In pet grooming Platinum Petz is exceptional. They remember your pets name after first visit and their patience seems to know no bounds. Everything from scheduling to payment and pick is so easy, the quality of work is 5+STARS, trust me because I have one of the hardest dogs to groom in terms of temperament and workload-Siberian Husky. Literally can’t remember the last time I walked him without a “Beautiful dog” comment.

I love this place! They are amazing with my shepherd mix, Akira. I took her their for the first time because I had tried to give her a bath at home and that did not go well. On her first time seeing a groomer, she immediately felt comfortable and walk right in. The groomed was super sweet with her and they are now my go to groomer. Five stars!

Best grooming place. The girls always treat your fur babies like their own. My fur baby is 11 years old and Yinnette has been her groomer since she was a baby. Practically raised along side me lol. Best aunty ever. Thank you Platinum Petz team for bringing the dazzle to the razzle ✨️✨️✨️

The entire crew is fantastic. Chase has known his main squeeze groomers since he was a child. Now he is 10 years old and cant get enough of them. I love this place, the women are leaders and outstanding. Not only are they best at what they do but they also dog sit 😍. Shoutout to the gentlemen who is part of the grooming squad.

Platinum Petz is the best, no matter the short notice I give them for grooming my two boys they always accommodate. Well lets just say 95% of the time. As they are very busy thats how good they are. My boys get so excited when I drop them off, they know they will be in great and caring hands. They love hanging out with their fellow canines and making new friends. What can I say, the service is top notch and they always come out looking their best as they swagger out of the shop. Highly recommend, I drive down from the Bronx just to go there. Numero #1

Platinum pets does an amazing job with grooming and prices are good . The reason for my 4 star rating is because I had an appointment for a certain time and no one was there, however they did send out a text and communicate that they were running late. My other issue was that when I picked up my dog she had a bow on her hair which was fine However when I went home and looked over the receipt and I was charged $3 for a bow I did not ask for. Someone could have asked or informed me of that.

I absolutely love to take my dog here. Jeanette takes such good care of her. She loves the animals and treats them well. They are flexible with scheduling. My dog has been with Jeanette since a baby. Its also owned by some very experienced women that decided to take their talents and open their own business. Please support this business, you wont be sorry!

Had our first grooming appointment here a couple of months ago for a summer haircut + nails etc. Dexter came out looking great and doesnt seem to have any trauma. We walk by this place nearly every day, and he passes by without reaction. We asked for a mohawk cut, which came out perfect and gets a smile and positive comments from neighbors on our daily walks. Hes soooo cute! they all say. Coming back soon for round 2!
