It was my first time having to use any sort of grooming services and it was by far the most amazing experience. My 2 month old kitten Luna truly had the best experience with her very first grooming and it’s truly a kind of service I would never turn away from. Luna was treated with such care and knowing that it was her first time receiving the services truly made it that much more special. Luna is truly looking forward to her next grooming session. Thank you again for such an amazing service.

Best grooming experience everrrrrr.This was a last minute booking and my first in home grooming session.My groomer Junior is PROFESSIONAL 👏🏽👏🏽Excellent communication, honest and fair pricing for my dog who was a matted mess 😂 . He was so kind to my baby and made my dog Anthony “ feel relaxed and safe. I ❤️❤️❤️the way he calmed Anthony when his paws were being trimmed.My Anthony looks absolutely adorable. EVERYONE with a pet should use Lou-Lou! Amauri cut our 12-year-old cat’s nails in 5 minutes! He’s a cat whisperer. My husband and I have been trying to cut his nails for two months and we couldn’t do it. This place was always my first choice but I had called other pet groomers who do house calls to get a quote and no other place does only nail trimming. You have to buy packages upwards of $150, and it’s just not worth it for our cat Wright, who is exceptionally clean and does not need a bath or haircut. If you have trouble cutting your pet’s nails or brushing their teeth, etc. and your pet does not travel well, Lou-Lou is IT!! There’s no other place as fantastic!

Junior did a great job with our elderly cat, who doesn’t groom herself as well anymore and can be a real grump. He clipped her nails and gave us some tips on other things that might be helpful for her in her old age. Would absolutely recommend!

It was my first time and I couldn’t be happier!I have 2 Persian cats that get really knotty and one of them hates baths, he was just fine with Junior. I got both groomed, Junior is very professional, had all his tools and handled the job perfectly. I am so thankful for Lou Lou Grooming and I would recommend them in an instant.I reached out to them because my 3yr old medium hair cat had some bad matting. They were able to come to my house the same day to do the grooming. I was nervous at first because my cat Debbie is very anxious and skittish due to her neurological condition - but within seconds of Amauri arriving I knew Debbie was in good hands. He was so kind and gentle with her during the grooming. My normally very shy cat warmed up instantly. The grooming was completed quickly and all of Debbie’s matting was removed. I can tell that he took great care with her because she did not hide once the grooming was over (which she would otherwise do). I truly feel like Amauri gave me my cat back!I cannot recommend Amauri and Lou Lou Grooming enough. They will be the first ones that I call when Debbie needs grooming again. Thank you Amauri!!

I rescued my pet dog off the streets of Manhattan, 4 days prior to Amauri coming to my home. My pet was terrified, nippy, matted, haven’t been groomed in years. Amauri changed my pets life. He is so understanding of the emotions and sacredness my pet had. He took his time, did not rush, and was so warm and friendly. I left Amauri in my home alone due to a work conflict after 30 minutes of staying together. He is trust worthy and respectful. He left my apartment perfectly clean too. My pet (Chip) was calm, smelled amazing and looked beautiful when I arrived back at home. I 100% recommend loulou grooming service and Amauri to everyone who needs someone understanding kind and respectful and does an excellent job. It brings tears to my eyes thinking how kind and gentle Amauri was with Chip. I am forever indebted.
