Updated Review:Apparently not all groomers here are good. When they auto-book my next grooming, they secretly changed my groomer of choice!! I only noticed this when I receive a terribly groomed dog today!This new groomer Elvira K gave my dog a weird shape head and uneven body cut. The worst thing is that she clipped my westies tail too, my dog now has a rat tail for the next couple of month.Original Revie:Absolutely love this place! My regular groomers are Guy and Enrique. They are very skillful and efficient, and they always listen to my requests. Thank you for making my doggies look so cute and clean!

Guy C. Is the man to see when getting your pet/s groomed. He does both my dogs now and does it well. He asks what I want done I tell him and he gets it done. He very detailed, patient friendly and trusting. My babies look forward to seeing him...they be calm and relaxed when hes done. We never worry about not getting what we asked for with Guy. Hes always on point. Thank you Guy for being the Guy (lol) who takes great care of our babies. You Rock!!

Get the same groomer every time. Place is clean. She does a really nice job and price is reasonable for the area.

Our favorite Annabell may have left the salon (she was not there for our appointment...boo hoo...). This time, Elvira cut my Marlows hair and she did a very good job. He came out very clean, cut just the right amount (without any teensy injuries!), and in a reasonable three hours. We will continue to use Petco for grooming services!

I am so, so, SO happy with the care and grooming Diana provided my pup! My pup looks adorable and she was not at all stressed when I picked her up; which gives me such relief and peace. They didn’t go over on time and were patient as I worked to get them the vaccine records from the vet. I 100% bring back my dog!

All of the young ladies were extremely helpful and friendly. They were very gentle and kind with my new rescue puppy and gave her a wonderful welcome. Ashley took her time and care to gain my pups trust and helped her thru this first Grooming experience. Thank you all..

The cut was great, but it took a lot more time than originally estimated. Also, I am not sure why the UES location and midtown location had different base prices ($52 vs $68) for a cut and bath. Other than that, I loved the staff and my baby looks beautiful!

I come here for cat and aquarium items. Lovely staff. The fish are very hit or miss and the bettas are often in terrible shape, Im afraid.

Alil pricey compared to other places Ive taken my dogs but they leave both of my dogs looking great and theyre super patient with my youngest puppy since he doesnt like haircuts.

Diane, the groomer on 2nd Avenue in NYC was wonderful, professional, courteous and gentle to my 2 Malteses.She did a Great job.Highly recommend her!
