This babushka loves the cleaning facilities.Overall the place is accessible and the facilities have everything you need for a bath and to do your doggo beautify work, but it would be nice for +5-10 minutes for larger dogs.My dog is a little big at 125lbs and it would be great for that extra 5-10 minutes to be able to thoroughly dry him with the double coat.Staff is always nice and helpful.

I’ve been coming here for almost a year now and there’s no other place I would trust with my dog! I have a golden and she’s a shedder plus with her long hair, it becomes a lot. Wil has done a great job maintaining her coat and keeping her clean! I really appreciate that he knew the type of cut I desired for her and followed through on it. Every penny is well spent here!Below are some before (in the red jersey) and after grooming pics!

Too my pup here for his first “official” bath.The staff was very friendly and helpful. He set up a peanut butter lick pad for my pup and made sure the area was ready for us. They do a great job at explaining how to use the equipment as well. My pup felt safe and comfortable while here. The shower has a few features that you can’t get at home. The hose function features shampoo, conditioner and a dryer as well. After the wash my puppy was so clean and fluffy!!! Thanks Now You’re Clean!! We will be back (:

I cant say enough great things about Now Youre Clean and especially about Iryna! From the moment I walked in the door for my very first visit, she was so welcoming and helpful. As a first-time dog owner trying to bathe my Golden Doodle, I was a bit nervous, but Iryna patiently taught me how to properly bathe him step by step.During the bath, she noticed that his ears were severely matted and realized he must have been in pain. Iryna went above and beyond to attend to this emergency situation. She carefully made sure my pup was as comfortable as possible and even set up an appointment for me with a professional groomer to address the issue.Throughout the entire process, she made sure my pup was calm and happy, giving him the most delicious natural salmon treats (which he absolutely loved!). Iryna genuinely cared, dedicating over an hour of her time to make sure my dog was okay and that I felt confident about taking care of him.If youre looking for a place where people truly care about you and your pet, this is it. Thank you, Iryna, for your kindness, expertise, and going above and beyond for us. We will definitely be back!

Our pup is extremely shy & does not like baths. But Now You’re Clean has made it such a great first experience. They have peanut butter pads to keep him calm & everything you need from shampoo, conditioner, balm, mist + more!

The staff and facilities were perfect. They took great care of my dog and me for our first visit! What an amazing place! Our Pup, Roo, needed a clean and we didn’t really want to have to fork out $150 to have a groomer do it for us. So we popped over to Now You’re Clean and got an amazing deal to do it ourselves in half an hour. The only thing we needed to bring was some treats to keep him happy (they have a spot to shmear peanut butter) and the rest was actually quite fun. He put up with it beautifully and came out fluffy and clean. We’ll absolutely be back every month!

Such a necessary business in NYC with tiny bathrooms! Our dog has recently been misbehaving with his groomer so this is great option to desensitize him to bath time. It’s also fast and affordable!

Will at now you’re clean does a fantastic job grooming my mini schnauzer! The shop is also amazing stocked with great dog treats and toys. In between haircuts, I’ll stop by with my schnauzer to do a self groom. Best place ever!

Love Now Your Clean! The set up is so efficient, well designed and always spotlessly clean. Plus every required washing and drying step, including all supplies, is so well thought through. It makes getting our pup clean so easy. She hates being washed so there is a comfort level for her that we are washing her. In addition she never has to wait her turn in a crate since we schedule the time and the wash room space is reserved for us. Brilliant idea. Thank you!

Awesome concept! Really cool self-service dog wash place in the East Village. It was our first time trying it and it was such a great experience. The place is super clean and nice. Feels really upscale and the staff is extremely professional and friendly. The bath facilities themselves were absolutely everything I needed and they provide everything – shampoo, conditioner, blow drying, fresh clean towels…etc. All you have to bring is yourself and your dog! Was in and out in 20-25 minutes, which is a huge plus and really convenient. Would 100% come back!

Best place ever!!!!!! My dog goes there for both the washing services and grooming! She is very anxious when getting groomed, but Uma (the groomer) is hands down the sweetest person I’ve ever met. She goes over everything with you beforehand and truly listens to what you want when it comes to giving your dog a haircut. She is incredible! 10000/10! If you are looking for a groomer, please go see her. Couldn’t recommend enough :)

We took our Malinois there for the first time! The owner and her team member were incredibly kind and welcoming. The establishment was very clean and tidy. They have everything you’ll need - a brush, towels, shampoo, conditioner, aprons & a blow dryer. Plus, the overall self-service experience is surprisingly affordable. Every attempt to wash our dog in our bathtub has always been a nightmare. This will definitely be our new pup-washroom moving forward - especially if they get a location on the upper westside! Thank you for such a hospitable & accommodating experience! We recommend this place to any and everyone!

We love this place makes it so easy to bathe our dog! Also the towels they leave for you to use are AMAZING. so absorbent, we were actually able to fully dry our standard poodle which never happens! please don’t ever change the towels!

I had a great experience here. Female founded which is a plus! Super convenient to wash and dry my pup, and all soaps are provided which is nice. Great pricing and plenty of treats available to purchase as well. Cute hangout spot in the back if theres someone ahead of you. Bought a 5 pack after my first visit and cant wait to go back!

I love this place. They allowed me to wash my dog as a walk in. As we waited for an available wash station, we sat outside in the peaceful backyard. It is a nice oasis in EV. After the wash, I picked up some treats and other supplies. My dog is a happy dog.

Such a great concept in a city where so few people have a tub or space outdoors to bathe their pet! I have an 80lb Golden Retriever who would make a disaster zone out of my apartment if I tried to give him a bath there - Now Youre Clean takes the mess out of keeping my pup clean. They have all the supplies you need including a lick mat which keeps my dog distracted the entire time. We are always in and out in 15 minutes and leave with a fresh and happy pup! Could not recommend enough!
