Toto is a great choice!

One stop shop for daycare, boarding and grooming. We are super sad that we are moving out of the city and today is our pup’s last day. We’ve been sending our 2 years old cockapoo here since he was 4 months old. He loves going to “school”. He will start pulling the leash when we are one avenue away. Ron, Kirsten, and the rest of the staff are amazing. Here is a picture of his last groom at Coco and Toto today. Book in advance and you’ll not run into any booking issues. Lastly, it’s not easy running a small business so be patient and be kind to these people taking care of your fur baby.

What’s there to say other than go ahead and try other places….you won’t find a place better than Coco & Toto. During the pandemic, we wound up going to several different places and were disappointed with all of them. We couldn’t wait to be back! No place we went to was remotely as good as Coco & Toto. I’ve been a customer for 10 years and have n-e-v-e-r had an issue…other than wanting to get an appointment sooner than one is available but that’s my fault!

Coco and Toto is by far THE best. I dont even live in Hells Kitchen anymore however knowing the peace of mind that I have with them taking care of my Henry, is worth making the trip from Union Square. They treat Henry with the utmost care! From making the appointment for boarding, to the hand off and to checking out, everything is as smooth as smooth can be!

My dog has been going to coco and Toto for 5 years. He loves being there, and we feel comfortable knowing that he will be looked after while he is there for daycare or boarding. They feed him meals when he needs, and we can even order walks if he will be there all day. The staff is super friendly, and are just amazing with all the dogs. Ron and Carlos should be very proud of how customer-friendly their business is.

I’ve been taking #myboyapollo to Coco and Toto since his first grooming in 2021 and have never been disappointed. He always comes out looking handsome and well-groomed. They are communicative and attentive. It’s just super tough to get an appointment.

The passion that the owners and staff have for providing exceptional care to our furry friends is truely inspiring. From day one I felt like I was part of a family. The team is not only dedicated to ensuring the well-being of ever dog that comes through the door, but they also foster and collaborative and supportive work environment. We shared a common goal: to create a safe, fun, and nurturing space for dogs to socialize, play and learn.The daycare facilities are well-maintained and kept very clean. There is ample space for the dogs to play and run around. There is also a lot of safe spaces for dogs who prefer a more quieter time.The grooming services are equally impressive. Coco & Toto currently has three highly skilled groomers that treat each dog as their own, giving them lots of love and attention.If youre looking for a dog care/grooming service that is more personal than these big chain corporations, Coco & Toto is definitely the place to go.

Ive been a customer of Coco and Toto since 2012 with two of my dogs (both Havanese). Ive used just about every service they offer: puppy sitting, dog walking, 2x per week day care and routine grooming. Not only do the dogs love going for daycare, but the staff are always so happy to see my dog. The whole operation is very professional. Ron and team communicate with me over email and phone, always letting me know important details. I would highly recommend them to any dog owner in the neighborhood!

We have been clients for over a year now and the staff is warm and responsive. We board my old pup often and they go out of their way to make her stay comfortable. Their grooming is reasonably priced and thorough. We are lucky to have such a great little place by us.

I had a major emergency where I had to fly into the city with my dog well on our arrival he was dirty from pooping himself in the kennel, we called Coco and Toto super last minute and they were so kind and willing to take my dog in. When my husband picked him up he called me and said “wow this is the cleanest I’ve ever seen him, you can pet him and hair isn’t falling off”. So thank you to the team for taking us last minute, being kind, and returning my dog the cleanest I’ve ever seen him. 10/10 recommend!

Had such an amazing grooming experience, shout out to Donna! They are friendly and patient and took the time to listen to what I was looking for, and the results were fantastic. Really cute shop too, and friendly people. Highly recommend.

Most of the time the pooches do not want to be separated from me, but once we approach the building, they actually seem to look forward to going into Coco & Totos! The staff takes such great care of them, and when I pick them up after my vacation, I can tell theyve had a fun and interesting vacation, as well.

I’ve been going to Coco and Toto for 11 years. Bailey has never been to another groomer and he loves it. When I pick him up, he is so happy and his cut always looks amazing. When you first start with them, they work really hard to make sure you get the perfect cut. And they keep track of what each cut looks like and any notes for the next visit. Now I just drop in and drop him off and they know exactly who he is. I don’t even live in hK anymore but I still go there.

Coco and Toto do a wonderful job grooming our Pomeranian Rocky. They are very affordable and worth the two month wait for an appointment. We have also left our dog at Coco and Toto for boarding and they are great- calling us with any concerns. They are also very flexible if we have to extend our dog’s stay for an extra night or an early arrival which is appreciated. A neighborhood gem and great value 🐶❤️

I’ve been going to Coco and Toto for almost 10 years. They always do a great job and take care of my Lhasa Apso. I can drop her off in the morning and pick her after work. She always looks beautiful and happy. The only time she needed to be shaved down was due to excessive matting which she would get if I wait more than 3 months. Folks need to understand that the groomer will do what’s best for the animal and not what’s best for the client. They do their best to avoid a shave down, but having to brush the mats can be painful. Having the pet look pretty is great, but I rather go by her not being tortured than to satisfy my own vanity forcing a “look” against the groomer’s judgement.
