My girl loves this place! They are always so kind. I have a 12 year old Chihuahua and she usually doesn’t warm up too quickly to new people or places, but she is so calm when I pick her up not to mention she looks great. So happy to have them in the neighborhood.

Titi and Mae were the best help after I made an appointment over the phone this weekend. I’ve finally found a local groomer within walking distance that is hospitable and comfortable with my Monte right away. Thank you for helping me end my relationship with corporate groomers that don’t include everything and are super inconsistent! Can’t wait to come back. My pup looks so cute. ✨

I gotta say I love this place 😍 from the moment we walked in they were very accommodating. We were walk-ins and TT took us without an appointment. Bentley had his first grooming experience, and he looks so handsome and smells terrific. Thank you girls we will definitely be back soon.

First time at this groomers and could not be happier with the service and price. From the minute I arrived I felt completely comfortable leaving my golden retriever in their hands. And on collecting him he looked amazing! Wonderful service and great staff - could not recommend this place enough. If you are looking for a groomer in Harlem don’t hesitate to book here!

If your pet means the world to you, this needs to be your groomer!Today, I treated my dog to their ‘Deluxe Package,’ and I couldn’t be happier. This comprehensive grooming option covered everything from bathing, anal gland expression, nail trimming, ear cleaning, teeth care, to a meticulous hair cut and stylish blow dry.Although my dog was a tad nervous going in, by the time I picked her up she was cheerful and calm. I believe this speaks volumes about how well they care for the pets.Their pricing is refreshingly reasonable compared to others in the area, and what sets them apart is their unwavering focus on ensuring the comfort and happiness of the pets throughout the entire service.I genuinely appreciated the upfront communication about their commitment to taking their time, rather than rushing the service. Their dedication to ensuring the dog’s comfort is evident. I much prefer this approach over rushing through services, potentially making the dog uncomfortable in the name of speed.Precious Paws & Bubbles Grooming is definitely now my go-to spot for my dog’s grooming!

Genuinely the sweetest people ever! They trimmed my cat’s nails in less than 5 minutes and accommodated me last minute before the holiday weekend. Super clean establishment and they also have great grooming services from the dogs I saw there. I highly recommend this buisness and will be a returning customer!

In addition to bringing my Yorkie, Peppa, to Precious Paws & Bubbles, for grooming, I have also boarded with them on numerous occasions. The owner, Tyshema is friendly and you can readily feel that she is a lover of animals. My husband who is quite protective of Peppa, does not trust anyone else outside of family to groom or board Peppa. Precious Paws is conveniently located (only a couple of blocks from the subway). Most places that I have been to in the past, take Peppa behind closed doors as if they are getting ready to perform surgery. Not with Precious Paws. On my first visit to the establishment, Tyshema took me on a tour of where the actual grooming takes place. I was immediately sold. It was clean, and you get an idea of what goes on when your animal is being groomed. She listens to you when you tell her what you want, and keeps a record going forward. When you come to Precious Paws, I promise you—you will become a repeat customer!

It was a wonderful experience walking in the doors of the shop its nice clean neat with a well thought of design. I got to witness first h hand the owner working tenderly and lovely on the dogs talking to them making sure the dogs were comfortable and werent nervous she has a talent and love for animals the shop is well worth a visit I recommend it to every and anybody who loves their pet. Personal care at its best.

Everyone is sweet there, got my dogs nails trimmed. They still seem uneven and long for me. Although I had to hold him, they did not do bad job trimming them. I gave 4 on cleanliness of the place. Dog hair all over floors; beds there looked dirty.

Super great experience going here with my cat Matcha. Customer service is great, they were really kind and easy to talk to. The place itself is very clean and welcoming. My cat came out looking very beautiful and fresh, I will definitely bring her back next time!

First of all it’s a black owned bizness !!!!!! That is what I wanted and was looking for ! Secondly the front desk woman was just amazing , warm , friendly, happy and kind! I asked her a few questions and some she was able to answer and when she got stumped she asked me politely to wait and she went and retrieved the owner / groomer 🐶 ! Nikko is only 5 months old and this was / is his first time being groomed ! She listened to me and my concerns and let me know that she would do her best with him ! She explained what she was going to do and that he may or may not happen ! I’m so happy with his cut and he looks so cute ☺️! We will be returning!
